Great place to take the kids!!! Or adults.....lol

Very family oriented! Got there as soon as they opened at the Louisville location. We were immediately greeted by an extremely helpful and personable employee. My kids loved it. The referee made sure everyone was having fun while the employee that checked us in would jump in and make sure everything was running smooth. The guns can get a little expensive if you upgrade but definitely worth it!

The customer service was EXCELLENT! From the moment we stepped foot in the door. Both gentlemen that were working helped us out with everything and was always there if we had questions. Before getting there, I didn’t want to participate but they talked me into doing it because they reassured me that the bullets wouldn’t hurt. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return!!!

It was awesome first time going for my nephew 16 birthday had a blast. The staff was great the different game mode was cool. Will definitely be going back to Foam Warriorz

Hands down the best place for indoor nerf combat. We had my sons 11th birthday here and despite a poor turnout from his peers he said this was the best party he has had. Paul and Antonio were great party and game hosts and kept everyone having fun and moving through the games. They have a really fun set up in the arena and a whole host of options to choose from on blasters. Were already planning on making this a regular thing for our family.

Foam Warriors is one of the BEST places Ive ever been to. And I absolutely cant wait to go again. Not only are the workers nice, Jonah Robinson is probably by far the best worker for not just making Foam Warriors one of my favorite places to go. Its fun for every and anyone. If you like trying new things and simply having a good time, I recommend.

The staff was very rude to my children and would not allow them to switch guns. we left before we had even played half an hour of the HOUR we paid for because the staff was just disrespectful.

This was a fun little adventure. There is a game host that explains the rules and determines winners for game that you play. Some games are with medics that have to revive people once they are hit, capture the flag (our favorite ), zombie, and adults vs children. We had a birthday party here and it was fun for all the children and a few of the adults that joined in.

Had a great time last weekend went with a few friends. The Ref that was in the arena with us was Jonah he made sure everyone had a great time and was really knowledgeable about the blasters and explained to me and my buddy’s how to fix them if they got jammed. I will definitely be back, hopefully at a time when Jonah is working again!

We had a birthday party here last week, they was amazing hosts. My son even got any blaster he wanted to play with since it was his birthday. Will be back!

Let me tell yall something we had a good time there but the next day my body was like what did you do to me

I brought four 11-13 year olds here in a Friday evening to play for 2 hours. They had a great time! Evan did an amazing job of keeping the fun going by changing up the types of games and playing along with the boys! Other, younger kids and some parents, were there as well, and Evan was able to manage all of them without any problems and it was an enjoyable experience for everyone. We will definitely go again.

My family loves Foam Warriorz - we run around for an hour shooting, trying to dodge darts and just having a blast.Great management (by Tim) means great in-game referees (Jonah comes to mind from our most-recent visit) who in turn determine the spirit of any play session (how much fun you have).The refs refresh the game every 15 minutes or so with a different rule set or just hitting restart if one side won.We try and go once a month.

This place is literally the best and most fun. Hey, you can have as an adult or as a kid, period. Will definitely be coming back. With business associates, community and team-building exercises, and of course, bringing the kiddos back.

I’ve been to this establishment several times and the one thing that always stands out is the unprofessional and rude staff. This last time I went was for my nephews birthday party. When we got there The staff stared at us like we were out of place instead of giving us guidance on where we could go sit or when we could go set the party room up. Once we finally got back to the party room, we were told that there would be some staff assisting us if we needed anything and that staff never showed up until it was time to leave the room and they rushed us out. Our party came with basic nerf guns and we decided to upgrade a few of them. As much as these Nerf guns get used, I would imagine they get replaced sooner rather than later, I spent most of the game trying to unjam the Nerf gun I was provided. The only thing that I was grateful for was the referee helping our party. He was very helpful and very energetic and the kids had a great time.Unfortunately, our overall experience was terrible.

