Lots of things for the kids to do. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Milk shakes were a little pricey, but tasted awesome.

Such an experience, dislike that their bar closes so early. However it was so much fun! May go back in the morning to actually play all the games.

One wonderful night, we took advantage about the unlimited play arcade card for $14.95 Friday night after 9pm me and my three friends played until very late. The only bad thing is that you dont win prizes in the end. Play virtual reality as a team is the best.

I didn’t get any pictures of main even we were so busy having fun!! Laser tag is two levels high and very reasonably priced! The staff is awesome and very accommodating! Hand sanitizer is located all over for customer convenience and we got a play card there and had over two hours of fun on 50 dollars for one kid and one adult. They have a full bar for adults and pizza and gelato for the kids. They also have bowling, crane games, gravity ropes and more! I would highly recommend an afternoon here.

There was entirely too many people in there and NO TYPE of social distancing was enforced. I can honestly see why the spread of the virus is on a rise. But the question I have is if these kids can be a the main event umungst other places, why cant they be in school.

It was fun but I wont be coming back... Some of the arcades dont work with one unlimited arcade card which is crazy. Some rough people coming in and out of here as well that ruin the experience for everyone else.

It was really fun, but I would visit it every day if they modernize the games, because the ones that are there are very old games

The staff is so friendly! Especially Amanda who recognizes everybodys need. I will definitely comeback there, have some beers, and play bowling.

I took my niece and nephews there for a few hours. We had a wonderful time. The managers could be less rude however. While trying to sign up for laser tag the managers were talking to the rest of the staff about something. The employees made eye contact with me and the managers continued to talk, ignoring me. They did the same exact thing while trying to purchase a game card. Then while playing laser tag, there was an employee walking around the whole game floor. This was a very tall,large man. He nearly knocked my niece over. He then proceeded to get an attitude about it. Other than the staff, its a really fun place.

Its extremely open...game play and activities are virtually unlimited with no wait times! I actually enjoyed being out and could turn my kids lose without being afraid theyd get lost!

This Main Event was a fun place to go. You can spend a lot of money here if you dont watch it. The place is kid and adult friendly. They do have deals and the place is very clean. You will have fun if thats what you are looking for.

Loved our visit here! Especially excited to find out about the Unlimited play arcade cards for $10 on Monday nights! Next time, well likely purchase both a $10 Unlimited arcade card AND a $10 unlimited activities card (for bowling, laser tag, and the ropes course.) Lots of fun for our family!

Endless pool cant beat that. The total pass is a good deal. But over 25 bucks for a late night bowling thats no form me dawg.

As far as all the fun you can want it one place, I would give this a 5 star. They have laser tag, virtual reality games, bowling, pool, arcade games, a bar and food, but I knocked off 1 star because I think it is higher priced than it should be. The virtual reality was one of the best things at this place and I absolutely loved it. Give it a try and you wont be disappointed!

This is such a classic looking arcade! Its really nice for pictures and seems very busy when I drive by. Would love to go back and bowl and play more games!

Main Event is a good time, Craig & Stephanie are awesome bartenders! They’re super attentive and make great drinks. Craig’s drinks are guaranteed to be delivered with 20 shakes and a smile. Bowing facilities are great and the arcade games are fun, Connect 4 basketball is the best. Win win all around!

Awesome..... This is a really great place to bring the entire family, no matter if you are looking for a few hours of fun, all day, or if you are wanting to book a party. The facility is nicely laid out with plenty of games, arcade games, pool tables, bowling. The food is really great and you self order at the tables and also pay there as well. The restrooms are very clean and service. There is free parking with plenty of space. I will definitely be back when visiting the area again, as well as recommending to everyone for a great place to go.

There were lots of games but a lot of them were down or would take your credits and not let you play. Some of the staff were friendly but a few working the floor were ignoring people. The bowling alley was nice but very crowded with long wait times to bowl. I didnt do laser tag or the ropes course so I cant review them. There was a bar and some concession stand type food but nothing filling. It was alright, I went for a bday party but probably wont go on my own.

Good family entertainment center. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, billiards, a bar and pretty decent food options. It would be easy to blow $200 in an afternoon. Some cautions, though... The lanes fill up quickly, so book ahead. The arcade games arent cheap, either: they use prepaid cards that can be refilled at the service desk. The games themselves often cost several dollars worth of credits to play.

Nice venue with lots to do. Whether youre into rope climbing, bowling, laser tag, or arcades...this place has a little something for everyone. Good deals depend on the day you go, but for a Monday the crowd was moderate and the prices were somewhat affordable. Staff isnt The most exciting out there. Kinda seems they dont enjoy the job..but the important thing is the kids and I really enjoyed our first time and we will be back.

