This is a great place to go pre/post pandemic. I do not feel that the standards for preventing potentially infected people are enforced at all. No one standing in the front checking temps, nor enforcing that this step is being done. Many folks not wearing masks.Actually break down the statement, they use words like recommend and asking. Nothing is being enforced.
This is a very cool place to take kids for a fun outing. Price wise they are a little on the high side for entrance. Birthday parties at this location are also a little on the expensive side. My biggest complaint by far is that paid entrance does not mean you get to stay till you are ready to go. They have a pay by hour system and assign your kids colored wrist bands so that they can boot them out the second their hour is up.
I am highly dissatisfied with this business. During the pandemic, my monthly membership was suspended due to Covid19 and the state shut down. I was informed by an employee on the phone, that reactivation can only occur once I stepped back into the facility to reactivate it. Believing the merit of the employee, and not carefully monitoring my account. I was shocked to see that I was charged for 4 additional months. Under the impression that this had to be an mistake, I immediately notified management about these charges, their response was that they were willing to refund the recent charge, but not the previous months. I asked them, why wasnt I notified that my account was going to be reactivated and charged. They claimed I was notified through email. All lies, and Im still waiting for them to produce that email. I cant believe that an ethical company would do this, especially in the midst of a pandemic. Shame on you Defy!!!!
Went yesterday. With COVID restrictions, half the place is roped off and not accessible. Also there were tons of people jumping. Doesn’t seem to be a reduced capacity at all. I’d wait to go back until they open the whole place. That’s the parts my kids like the best.
Fun for the kids, but.....Theres a lot of kids unsupervised and being bullies and being mean. A child will try to get away with whatever they can if no one is there to correct them. I sit back and watch bigger kids running over smaller ones, in dodge ball they purposely try to hit younger ones in the face as hard as they can. One little girl repeatedly punched a toddler boy in the head, I stood up to walk towards her to tell her to stop that, and he began walking away crying, and a man, Im assuming his dad, picked him up and walked away. Then she picked up a foam and repeatedly hit my nephew in the face, I said keep your hands to yourself! Wheres the referee associates who are supposed to watch the area? I try to avoid confrontation, but It would be easy to have words with another parent over their childs behavior thats, if you could locate the parent... Good luck with that!
They have all the pits of cubs and jungle jims closed off
Weve been to House of Boom countless times. After being bought out by DEFY my boys were excited to check it out, we had been to DEFY in AZ and it was pretty amazing. We had high hopes that there would be new equipment that came along with the new name, unfortunately that is NOT the case. Nothing has changed from the once House of Boom, infact it still says house of boom on the interior walls.
Experience is fun and all attractions of trampoline park are quick to enter. There is often a lack of supervision for children and can result in easy injury. Its a trampoline park - obviously much fun to be had. Many activities to keep kids interested!Weekends are very busy, usually crammed full of kids which can make it difficult to follow the rules of 1 person per trampoline.Staff, when present, seem very attentive and caring of the rules.Great place to bring kids, just keep an occasional eye on them and be sure to use the free hand sanitizers on the walls :)
Not following covid-19 guidelines very dirty
Very fun place to take and ware out your kids.
Associates had mask on. Felt safe but it was too hot inside.
So my son lost his iPhone 11 the other day in the sponges. Tony B was the ONLY employee to help us find it. He stayed about a hour after it closed and dug through the sponges until we found it. Thank you ssssooooooooo much I really appreciate you! Kind people like you don’t exist in this world anymore
I booked a party on March 24th, 2020 for my daughter. Needless to say we had to cancel, but they made it the easiest phone call I’ve had to make during this time. In fact, all I needed to do was email and I received an email immediately that it was no problem to reschedule the party. As the week progresses and things get even more blurred, I asked for a refund due to not knowing when I can reschedule it. They responded immediately (as usual) and told me that was no problem. This was such a relief and I will definitely be rebooking for my daughters birthday at defy when things blow over. If it was this easy to speak with them during a time like this, I can only imagine how amazing they are when everything is back to normal.
We attend HOB regularly and the kids love it. It is clean, great customer service, and the prices are on par with their competitors. Parking is also sufficient. We have 3 kids ages 3-8 and they all enjoy going. Ask about their frequent flyer card. You will need to purchase socks the first time so factor that into cost.
My kids love this place. All the jumping around gets their excess energy out. Lots of rooms for bday parties but also large area upstairs for bigger groups like team parties.
Unhealthy Air Alert! The air quality is just horrible. I have never smelled anything like that. Just the warm, heavy smell of sweat and worn socks is overwhelming. Please invest in some air purification system or at least run the AC.Put some rules in place, separate the kids by weight or age. You have 30 lbs and 300lbs jumpers jumping together. Accident waiting to happen.
