I was at a birthday party for my grand daughter. They didnt have any food or drink. The price range was between $200&$300. I think this was very overpriced. Plus only a part of the party was able to jump for free. It was $15 for additional people. Thank God we had a good employee that worked with us. I dont know if they told the mother it wouldnt be included or just that their trucks didnt come in.

Worst most unsafe place to have a toddler birthday party. Then they refused to fix their mistakes. Refused to give me the manager contact info even for the next weekdays. Served half the pizzas ordered and then brought out the rest when the part was pretty much over. Some kid from another party had fallen and hurt himself jumping. Terrible party for a 3 yr old.

Much cheaper than Defy (House of Boom) and just as much fun if not more fun. It is definitely cleaner. Staff is always friendly!

Could revamp to include a lot more activities. Definitely needs an ultimate ninja style obstacle course. The six dodgeball courts are neat, but ultimately repetitive.

Great place, plenty of space, but no water fountain, no water, no beverages sold at all? Not sure why. Didnt stay long so we wouldnt dehydrate. But great other than that!

The kids had fun, the wife and I wore our masks the whole time. Did not see a lot of cleaning and disinfecting going on. Did see adults walking around with no masks on.

We had my daughters birthday party at Altitude last night, and it was the best birthday party ever (her exact words!). The staff was so incredibly friendly, our party hostess was beyond attentive. She never stopped working, doing everything she could to make the evening perfect. Also, this is the first place Ive been (and I have 4 children, with the oldest being 17) where the manager deducted the cost of children who didnt attend. I actually ended up paying $150 LESS than I originally intended!!! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Half of the games in the arcade didnt work. If they did the game took our money and still didnt work. 4 games had out of order signs. No employee could help give us back money spent. What a waste. This was my first time and it will be my last. Candy wrappers lined the carpet floor. The floor itself is lifting tripping everyone who walks near those spots! And there are several! Never again!

Kids had fun. Not many kids there so they could do whatever they wanted. Pretty good value overall.

Great rates, great location, plenty of parking. Good atmosphere, my niece loved the songs that they were playing. There are plenty of tables for birthday parties. There are video games and other activities for kids. I recommend this place.

Very disappointed in their Birthday service packages. I spent almost $300 on a private room. I only got paper plates and bottled water. They don’t even give you cups with ice. The room looks like a closet with no birthday decorations. They said you get a birthday attendant to help with your party but all she did was bring out the pizza that I bought. I even had to go to the counter and buy my own drinks for the party due my party attendant being gone. Very bad service. Do yourself a favor and definitely don’t waste your money a party event.

Kids like the place staff are always friendly when Ive been. They need to work on their coupons and deals online. Ive purchased deals online and when I get there they want to charge you for the tickets you already bought but typically the staff will fix it (this is why its still 4 star) coupons youll see sometimes dont line up but staff will fix it typically as well. Facility is typically clear as well.

They dont have security people do pretty much what they want

After spending $18 for my 3-year-old to jump, I attempted to purchase a Gatorade from the machine and which it took my money and I tried to report it to the attendant and I was told I need to call the number on the machine needless to say it was only one person working a line almost outside the door and I have a 3-year-old thats thirsty and Im told to call the number on the machine or get in line.

Love this place. Never really crowded and love the Mommy and me time so the littles dont get trampled by the big kids

This was our first time going. The trampoline area is very large. They have concessions and arcade games.

Having not gone to any place like this before I can say that it was a positive experience. Their prices are reasonable compared to other places alike. The only con is that they dont really serve anything food wise but youre surrounded by restaurants not far from here. My son had fun so thats all that really mattered. Would go back again no doubt.

Had a great time here today at toddler time with Marshall from Paw Patrol. Lots of kids running around, but it didnt feel crowded. Love how large this place is and that theres actually something to do on this side of town!

We go here often and my only complaint is that there have been some week nights that there didnt seem to be a manager or an adult staff member there and obviously with a bunch of kids working there, they need it. Otherwise great place we spend many days here during winter and fall months its a great place to take the kids when you cant get outside

Jump 9-11 I got there at 8:30. I sat in a wide, long line from 8:30 until 9:40. Still had to pay for TWO hours. They were understaffed and the teenager that took my money lingered with the boy customers way too long for me. I told my children- never again. Well go the jump park in Indiana nxt time. My time may not be valuable to Altitude, but Im sure its valued somewhere else.