Just had my nephews birthday party there tonight. Wow! The staff was amazing! They were so accommodating with smiles on their faces. I would highly recommend this place! Both my boys (8 and 6) had such a blast! The staff kept the games going with very little dead time so you really get your moneys worth.

This place is a joke! A family friend invited us for a childrens birthday party. It was our first time there this past weekend and we will never return. Extremely unstaffed and the lacking staff was rude. Staff(2 guys) made us feel as though we were bothering them by being there. The mens restroom had urine all over the place and smelled. The handwashing sink was out of order and the only option was to wait for an open handicap stall to wash hands. Tiny gross little bar of hand soap because the liquid soap pump was empty. I took pictures it was that bad. The place was freezing cold. The arcade games were seriously lacking and way I mean way over priced. A man worked on just about everyone of the small selection because most of them were out of order. The guns were worn out and kept jamming. The water fountains had mold and the vending machines were bare. The place was a mess. The list goes on and on. I felt really bad for my friends family. For the money you spend I would recommend Malibu Jacks or Dave and Busters 10000000 times over this joke.

I wanted to try this place and specifically brought a Groupon to check it out with my kids. And what better way than paying a low price with Groupon?? Well unbeknown to us as well as alot of other customers who bought groupons, they dont allow Groupon to be used during spring break. Although it isnt listed in ANY of the fine print, they did not allow us to use the Groupon. So i had to break down and pay the Full price ( because I had already promised the kids) & then fight with Groupon to get my refund.Although the kids had fun, I wont be back because i really dont care for businesses who do not stand behind their customers when in all actuality it was false advertisement.

Came to this place when it first opened and had a blast with my nephews. Came back recently and although the experience was still the same customer service has dropped. Dont recall his name but the guy running the front desk was rude and not very helpful. Might have just been an off day but enough for me not to come back.

Foam Warriorz has helpful and great staff. The staff was knowledgeable about the nerf weapons. Most importantly me and my friends had fun!!!

I am very upset with the services provided. I spent a very good amount of money renting a room, agreeing to many things and foam warriorz did not keep their side of the contract. This was my kids FAVORITE place to go, but i will never be going back. This place is a scam and is just about taking your money! I dont recommend it at all.

We were invited to a party that was held at this location. As soon as our big crowd walked in were were greeted by unhelpful and unenthusiastic employees not willing to give any directions or greet anyone. When we asked questions the person at the front desk was extreamly unprofessional and would not address any of our questions. On top of that my wife left her jacket there and when she called to see if anyone had found it the employee who answered I believe his name was Johno said “we don’t have a lost and found” so my wife asked if they just threw away lost items or if someone would take it home? His reply was that “most likely someone would take it home”. This place has a lot of potential but the employees lack very basic customer service.Edit to respond: Your response calling this a “pathetic lie” demonstrates exactly the attitude your organization takes towards customers. You should talk to your employees and ask them exactly how the conversation went so that you can address this matter adequately. I am glad you can help so many of your customers find their lost items once they are turned in. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the person who answered the phone to even ask anyone else if there was anything turned in. If that is what you call doing your best for each and every customer, let me tell you, it’s not good enough.

The ref Keith was the coolest dude. The place was really nice, and everybody was really nice!

Great fun as long as there are people there playing. Id advise to call ahead to get a sense if any one is there. Of course Saturdays are usually always a safe bet because of booked birthday partys. They also may be open earlier than their posted hours on a holiday or if JCPS is out for any reason. Their website most likely will not be updated with this information so you have to call and ask.

First off I would like to say just how awesome this place is. I was here last night with my Family and we had an absolute BLAST!!! Tim and Keith were awesome, the way they handle themselves is impeccable, Keith was the Referee in the Arena, he made the place jumping while we played and if a young child got shot and made them cry he would get down to their level and help them overcome it and continue playing as if nothing ever happened. My 6 year old daughter would not leave his side as if he was protecting her it was amazing to see him take such good care of my family while we played. Tim is a great Manager he is so friendly to everyone who enters the establishment. He answered all my questions effectively and even showed us how all the guns worked, he did tell us that the guns do jam from time to time and made us all laugh when he accidentally shot himself showing us how to use them, we rented a few guns and yes they jammed a bit but that is okay they are toy guns, however Tim switched them out for another one no questions asked. I recommend this place to everyone who has children. Thank you all so much for having my Family come up and play we will most definitely be back and SOON!!