We took our daughter and nephew here for her birthday. It was fantastic. They had a great time.
Thanks for hosting my sons birthday party in December 2019! I enjoyed myself and so did my son and his friends. Matter of fact, my sons friend hosted their party there the next month in January 2020!
We love this place. Just wish the bathrooms were a little cleaner and stocked up. But other than that we always have a good time here
Would have given it more stars if for $100, I could take 5 kids to play for more than 30 minutes...smh. good work out though! The kids definitely want to keep coming back but the cost is way too steep
The facility is nice BUT they cram way too many people in there & there is absolutely no supervision aside from two 16 year old kids. This place is a trip to the ER waiting to happen.
A little rowdy for the really.young ones, but a good workout just chasing the curtain climbers around.
Fantastic place to go. The membership deal is an amazing value for your money. The guy they have managing there (at least the one I interacted with when getting the membership) is very reasonable and chill.
Have been going here for months with no issues. This last time was a mad house. No supervision on any of the pods or stations. Older kid (14-15 year olds) were running around playing tag. 4-5 young kids hurt just in the 30 minutes I was there. We left early as it was way to dangerous. Has really gone down in the last month. So sad.
Last attempt to enjoy at family outing at this location. It is now completely apparent that customer retention, satisfaction nor safety is remotely a concern much less a priority. Luckily for them, the waiver you are forced to sign prior to entry removes them from any liability as well as any motivation to improve it. Staff at the front entry and within the play areas is sparse and those available are completely oblivious to anything other than what color arm band you are wearing and the apparent inconvenience your presence is causing them, unless you are with a party. Those who book parties seem to be the only ones given any courtesy or focus. The manager stays close to the party rooms and their guests, but will make an appearance should you make the mistake of asking Staff at the front entrance for change to purchase a much needed refreshment from the sole source available which happens to be vending machines. Vending machines that only take $1 dollar bills, debit cards or coins and there are zero change machines. “Unfortunately, we do not give out change because it causes us to run out for the register because we have so many people coming in. But I can get my manager and you can speak to them if that’s a problem?” The play area had 2 staff stationed at two specific areas and 1 who continuously walked back and forth between the two. Outside of the two stationed areas I seen no real supervision. If you are a parent who actually watch your children, be prepared to be on your toes and have your patience tested to no end, so please bring your best “A” game! If not, you may have just spent your hard earned money for your children to do nothing more then stand and watch or worse, get trampled on. Even though it pains me to do so, I did give it 2 stars, one because my children truly had fun on what they were able to experience and the restroom was clean.
Great place for a fun birthday or just letting off steam for the kids. Hang out for Mom and Dad just upstairs while the kids jump.
Great setup, kids loved it. Wish the prices were more reasonable. The guy who took the tickets was friendly. They need to fire the rude chic at the front desk, and hire someone with a better attitude!I figured for what you pay, they could afford to hire people with decent customer service skills!
We Have been loyal customers here for about four months now and we are finally fed up on how horribly they keep this place. there can be upwards of two hundred people in the facility at once.the staff is a bunch of immature 16 year old kids, they take horrible care of the facility. there are three broken attractions right now they and have all been broken for at least two weeks know. it’s honestly sad.
Took my 4½ year old son for an hour during the kids time early morning hours. Had a BLAST! Will definitely be going back.
Went to house of boom for my first time. I kinda enjoyed it. They had a lot of attractions and stuff but most them was down. The trampolines wasn’t good of maintenance that they should be. The lockers didn’t open to get my stuff out so I had to wait until the manager to get my stuff which the manager left to the store and the employees was the only people running the place so it took 30 minutes to get my stuff. Overall decent but not the greatest.
Kids love it, but it really need a deep cleaning or air filtering system. You can really smell it, as you open the outside door.
We had an amazing 6th Birthday party for my daughter at House of Boom! Our party host was incredible!! Somehow she managed to keep 11 kids and their parents laughing and entertained all the while serving them pizza and cake and keeping the party moving. This is the second party weve had here, and we will definitely be back. House of Boom makes it so easy to book your party online and then they supply everything you need AND have someone to organize it for you when you get there!! The kids had a blast!!
This place is always awesome. They have a great overnight rental where our kids jumped until they passed out around 6am.One star deducted by the overwhelming dirty sock smell at the entrance.
Reasonable price (especially if you buy the family pack), and its very kid friendly!
Fun, safe exercise for my grandchildren
We were there for a Birthday party and it was pure chaos. I dont think I will ever take my 3 year old there again.
Fun place. Kids loved it. Will not go again. Requires you to sign that they can take AND use any photo they want of your children without permission. Umm no. Will find another place.
We hosted my son’s 5th birthday party here. The kids jumped for an hour and then went to a party room for pizza and cake. The host and service were fantastic! They took care of everything, allowing us to just enjoy watching our kids play. I highly recommend!