I have been to Main Event several times in the past with no problems to report. However, after my experience tonight, I will not be returning. My boyfriend and I had a reservation to bowl for 1 hour and once at our lane, we ordered an appetizer and two beers immediately to start. Over the course of the hour, we never received our appetizer or our drinks. We tried to consult with multiple waitresses and employees over the course of the hour and nothing came of any of the interactions, including our food. Finally, we were able to speak to a manager and he was able to remove the food and drinks from our bill, but he couldn’t have cared less about our lack of food or drink. Next, we moved to the dining area in hopes that we could attempt to order again. A waitress took our drink order and 20 minutes passed and we still hadn’t received our drinks. Finally, we just left. Very, very DISAPPOINTING experience.

Great place for kids and adults. My daughter has a blast with her friends at this place. The prices are on the higher side but well worth it. We love bowling and laser tag the most. The arcade is great but pretty typical to any other arcade. We enjoy the roller coaster ride and wish there were more of them. The prize cost are reasonable. I came to main event by default for date night and we loved it. Service started out awful but turned out to be a good night. There is a full bar and the calamari from the resturant was so good we ordered seconds! Music was fresh and drinks were strong. Would definitely recommend for a date night out. They are open late too!

It was our first time here and we were treated very well. The bowling was fun and very reasonable. The food was kid and adult friendly. Rachel went our of her way to accommodate our food experience and the food was tasty. Some of the games were not working quite correctly, but we managed to have a good time none the less. It is a great place to spend time with the kids during the day.

That was my first time coming there. It was so nice, clean. The atmosphere was just nice. Love that bar setting. And all those games. What a place to have a party. I would come back every chance i get.

Loved this place . They have so many things to do and for a good price. Its better to go in the morning when there is not that many people that way you dont have to wait in lines or anything. The only bad thing is that the food is a little expensive but other then than that its a fun place.

Tons of fun and a great deal. My daughter played for 6 hours on their unlimited pass. Video games, Lazer tag, bowling, pool, shuffleboard and a ropes course. You cant beat that anywhere. The food is pretty darn good too.

I wouldnt suggest going until they have a better management approach for coronavirus. You can still do all the normal activities but DONT PLAN TO EAT HERE RIGHT NOW. Seating is still first come, first serve with no staff managing the tables. So that means youll have to stalk people at a table until they leave. No list, no system for getting a table. Also, no staff to clean off tables so once a table opens up, you still have to wait for the busy waitress to clean it.Hand sanitizer was hard to find or empty. Wearing a mask in play area not enforced.

Great place to bring the family. I live the discount days. I mean the All you can play for $20 or $24 per person. The discount varies to what location and days. Anyway great place to be and enjoy yourself.

Clean, fairly priced and fun for all ages! Good food with even better drinks. Weve come several times with 10+ group of people and it was simply accommodated. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This is a place I take my little nieces and nephews and also a place Id go on a date too.

Loads of fun here. We went there as an office event to bowl and play laser tag. It was a blast! Definitely bringing grandkids back there! All kinds of things to entertain adults and kids! Nice bar area as well.

We went for my wifes company Christmas party. The food was pretty good, we all got free cards that were to have 3 hours of free game play. We had to take the card back to the service desk 3 times because they wouldnt work in any of the games....then a managed started talk down to us like we didnt know how to use them.....thats when we left

We got 3 $10 cards and less than 100 tickets because the machines want no less than 7 credits. We spend $30 and got 4 bouncy balls and 4 airheads. Will not be going back.

I took my 5 children along with 4 of their friends and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend going on Monday after 4 p.m. when they have one price for arcade and events. Its $10 for an events bracelet pass and $10 for the arcade card. You can play from 4 until midnight unlimited, the value is awesome. Their food is pretty good and the atmosphere is great. Ill definitely be taking my kids back but itll be on Monday after 4, great place!

Overall it was average and disorganized. The customer service at the Main desk was very lacking. The kids working were more interested in talking among themselves. I specifically said we had never been there before and asked how it worked, well I found out later what I got was very limited information. Every different activity we attempted we had to ask how to participate. Pizza was just OK, but we didnt try anything else on the menu. Arcade area and bathrooms were messy and this was a week night and was not very busy. There seemed to be a lot of employees standing around. The kids enjoyed the bowling and Arcade. We might return. Hopefully management will accept suggestions.

