They have reopened in a VERY limited capacity during pandemic. Its fine, but its not like summer! Id say most of it isnt their fault. Some things could be better handled, but were all new to this.

Very nice pool! Many neighborhood activities and the pool is always clean and the staff is friendly.

At first glance Forest Springs looks like the ideal community however when one looks a little deeper one sees that is not the case. Traffic surrounding the subdevelopment is unsafe to the point of being a death trap. The Thorntons & liquor store on the corner of Factory Lane and LaGrange Road have been the scene of a number of fatal accidents & DUIs and the surrounding area is not child or family safe. Sidewalks leading to and from the area are not completed. Vehicles speed past the area at speeds exceeding 70 MPH and you cannot even ride your bike safely. Forest Springs is surrounded with cell towers therefore expect to have frequent power outages, electronics crashes, data loss, brown-outs, car battery failures, electric fence failures, headaches, neurological issues, body aches, birth defects, cancers, leukemia, low birth weights and stillborns. Expect to hear train horns blow 24/7. Area disease/death statistics are not accurately reported by the municipality. I would not recommend living here - it is not a healthy environment for children, animals or adults.