Fun concept. Something new. Super casual that you can enter and leave the arena as you please. Quick matches and variety of game types. Nice that you can bring your own Nerf gun or purchase upgrade options. Fun for younger kids and adults just the same.

It was awfulI am sick I got my grandkids gift cards. Staff not interactive or very friendly. Referee left game floor several times and once left my grandkids in there by themselves. We have been to other nerf places so we know what good places are like. An employees kids were there and they were horrible. One whined the whole time because my grandkids had better guns and tried to take my granddaughters away from her several times. I could go on more but I just want to say it was awfulIf I could get a refund on my gift cards I would.

I think this place has a lot of potential but some suggestions could make it much better. The place looks cheap for the price you pay. I enjoy laser tag places better. I thought this would be a new alternative.I found the site a bit misleading as to what was going. They do not do glow in the dark as they find it difficult monitor. Fair point, but it should not be advertised on the site that glow in the dark still occurs.I think that the site needs to clearly label that a nerf gun does come with the price but upgrade options are available for price a, price b, price c, etc.A suggestion is that if both rooms are free the players should be split by age groups. I imagine that younger children would just have a blast shooting each other and that older individuals would follow the rules of different games. I know Monday nights are set aside for 14+ but I saw plenty of 18+ on a weekend. Maybe even but a net that can be pulled across one of the rooms as a divider between age groups. I wouldnt mind a smaller place.The ref during the game needs to take advantage of the megaphone. It may seem harsh, but it ensures everyone can hear the rules.The biggest upside was that all the children seemed to be enjoying themselves.

My whole family loved this (ages 4 - 27) We had a blast. They let us bring our own guns from home. Perfect place for my son to use his gigantic Promethius gun. This would be a great place for a birthday party.

It was terrible, I was playing with my kids and all the guns were terrible. NONE of them worked properly and they always got jammed. We asked the worker if he could fix it and said it was broken. He was really rude and got the manager. The manager said that we broke it which was ridiculous because half the guns work and that we had to pay 40 dollars or get out. We left and had to wait for someone to pick us up! So rude and such terrible guns!

The family and I had a blast at Foam Warriorz! The prices are a bit high in my opinion but that doesnt compare to what our kids will be talking about for years to come. The staff was friendly and very involved in the fun. It made for an even better time feeling like they were part of the family. Thanks to Lilo, Stitch, and Goku for making every dollar worth it. Some coworkers and I had a pretty good time; however, they need to refresh the ammo as a lot of the foam balls were worn out and just sputtered out of the guns. Also would like to see the refs enforce the rules a little more vigorously.

We did our sons birthday there. The kids loved it we paid for a private party with our own arena. The party room felt rushed. We had to rush food cake and gifts then we had someone come in telling us to wrap it up and get ready to play. They had a referee in there and nobody had any idea he would be playing with them and picking teams and so forth. The adults who were playing felt like they shouldve been more in charge on how to play and so on. But like i said before the kids loved it and thats all that matters!!

It was our first experience with nerf guns and it amazing!!! The court person was great with the games and great with people!!! Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because when you play eliminated games or freezes games like capture the flag. Mostly the little kids wouldn’t get out or freeze and they would cheat during the games. I know it’s hard to watch for that but when when everyone says they are out then the court person should get them out but that’s a easy fix! Everything else was amazing!

Staff is not helpful. It’s a shame.

Believe the hype!! Foam warriorz is the best! It was perfect for my sons 6th birthday party. Patrick and Arlette made for our awesome experience. Due to the weather no one could make it to our party but they were more than accommodating.