Was very disappointed. Took my family for the unlimited for $20 per person. We were only able to do one round of laser tag an one game of bowling because everything had two hour wait time an you could not get a spot. For as much money we spent we should have been able to do more. An the workers were not nice at all.

You can get $10 play credit plus a meal for $18, $20 play credit plus a meal for $24, or $30 play credit plus a meal for $32. Thats basically a free meal at that point, and while the meal deal is limited in which entrees you can get theres still wings and things to choose from.

Been here before and didn’t have as much fun as I did today. I think it was because it was empty and was a work outing (so I wasn’t paying). Still bowling and laser tag were cool! Good was good and came in a decent amount of time.

This place is super busy on Fridays. I would probably look for an alternative to hang out. The place is great, but a really busy one on Friday nights. Weve visited twice on Fridays and everything is sold out. Im not sure if they do reservations. But, if they do, Id strongly recommend

Great experience, very well maintained facility. We did the bowling, lots of ball selections with various finger hole sizes for all balls. Arcade looked great, very similar to a Dave and Busters kind of vibe. The bar area with pool tables was super nice too

Bowling Lane wouldnt work correctly. Asked for help several times before we were moved. Laser tag broke. Several games broken. VR in the front had no one running it. You had to go to the ticket counter each time. And, the kid there got mad when we asked for help and threw his pencil across the room. Service at the desk was slow. I dont think this is a place to go back to.. The amount of money spent there would be way better used somewhere else.

My daughters equestrian team visited Main Event during a show in Louisville. I was impressed by the amount of activity they offered. The food real food was a great touch! Well be back when in the area!

Do not go for $7.99 deal its all fraud. I been waiting for additional time for 2 hours and still waiting nothing happened and we gave up and decided to quit. Manager at desk was so rude. Staff are well trained to make the scene that they have no track available and I could see they have atleast 6 lanes available for new coming traffic. So pls do not go main event. They have no real deal.

Ive been to main event a over a few times now for corporate events. I always find myself having a great time with my team while Im there. There is bowling, laser tag, tons of arcade games and plenty more to keep the day interesting.

Pretty interesting and fun place. You can definitely end up spending a pretty penny here but definitely my favorite place to go bowling thus far. Plus, laser tag, I mean come on. You gotta do laser tag as an adult. Its the best.

We went as part of a company event. First time there. We mainly played pool, so I can say they had an adequate number of tables but need more (and more varied weight and length) cues, bridges, and chalk. There werent lines for the arcade games. The 3D horror game was missing a pair of glasses. We didnt even try to play laser tag, the gravity /ropes course, or bowl.We didnt order from the menu but looked at it and the selection was good. We had a catered meal in a private room and it was fine but not outstanding. The bar was large and staffed well. The employees were professional and pleasant.For so much activity the noise level wasnt bad. The bathroom was clean and had adequate capacity for the venue.

Lot of money for slow, chaotic service and tasteless food.My own fault for going at 6 on a Saturday, but it took over 20 minutes to get basic drinks, an hour to get food and appetizer arrived after the main course.Food was overpriced for portions and quality was poor.All in all, I will not be eating there again.

Good food, great atmosphere, staff was ok, a few were really nice others were non-service orientated. For the amount paid for stuff would expect better experience. Multiple games were broken or not operating correctly. Several vests in the Laser Tag area were broke or would quit working during the matches. Gotta pay $2 for a used plastic card that they ask for you to recycle at the end of the night. Facility was fairly clean. Drinks at the bar seemed to be weaker than a typical bar would give you. Tyler, Lisa, and Peter were great and friendly employees. Would expect all employees to be this nice for the environment that they work in. The $19.99 package was a great deal and brought me in to try this place out. I probably wouldnt go back if I had to pay full price for everything seperately, especially in the condition of equipment on this visit.

Our first time here and our last! 75% of the games wouldn’t work! We had to get someone twice to refund us back the credits on our game cards. Our lane for bowling kept messing up we sat there for a total of 23 minutes waiting just for it to mess up again. They couldn’t give us extra time due to others waiting to bowl. We spoke with management and got our money back but he was rude and acted like it was a problem. This would be a great place if EVERYTHING worked!

Many of the games were not working. Our waitress, Sandy, gave us excellent service at lunch though. It was the bright spot.

No service for about 20mins while sitting in the dining area for lunch at noon. Just left and got food somewhere else. Shame, because the activities are great. Id recommend they take their dining area more seriously.

Our family loved the trick or treating along with free 30 minute gaming card and laser tag session. The Halloween costume contest was super cute and service and staff were outstanding.