My daughter loved it, very nice staff and a good place for kids to have fun.

Love this place I’ve been other trampoline parks this is first one I’ve truly enjoyed it’s huge filled with lots of trampolines and foam pit the dodgeball set up was perfect for good fun game the balls were heavy enough to throw without kids injuring each other and they have nice selection of snacks and icee flavors

This place was fun but be prepared, never knew you needed a drivers license to sign a waiver.

Very nice trampoline park for children, adults, families. Affordable fun for the whole family. The trampoline park is kept very nice and clean. The staff are do courteous, helpful, and friendly. The staff make you feel welcome. My granddaughter loves Altitude Trampoline. I am so grateful we have Altitude Trampoline Park in the South End of town. Thank you Altitude! Job well done!

It is a large facility but I was disappointed after going to other trampoline parks with my daughter which were better managed and maintained. The padding that is supposed to cover the springs was missing or gapped in several places. This was unsafe. The roof was leaking and the staff had just laid towels over the puddles. There was also a rude employee who made us get of the trampolines after jumping 45 minutes because our socks came from a different jump park and did not have Altitude printed on them. I dont recommend this place.

Force you to buy a pair of socks even if you already have a pair from skyzone. Very anti consumer.Obviously this isnt about safety-- they are the same socks, probably produced by the same factory. I have both socks in my hands. If it mattered to safety then you wouldnt allow anyone reuse any socks whether from Skyzone or Altitude. Its about making an extra money on everyone who comes in. Just up your prices if you need money that much and drain your customers wallet in an honest way.Also I spent a dollar on an arcade game, and it didnt work. No Out of order sign or indication that it wouldnt work.

Threw a 5 year old bday party here. The kids love it but the price to rent a table is ridiculous . Around 300 dollars to reserve the spot at the tables and they only let u bring pizza and a cake . It would be nice if your money got you a private party area

Always a blast here. I bring my 3 year old daughter up there for toddler time but today we overslept and didnt make it til 1:45 the girl at the counter was super helpful and friendly. Apparently on wensdays its match day where they match what ever bounce time you purchase. So my daughter got to bounce for hours for only $9 bucks which isnt bad honestly. The places is still as clean as the day it opened in my opinion and since it was fairly early it was all younger children so I didnt have to worry about bigger kids running her over or double bouncing her. For parents of little ones I recommend this place for anytime before 3pm when bigger kids start getting out of school and arriving. As always though we had a blast and cant wait to be back! Thanks guys so glad theres another activity on Dixie for kids to do!

Always a great experience here. This is handicapped accessible. Theres no ATM here and you cant get cash back from purchases. Small slushies are $3 and some change.

Had a very nice time celebrating my daughters 18th bday

They offer a military discount. The business is located on the second floor of a shared business building but it is very large and can accommodate a large group for a birthday party or other event. It offers multiple areas to jump as well as a foam pit and four dodgeball areas. The games of dodgeball arent formal but the balls cant hurt the kids and there are explicit rules about headshots. There is a separate area for little kids and the rest. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat. I was here for the one year anniversary of the place opening and they gave away complimentary cupcakes. Very awesome.

Went in to view the park..was clean and quiet..

Its okay. Clean for the most part there was dirt, spilt drinks and a sharp earring the whole time..so the crew wasnt exactly proactive. There was also a fight while we were there, the whole crew started gossiping and not paying attention to customers..which was concerning considering the line to get in the place on Sunday. They didnt open foam wars the whole time we were there, even thought the posted hours were in line with when we were there. The staff couldnt care less, when asked. That bummed my older kids out. But its a park and we had a good time regardless.Annoyed the owners response isnt more serious than a copy and paste message sent to everyone.

Place is fun for kids. Price for kids 6 and under is pretty good for the am time period. The regular price however is very high. Did a birthday party here for 6yr old. They allow you to bring in your own pizza and cake instead of forcing you to buy their food. Very nice. So we got Pizza Hut which was good. Did everything myself for party set up at tables and paid for each kid jump pass instead of the party package they offered which would have been several hundred dollars more for the number of kids we had. Overall pretty good.

