Malibu Jacks from the name of it I thought it was really a fish place I really did I suspected something was fishy at the bat joke but I went in there they work out on tokens and they put it in put it is like putting money onto a charge card putting money onto a debit card or some type of card where you can dispose of it at the end of the day which I think is a really really good idea theyve got up-to-date arcade games not the old fashioned Pinball its designed for family fun its got a basketball court small roller coaster in there I believe its got a number of family fun things you can do I believe theres a snack bar in there weve got a miniature golf course their customer service was all their it probably busier on the weekend and holidays good place to be I enjoyed it

We came here for date night out. During this unprecedented time of being afraid of being too close to others, this place seemed like a safe choice. We were right in our decision. This place is huge! Everything is nicely spaced out and not many people even on a Friday night. We played a round of mini golf on their beautiful course. Not very challenging but still loads of fun. We’ll definitely be back to bowl or ride carts or maybe play the many arcade/VR games.

Fun time was had by the kid. We hadnt been since they moved. The kids play area is amazing. Im like....well, Im bring her here at least once a week for a break for me. There were a few mask non-compliance instances. But. The place is giant, plenty of room to stay away from the people who dont care about your health.

We went today and let me tell you, it was the first time we’ve had that much fun in a long long time! Everyone wore masks and Abided by covid rules and such at the location. Fun rides. (the scrambler, backward and forward) Tons of slides for the kids. Jump houses. go carts. bowling. Games! air hockey. Basically dave and busters X 10. just a super fun time with the family and the kids! Recommend 110% Consessions for drinks chips and candy was also open and I wasn’t sure if it would have been. so that was nice too.

One of the best places for families with kids. Always been a fan even when they were out blankenbaker and i love it even more now!! My family will definitely be making more trips here when we want to spend time with kids! The arcade is great, the rides are great, this place is fantastic. I hope this place only gets better!! Great job people!!

First visit today since they moved locations. I am SO IMPRESSED! This place is a kids dream. It is huge! Rides, arcade, huge area for toddlers. Everyone was so friendly. Malibu Jacks blows Main Event and Dave and Busters our of the water. Its gorgeous, and so clean. It’s much more affordable as well. We can’t wait to go back!

It was really fun, Enjoyed the bumper cars my mom got SOO dizzy and I LOVED bounce beach and got some good photos, 5 Starts TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

This place is enjoyable, but on the pricy side. It costs $5 each to get on the two bigger amusement park-type rides, and $5-$6 for the simulation rides. Itd be great if the company lowered it some.

Have daily deals or specials for sleuthing attractions, making it reasonably priced (ex a round of mini golf would be less than 4$ on a monday) and they do a 10 percent discount on top of that eith a student ID

This is a pretty cool place, it is on the pricey side but not too pricey if that makes sense. My family and I only did certain things which was bowling for $5 and that included one game and shoes! We did the Wave ride which was $5 also and that is the absolute best attraction that they have there!!!!! We did the Twist and shout ride which is also $5. Clean establishment! Family friendly for sure! Pretty good pizza available! Have fun guys!! Warning..the lady named Yolanda who works at the service desk was secretly impatient with customers..mumbling under her breath...I heard her say that people need to hurry up and get out of other peoples way... really...these are children... children who see multiple toys and candy so they are gonna be undecided. I dont understand why people get these customer service jobs when they are not people friendly. Do better Yolanda!

The 3 year old loved it and so did me as a 28 year old. Place is huge! Was pretty empty when we went on a friday evening. Fun stuff

I have to give it to them. The new set up is super nice. Im worried that they wont be open long given all the restrictions. They have Definitely spent a pretty penny renovating. I hope this wont be yet another business that goes under due to the spicy cold.

I visited this place for the first time and I loved it. Bowling was 4$ per game including shoes. Had great time. Social distancing between lanes.

