Nice area and apparently open 24hrs. The parking area could maybe use a little help but if you want to get away and enjoy what was once true Colorado I do recommend.

Fun, quiet and lots of hungry little Perch. Not congested with shrubbery upon the shore. Still yet to get any channel cat or bullhead to bite on liver (both fresh and stinky) or worms when fishing on bottom. Gonna give it another try though!Only complaint is that its a bit shoulder to shoulder to you neighboring fisherman along the shore line so conversating has to be whispered extra quiet to prevent disturbing of your neighboring fisherman.

Have fished multiple times here with little luck. Trash everywhere and the regulars living out of their trucks in the parking lot make this place a complete bust. Has so much potential but clearly the pond manager/ city has given up on this place.

Could be a good place but as people said before there are a couple people that live out of their vehicles. NO Trash cans and nasty people leave their mess behind! Really? Come on Parks and Wildlife what are you using our money for?

Its a great place to go, but the dirtroad it self needs some maintenance! The entrance and about half way in it needs maintenance also. Other than that i give it 5 stars. Where can you go fishing and or hunting and trails you can walk???

Great place to for an afternoon skinny dip, for your pups, and the fishing can be good too. Used to love duck hunting it until this state became over crowded!
