For kerouacs fans this is a must. I hadnt been back in years, so seeing the new memorial headstone and seeing that people still follow the tradition of leaving offerings was a great joy. The Road is Life
Pretty great. Lots of dead people. This guy is one of them

A powerful influence in my youth and Ive never let go...this Dharma Bum is On the Road again. So grateful I was here and left a thank you.
Center of lot 94 (Lincoln and Seventh)- there are two stones, a big one with his signature on it placed in October 2014 on the 45th anniversary of his passing that has his inlaws mentioned. The real stone is a small flat piece about 12 or 13 steps in front of the right edge of that and just mentions him and Stella. His real family (brother, daughter, parents) are buried up in Nashua at Old Saint Louis de Gonzague.
Great place to reflect
Worth a visit to revere a genius who could never get over childhood abuse.
Exactly what you expect
Just learning of this author in 2018.