Loud, noisy kids. Grandsons Birthday. I meant to say that, its a kid friendly place. The experience was what I would expect. Noisy kids can be fun, somtimes.

This was our first visit to the location and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. The staff was kind and very understanding especially Sydney; she was extra attentive and efficient. The employees watching over the open play areas were very vocal when one person would not be following the rules and with us having our 2 year old around, that was especially nice to see the rules enforced. We will be back indefinitely for more great fun!

Very nice environment, very friendly employees. Very Clean ... our first time here was a couple weeks ago and we absolutely loved it . The cashier was very friendly and explained everything in a very nice manner. Our 5 year old had an absolute blast. My husband and I also participated with our 5 year old and it got a little crowded but as big as this place is you don’t much notice .. because time flys .. love love love love love love . Awesome place. A bit pricey, but that is understandable I suppose. What I didnt like was the time limits. Its heart breaking watching children get told they arent allowed in the area anymore because their hour is up. Not something a child should have to hear in regards to the money aspect of things. Im not sure if Im the only one who feels this way, but there has to be another way to go about doing this. Anywho... Still an awesome place :)

The staff does not appear to know whats going on. I had to sign the waiver 3 times, each time standing in a long line of people. I tried to buy a t-shirt for my granddaughter but they couldnt find the key, so they could only refund my money, after about 10 minutes of waiting. Otherwise my granddaughter had a great time. The floor staff is vigilant, keeping everyone safe. The staff behind the counter is clueless & not helpful, although quick with an apology.

If I were a kid Im sure I would have a wonderful time too but I also enjoyed watching the grandkids have fun.Considering that the place was rocking and jumping surprisingly there were no mishaps.Next time I go back there I might try that jumping thing myself. The manager was very rude and unpleasant. We didnt receive the services that were supposed to come with the birthday party package. We serve and hosted the party ourselves and when we asked if we could have some cups the young lady Halle said absolutely she we go get them but later came back and said her manager (Latrice) said no she wasnt giving us anything. One of the parents asked if they could make an announcement to the party the manager replied thats not in my job description. The whole event was unpleasant and uncomfortable for the party guests but the money was already spent so we continued our party. The supposed to be hosted Halle was really nice and did what she was only doing what she was told. She didnt stay and host the party she was told to work the counter

I really wished that they had outlets. So that the adults waiting and watching their kid or kids jump, can CHARGE their phone if they need to. The Saff, is VERY nice and friendly. A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Cool place for kids they have a foam pit and dodgeball. Comfortable seats for parents. Socks are included and they have a snack bar and lockers.

Been here a few times now and had my daughters birthday party here as well. Always so much fun and very clean. Every time we go, they have added something new, like more seating. They also have great deals that run thoughout the week for discounts on toddlers and such. And the staff is always very nice and helpful. I do wish they made there own pizza and other food items instead of ordering and having it delivered. They food comes fairly fast tho. Would recommend.

My kids were bored 20 minutes into it. They wished they had gone to house of boom. We were lucky to use a coupon as this would have been a large waste of money for my two kids. Still basically paid a dollar a minute. My kids even went up and ask for some type of refund. They were not allowed to wear there house of boom socks and were charged for new socks that were the same. My kids requested for me to rate this place as they were that upset.

If you have not signed a waiver online before you get there you will have to sign one when you arrive. The place was clean. Bathrooms are clean. Staff was friendly. For a Saturday, it wasnt too busy. The kids had room to jump and play. They have a lot of staff on the trampolines to ensure the safety rules are followed. I appreciate how they have different areas for birthday parties. You can either get a private room or have it in the open. Be sure to download the app if its your first time, youll get a free icee. Kids really enjoyed themselves... and parents/guardians, no one knows your kids like you do....you still need to WATCH YOUR KID(S)!

Very nice place . great prices. The only issues I always have when I go there is my son ALWAYS gets bullied. Most of the kids arent being watched so they can do what they want. I stay right at my sons side.

Just took my 4 year old and 1 year old here on a Saturday morning. We had a fantastic time. The 1 year old even got a chance to have fun.The place was great and clean with s friendly staff. The pricing was very reasonable.Had a blast. We’ll be back.