Their new location is awesome! The whole place took up an old Wal-Mart dept store so you can get lost in fun

This place was SO amazing. TWO indoor go cart tracks, a really fun indoor ride that you would expect at an amusement park kind of like the tilt a whirl, but it goes up and down and forward and backward REALLY fast, GIANT laser tag arena, bouncy house park with quite a few big bouncy houses, lots of arcade games, miniature golf, 3D roller coaster rides, and decent prizes for the tickets you earn playing games. I just cant say enough about how cool this place is. It wasnt outrageously expensive either. They had really good deals on multiple things/games, and there was plenty of room for the crowd that was there on a rainy Sunday afternoon over spring break. They also have a restaurant/snack bar with a Good variety of things to choose from and lots of room for parents to sit back and relax while the kids play. So glad I found this place!!! If you like to have fun, you DEFINITELY have to check this place out. I will definitely be coming back the next time Im in Louisville with the kids.

Pretty good, kids loved it! They always have fun and love spending there tickets at the end. Staff was very helpful with getting our party room set up and helping get everything organized.

We have been going here for years at the old place and came to check out the new place. It’s really nice and big! I really do hope the new location brings them lots of success, but there is still a lot to complete before this place is fully up and running. 3 stars due to pricing. It is disappointed to ride the roller coaster at $5 a rider. For a family of 4 that’s $20 and we just walked into the door and the kids can’t ride alone due to height. Almost every game cost at least $1, which doesn’t seem bad, but the kids want tickets, and they are only getting 10-15 a game. Expect to drop $100+ a visit for a family of 4 to interact and play along with your kids. That’s what we pay per visit.A suggestion to the owners would be to lower the price point on the games and increase the valued price of the redemption items. It would at least give customers the feel of a better value while playing games.I’m sure we will be back again once renovations are complete.

This place is awesome and CLEAN! The inside looks like paradise is what my 7 yr old said! Ideal for children 5 yrs old and up. My 7 and 9 year old had a blast. Many activities to choose from. Friendly helpful staff, food was good. The place is big enough to were even though it was busy it wasnt hectic. Definitely recommend and will return!

I’m currently here at Malibu jacks a place where me and my Wife, 3 year old and now two year old use to enjoy. We were big fans of there old space and have been to there new space about 3 times this is now the fourth time. The first time was great but everyone since has been fueled with malice and negative energy. Sad to say this is my last time coming here y’all have definitely won. The park I go

The arcade section prices are very reasonable. There is a ton of games that will keep you busy for a couple hours on $20.

The new location is far better than the old. They have added lots of new games, several new carnival type rides, and will soon have a chic cafe to eat at. Most games are on the expensive side since they are so new. The new mini coaster they have is awesome!

The reason I am leaving a 5 star review is for their customer service! I did not love their prices at all but their workers were incredibly kind and patient to this MJ newbie. If you have trouble thinking on the spot in an over stimulating environment with your kids hanging on you and begging to go play, check out the way they do their pricing prior to going. I had no idea you have to pay for each individual event and they do not sell unlimited bands which is what I was planning on buying (not their fault, I should have done my homework).I wish I would have asked the young mans name working the virtual realty headset gaming center- he really took his time with my kids explaining everything to them and making sure they were comfortable for gaming. He even logged into their game and played with them which they loved.Last but not least, at the same visit, my 7 year old really wanted to play a basketball game they have there which is similar to a fair basketball game with the tall hoop and long net. I knew he wasn’t tall enough to even get the ball close to the rim. The worker must have overheard us and offered to let my son “practice shoot” prior to using our tokens on the game so we didn’t waste our money.So, I’ll definitely be back despite it being expensive. The customer service was excellent and everyone treated us with a lot of respect!

This place is so fun and I made lots of fun memories with my friends here! I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the rides won’t let my little sister go after she went right before that time. She even met all the requirements to ride.

5 stars because I cant give more! Ken took great care of us, like always, and this new facility is unreal. We have 4 kids ages 5 and under and we could have stayed in the play place all day. We didnt, however, because there are arcade games suitable for all ages, mini golf, bowling, and more. We got home 5 minutes ago and the kids are already asking when we can go back! And we told them the truth - soon.

Love this place! The prices have gone up just a bit with the change in locations, but the new Bounce Beach (kids play area) is top notch. Theyre still finishing development of the Grill/Snack Bar, a few rides and the Bowling Lanes. Cant wait to see everything completed!