Lots to do aside from your traditional Bounce House/trampoline park.
Its ok. Super crowded and smells like feet. Ive been to way better.
Kids had a very good time-zero complaints-only good stories. Service was friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean. Everything was mad easy on us parents, slowing us to watch the festivities. Thank you for that.
Great place to take kids from 2 years old to 92 .. staff are friendly, place is kept clean, the place itself is very fresh and nice looking. Lots of trampolines and obstacles for everyone and anyone. I bring my 3 year old, 9 year old and 16 year old here. My husband and I also jump. We spend about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours here. Great work out. Look for seasons deals like winter pass for 40$Thanks!
Family fun for all four of us! We (mom and dad) weren’t sure if we should join the kiddos because it was so packed but we did and it worked out great. The kids could be independent and also challenge us to try jumping too.
First time visiting. Went because they have jump for kids under 6 from 9-10am. Which was nice. Most of the kids wanted to play basketball and they only had the adult level one wish they had a lower level basketball area for the kids they would of really enjoyed it. Over all a good place to take the little ones under 6 in the morning, one parent gets to jump free.
Things I like:1. I can jump and play with my kids; unlike sky zone where this is not allowed because we are separated according to size2. Huge variety of activities3. House rules are not so onerous as to strip the fun out of being there.4. Staff allow people to play freely
Generally love our experiences at House of Boom. But on a very busy Saturday, I was disappointed that there were not guards keeping a closer eye on many of the jumping areas where kids need to take turns/ wait for the person ahead of them to get out of the pit. This is also needed when younger children who are unaware of their surroundings wander across as a big kid is about to take off. The guards who were around were definitely doing their jobs but they were difficult to identify and there should have been more of them. Otherwise, great fun on a rainy day!
Great staff and a super fun environment to let kids be them selves, run and Jump Freely
We love House of boom! We had our 6yr olds birthday party here back in April. Weve been numerous times and have no complaints.
My 4 year old son had do much fun here. Finally something that holds his attention for more than 5 minutes. And he gets active to! A kids paradise and parents too.
Great place, probably the best trampoline places there is. I like that it has more than trampolines, we stayed for 4 hours one Sunday and the kids didnt get bored at all!!! My only complaint is that I didnt feel there was enough staff and the ones that were out werent really being good about watching and making sure the safety rules were followed. Most staff looks very young, which is fine, but they need to be able to handle kids and the parents when they arent following rules.
Fun but dangerous. People are constantly getting hurt here. Still a fun place but comes with a total.
Love house of boom so much more than Skyzone. House of boom had so much more to offer it seems, its an incredible open floor plan, and keeps the interest of young children for hours. Also, its a great energy burning for little ones and a great calorie burner for adults looking for a fun way to exercise, it also helps that their socks are super cute and you can keep them and being them back so you dont have to buy more.
We waited in line for 15 minutes, so did not start jumping until quarter past the hour. Unfortunately, we were still dismissed on the hour only getting 45 minutes of jump time in for the outrageous price we paid for our family. We came prepared with socks from our previous visit & were happy to see some new variety in the experience. The kiddos left happy, but the pocket book took a hit.
My son loves it, but Im not the biggest fan as its a little expensive to just jump around and potentially break an ankle. There are older kids that are usually there and have no regard for younger kids. Rules are rarely enforced by the staff.
Our 5yr old enjoys going here. It’s usually pretty clean & well staffed. The perfect place to go when we need to get out of the house & play!
My kids and I love this place. Very friendly staff and a great place to have family fun. The only complaint I can really think of, is sometimes the music is not very kid friendly. But besides that, we love it!
Not enough staff actually actively supervising & my daughter broke her leg. I own my part ... but feel staff needs to step in when kids are doing obvious risky moves, because kids cannot hear us from the parent zone area & by time it happens ... Its too late
This place absolutely surpassed our expectations. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is very clean and well maintained. There are many different areas where the kids can play. They provide cubbies to but your belongings and supply lockers for an additional fee. We will definitely be returning soon.
My almost 2 year old loves this place!!!!My only complain about it is for the “toddler area”.I seem to always have to REPEATEDLY ask pre-teen/teenage children to be aware of my child. I would love to be able to let him go and play his little heart out. But instead I’m always like a body guard hoping someone won’t smash into him.
My granddaughter had her Birthday party here the kids had a ball the 2 guys and the Manager was wonderful Quentin, Shadale, and Dareius made us very happy. We will be back again.
Love it!! Kids have enjoyed every trip here! Can’t say one bad thing about the place!! :)
Booked a private room for my daughter‘s 10th birthday and everything ran perfectly smooth and on time. The place was very clean and well organized with a seamless check in process for our parents and kids. The most enjoyable aspect was the attentiveness of our party coordinator who went above and beyond serving pizza and cake and refilling drinks the entire time.
