We love Bliss! The quality, comfort, and design of the furniture they offer is truly unique. The staff doesn’t pressure you, and they let you take your time walking around the shop. Sally was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She let us take home fabric samples so we could see them in our own home to help us select the fabrics and colors. We purchased a low profile couch, matching storage ottoman, zero gravity chair, and a rug. We love all of our furniture from Bliss! We will definitely work with Sally and her team in the future!!
The store has a great selection of quality products, but the handful of unoccupied staff members offered us no help. Almost felt like they thought we couldnt afford to be shopping there. Guess well shop elsewhere!
Happy to have found Bliss! The store’s color palette is definitely to my taste and I received the absolute best care from Pam! She went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of including a nice glass of white wine. I am also quite pleased with my purchase and look forward to going back for more items.
I recently purchased a sofa and two chairs from Bliss. I am very pleased with the service I received from the sales associates, and the furniture is of very good quality. The pieces are beautiful and are just what I envisioned to give my room a casual, coastal feel. I will definitely shop at Bliss again.
I recently purchased a bed from Bliss and absolutely love it! Lee Farris helped me select the right bed to suit my style and budget. I never felt pressured to buy. The bed was delivered on time and assembled by the delivery team. Truly a Five Star experience.

I was looking for a few cozy, reasonably priced, and long lasting items for our nursery. The staff at Bliss Home listened to what we were looking for and were incredibly knowledgeable about their products without being overbearing. A big plus — they pampered this very pregnant mama each time I was there. So refreshing! The ability to check out samples also helped me determine what worked best for our needs. The delivery was faster than expected. And the delivery guys were so thoughtful and helpful in getting the rug (softest ever) and chair (locally made!) just where they need to be! I will sing the praises of Bliss Home for a long time!
Lee was a joy to work with. Her knowledge of floor rugs and the furniture industry in general was obvious and helped our decision making. The store carries well made furniture that is just a bit different from most in the area. Which I like. We have returned already seeking other items for our home.

Bliss Home has a very friendly staff and a nice selection of reasonably priced furniture. I Purchased a sectional sofa and scheduling and delivery happened without a hiccup. We are happy with the quality and the purchase!
This company could not deliver my furniture and then refuses to give me a credit.

LAURIE exhibited the upmost professionalism and was extremely helpful in helping me find the right bed for my home. We were excited to find an alternative furniture store in Louisville that has a great selection. We bought a coffee table, kitchen island, and large sectional couch. Everything seemed great until the island and coffee table were delivered. The coffee table frame was badly scratched after they installed the marble, and we were told by the delivery crew that there was no way to put the marble in without damaging the frame, which is ridiculous. The marble on the kitchen island came cracked nearly in half and the island had to be taken back. Another issue with the island were the drawers. When we looked at the floor model, we noticed the drawers were very difficult to open and close. We were assured this was an issue with only the floor model and ours would not come this way but in the case that there was an issue that an in-house carpenter would come and make an adjustment in our home.So we waited for the claims department to reach out to us, which they never did, and we finally went back into the store. We were told the island is no longer in stock and we could have the floor model for a discount because of the chip and stain on the marble top. We were also told by Cathy before we came in that there was, in fact, no way to fix the issues with the drawers as we were first told. We elected to buy a different island they had in store, as it was the only other island that would work with our kitchen and it did have operable drawers. It happened to be bit cheaper and they said they could only give us an in-store credit to make up the the difference in purchase price. This was unacceptable considering the mistake was on their end and we had to push to get our card credited back the difference. We also elected to have our coffee table exchanged with their floor model as it had far less damage than the one delivered to us. We were told the marble would not have to be removed and therefore no additional scratching would take place. As a side note, the manager, Cathy, did not speak to us during this process (even though my wife had corresponded with her twice over the phone) and we overheard her acting very frustrated over our situation as if we were somehow inconveniencing her.After being told the second island was in the stock room but that it would be delivered to us for another week we pushed for a next day delivery because we had already waited 2 weeks and still didnt have the products we ordered. The island came with a damaged drawer and the coffee table did in fact come with the marble removed, so there was additional scratching when the marble was installed again and we also found a chip in the marble on one of the shelves. We elected not to complain about the chip and asked to have the frame touched up as well as the Island drawer repaired. After being told someone from the claims department would call us that day and hearing nothing (again), we called to get an update. We were told they will come repair our furniture when the sectional is delivered in 2 MONTHS! That is where it currently stands.They do not stand by their product which is why all sales are final and have extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone and do not plan shopping here in the future.Conclusion to this scenario...I fixed the island drawer myself and they never came to fix the table. I was asked if I want to keep the table and recieve a discount, which I accepted. They however just sent a gift card to their store which we couldnt be less interested in. On the bright side, the couch came undamaged which we feel very lucky about.

I purchased a special order rug ($650) from Bliss based on the color sample from the store. When the rug came in and I got it home, it was nothing like the color I thought it would be. When I called the store and spoke with the Manager, Kathy, she was completely unhelpful and told me there are no returns on special order rugs. She did not apologize, was not empathetic at all, and was actually down right rude. I asked if I could exchange the rug for another rug that would be a better color match but she said no. Before this experience, I was so happy to find an alternative home furnishings store in Louisville. I will never shop there again after my experience with this purchase and their total lack of customer service.

I have been so impressed with Bliss Home! I am currently decorating four air b&b units and have been able to find all of my pieces at Bliss for very affordable prices!! Their showroom is set up in such a way that it makes it easy to make choices! We have been thrilled! We are currently working with Branson Batliner out of the Louisville store and he has been an absolute dream!! He has taken customer service to a whole new level which has included coming in on his days off. He even visited the space beforehand, so he could get the best idea on how to furnish it. He is professional and has a great eye for decorating!! He has also worked endlessly with me on trying to get me the best prices since this is such a large order. I definitely give Branson and Bliss a 5 star rating!
It has taken me over two years to finally find a furniture store but more importantly someone that could actually help me put together a few rooms in my house. I’ve hired decorators to come out and pay them an hourly fee all to never have any progress on next steps. I met Branson at Bliss Home and explained my situation and just assumed this time would be no different. Boy was I wrong! Branson followed up with me shortly and was able to come to my house and truly put together a plans. He emailed me ideas and we able to communicate during my business day to get things done! As I purchased furniture he would also help me figure out how to place it correctly. I still have more rooms to complete but in the between time I feel confident asking him for smaller design needs such as changing up my art or pillows and he gives the best effort regardless! He also checks in on me which I so appreciate!What I love about Bliss Home is their selection, quality and pricing. I never feel ignored when I go into the store. I have a beautiful new bedroom set that I couldn’t be happier with and bedding! Also new art work over my couch that I would have never consider until Branson showed me what was possible. He put the pillows together as well and I’m just thrilled it.I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but Branson exceeded my expectations and as long as he is in this business I plan stay with him on all my decorating/design/furniture needs. I would also like to give a shout out to the delivery team! Very nice and helpful! They didn’t mind when I asked them to move a piece of furniture because I changed my mind after they placed it.I will definitely stay connected to Bliss and Branson as a loyalist now! Very happy with them!