So much fun and way bigger than the original location. Cant wait to see when construction is over and every attraction is up and running. Manager stated that there will be an actual restaurant placed inside, & not just a food court or snack station. Very excited! Great customer service as well

The perfect place for family fun at a ridiculously incredible low cost. There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy including slow paced mini golf for the grandparents. Everything is placed apart perfectly for your rambunctious children to be in eye sight. Look out Dave and Busters Malibu Jacks is coming threw!!!!

Malibu jacks has remodeled and become very unsafe in the process. The jumping beach area used to be very secure and one could keep an eye on their children. Now the layout is so sprawling and has many blind spots. There are unguarded exits in the back of the area that could easily be accessed by anyone. The jungle gym is now so dark and opaque with tunnels that do not allow one a full view of what is happening. One worker walks around intermittently, but they can see no more than the parents. The seating area is located in the areas where the children don’t play and uncomfortable backless benches placed around the area where they do play. They could have arranged the jungle gym around the perimeter to optimize parental view, but as it is, it is very unsafe. There aren’t any lockers and because it is in the very old Walmart building, the bathrooms are outdated and funky. We were weekly customers, but We will not be coming here anymore. Well just start going to the alternative places. Very sad.

I took my daughter to Malibu Jacks and there were a lot of kids running around and most of the adults would not wear a mask and I asked them to wear a mask and they did put their math going but the staff was too afraid to tell the adults to put the mask on

Crazy that this amazing place is so close and I had never noticed it! What an amazing place. So big inside with lots of different attractions. Mini-golf course could be more intricate, but who am I to say.

On a weekend vacation had fun with the family from gocarts to bowling

I am to excited we found this place randomly today! My kids absolutely loved it, told me this was the Best PLACE they EVER been in their Childhood and Ms. Hannah is FREAKING AWESOME! She was super helpful and very nice to me and my little humans... Bring your kids great place to play!!!

The place is super nice. Clean and there is alot to do. I thought it pricey. It only too 2 hours for my Granddaughter to go through $60. That is one child. She had a great time. I was very disappointed in the way you turn in your tickets. Its a free for all. No line. There were staff that waited on someone, then would just walk away, not even try to help some one else or say they would be right back! It took a half hour just to redeem 250 tickets. The boy in front of me was there longer. Over all nice.

This one had much more in it that the one in Lexington for smaller kids to do. Had a great time. Staff was nice and helpful. A little pricey though.

Malibu Jacks is such a fun experience! Great for all ages. The play place in the back is cool and has a lot of options there are also a ton of arcade games and rides. We will be coming back for sure! Check Groupon for any deals, can get a little pricey..

The games are super fun even though i lost at bowling to a girl it was still a very fun place i recommend the dark room. A little intense but super fun if you like that kind of thrill. They also have mini golf so have fun!!!

Very clean inside.They just moved so not everything is set up. The key things not set up are for the toddlers. I am sure it will be a lot better when they finish.Party areas looked very nice.Prices are okay. There are some other gaming places with a little better pricing.

We had a blast on the rides. For claw machines...they only have e-claw machine type, which is a bummer. Some rides were still being built.

Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our visit. Definitely a relief from the summer heat.

I had fun with Deaf Teen Quest last weekend January 25, 2020! It was a great place to have fun with friends and with Deaf Teens and Advocates. I cant wait to return!

New toys area is awesome! My 4 year old also enjoys all the arcades and we had a lot of fun! This was a school event and very much worth it as it was free play at every station!

Its a wonderful place for your family. They have a ride called surfs up thats extremely fun. I have to fight with my god daughter for the tickets afterwards. You can redeem your points for prizes at the end.

This place is so much fun. So any games for all ages. I have a three year old and a husband who always have a blast. We stop by every time we are in town and we love the new location.

Prices have gone up a little. For example, the jungle gym area is now $10, used to be $8 at the old location, however, its much larger. Well worth an hour or more for the kids to play and get sweaty. Go carts are $7 per car, lots of arcade games. Kids love to go here when its rainy, cold, or just to do something different.

This is a cool indoor park. Wednesday evening is a great day to go for half price arcade games and low crowds. Mini golf is fun too!