Nice clean place great for kids to let there enter your fairly priced, if you never been this a must check out
We bring the nephews here. Great place to have them get their jitters out. You can have bdays here too. I wouldnt recommend children younger than 5. They make you buy their socks, be ready to dish out a few extra bucks. No food available, plan accordingly.
I had an okay time jumping with my group but the staff at the desk was not friendly. It was a Friday night and they were just extremely unprofessional, every single worker was a young kid but they acted like they didn’t care AT ALL. I was given kid socks too... I’m 25. If I have to pay for socks you’d think I would be given the right size. If they employees cared a little more the place would be a lot better
Always a great time! Appropriate for kids and adults of all ages. Place is more than a trampoline park. There are “challenges” too, similar to ninja warrior games. There’s a dodgeball court, basketball, rings, bags, silks hanging from the ceiling to swing on, as well as a zip line. Perfect all year long!
I love this place. It is so much fun and they have several of different jumping activities to chose from. My favorite is the foam pit!
Awesome place. Great exercise. My niece loved it. Only downfall is it’s hard to get out of foam pit. Still five stars
We love taking our little one to jump at HOB. Shes been going regularly since she could walk and always has a blast. I really like the new elements theyve added! I hope they continue to have the same laid back attitude though, thats what makes them different from other trampoline parks.
Very clean! There is so many different things to do. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. My family and I love going here over any other trampoline parks.
My daughter is 6 and she loves this place without even being big enough to enjoy the full compliment of features. They have reinvented it since it opened and its a fantastic place to go to get some energy out when the weather is too nasty to be outside. They have drink machines so eat before you go. The music is awesome and there is something for everyone. They have lockers you can rent or cubby holes that are free. They also have jump Sox (required) to purchase. If you buy the Sox and can hold on to them they will be the only pair you have to buy for future trips.
Kids loved it! Ages 2 & 12 both had a great time!
We had a great time, but a couple of things need work. The new zip line got stuck repeatedly and constantly, which is an issue that needs resolving. Also, staples used to hold lining in place on the zip line were slowing rising out of the material. Overall, it was a fun hour to burn off some energy, and we will definitively visit again.
Zip line closed. Teens in the 6 & under area. Super jump trampoline closed. Only 2 b balls in the basketball section. Still fun.
Went for a birthday party. It was WAY TOO BUSY!! It seemed very cramped for the kids as I watched them play.
This is a fun place to go, (not just for kids) especially in the winter or on rainy days. Things to know before you go... you have to sign a waiver before jumping the first time, you have to have special House of Boom socks that they sell at the desk, they have cubbies to put your belongings in while jumping (but they do not have locks), they do have vending machines, but they allow you to bring drinks in.
Lots of variety of play, but crazy-busy most days. Not as well-monitored as Sky Zone especially during peak times. More appealing to older kids/teens than Sky Zone
My kids love this place so much. Their favorite part is the tall platform you can jump off of, they must jump off of it a hundred times while we are there!! Little pricey, but what isnt these days!
Awesome place and fun for all ages
The lady at the from desks had some Cake
Had great experience
Fun but better not go when its crowded lol!
Super fun!! Brought our 4 year old on Tuesday morning. It was nice, there were plenty of other small kids for him to play with without being overly crowded.
So much fun and I didn’t jump. I just watched my nephews and they had a blast. I want to go back and participate next time. Lots of great obstacles and challenges.
Had a blast! Best to go early and during the week when its less crowded
It’s great for the kids but limited for me because the lounge was ustairs. I can’t climb stairs very well. I really like the seating where you’re up there with the jumpers. Kids loved it.
Saturday mornings are only $6 for children 6 and under and parents get in free. You have to buy their special socks but you can reuse them ($5 a pair, all sizes). If you have younger kids and they love to jump but youre afraid to take them when the big kids are there, then definitely do this. The foam pits were a little scary to me but my 3 year old daughter loved them. They have trampoline dodge ball, these weird but fun swing things and tons of jumping area. We had so much fun!
Pretty fun, not too pricey either. Only bounce an hour, any more is just too much, at least for kids.
We had my daughters birthday party at House of Boom and it was an awesome experience! The team took care of all the details and the kids had a blast - great value and service. We will definitely be back!
Good place and fun
This was a lot of fun and my kids loved it. The DodgeBall room was definitely my favorit. I really love the fact that we were free to explore and during the weekday it wasnt that crowded so we didnt have to wait to do do something. Im sure we will be back here again soon.
Had my son’s 10th birthday here. All the kids had a great time. The host was super helpful. Great time all around!
Kids loved it and so much excited to go here. Best place to take kids during winter break.