Awesome comeback. But the bowling alley still needs work. The pins are connected to strings which sometimes get tangled. But its still a pretty good place to go overall

They recently moved locations and it looks like they bought out an old Walmart! This place is HUGE and looks great! There is so much already there and a ton more they are still adding!!! We will be going back in a few months to see all the finished areas!!!

The new location is just awesome. The inside is huge- they still have the go karts, there’s now a roller coaster, VR experiences, many more games than the old location. It’s not even finished yet and it’s already amazing. It’s free to walk in you just need a game card which you can buy in any amount. The games I played varied from $.50 to $5

Great place to bring children. Climbing gyms, bounce houses, videos, arcade games, go-carts, miniature golf, and eatery will keep you busy for as long as your money holds out. Cash dollars are placed on a card, that you use to pay for your entertainment choices. This eliminates reaching for lose cash as you go from one activity, to the next.

We had a blast! Would have given it 5, but it is pricey, and it is difficult to see where your children are while they are playing in the play area. They had one girl letting people in and out of the play area, maybe if they had some kind of band the children wear to match their parents... not sure, but they need a little something extra. OMG AWESOME!!!! This new location is all that!!! it has a bit of everything and even I enjoyed myself. I would say its the best indoor park Louisville has at the moment and we didnt even have to spend a lot to get a good family night out!

Went to Malibu Jacks with Skyler and Grandma....we played so many games...had a blast...the Zombie virtual reality shooter game was amazing...we arrived around 7:00pm and stayed until 8:30pm....not very crowded...expect to spend at least $100.00 if you want to have a good time with 3 people for about an hour and a half!! Had vanilla Dippin Dots, a blue icee, nachos, and a hot dog for just under $15.00!! We will definitely go back again for more adventures!!

Bigger and Better than the old one.. Just need to update the old restrooms from Walmart.... definitely a must go.... and thanks for the bonus money.. the more you upload the more you get to stay longer.... Thanks for my son 6th birthday party....he enjoyed every minute of it....

Good indoor venue for the kids - arcade games are a bit overpriced for individual play. Jump area is nice for unlimited play for the $8 entry as you can go in and out for the duration of your stay. Think upscale Chuck E Cheese.

Not much to do in way of arcade games and extremely overly priced. Do not reccomend if you have much younger children. Not many activities for them to do.

Came in to check out the new place and WOW! Ended up staying almost 2 hours! Absolutely beautiful and oh so fun! Met Bernie and Alan, who were so passionate about what theyre creating for our community here! We felt we belonged there and were energized to come again. Thanks Malibu Jacks! Our family is glad youre here.

My wife and I have been here more than I would like to admit, weve even been to the Lexington one, we have a ball. Not too bad of a price and they have a decent mix of games and attractions. They even have a place for bouncy houses for little ones and party rooms. All in all pretty nice place. It is more family friendly which we enjoy. The employees are nice.

The people were great, i asked for assistance and a lady happily helped me, the lady at the cash register was nice and assisted me adequately I definitely recommend for future fun trips especially for the kids

Went here with family over the holidays. They have a wide selection of fun things to do! Go karts, putt-putt, a roller coaster, arcade games, laser tag, and it looks like they’ll be opening up a bowling alley soon too. The lines were pretty long, but we went over the holidays, so that’s to be expected.I also really liked how it would store all of your credits and tickets on a single card, but make sure you don’t lose it!The only downside is that they just moved locations to a former Walmart and it still feels very much like walking into a Walmart. But other than that, we had a really great time!

Pricey but fun. The woman working at the ticket exchange was really nice to my family. She left a great impression on us as we were leaving.

Malibu jacks is very large and exciting. Lots of fun stuff to do. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Pretty solid place. Food perfect price, bowling solid price. I recommend going to the ticket shop first and watch the tv to see the promotions and prices of rides and attractions. Some attractions do not clearly show prices up front. Majority of games give tickets some are a bit crummy for the amount of tickets recieved verse score earn.

The 4-D theater was great! So nice and clean!

Love the new place! I wish the rest of the facility was up and running, but overall we had a great time.
