Wow!!! Wow!!! This is all you need to know! Wow! This is an amazing place for your little girls. (Or any age from what I saw) As a dad of a 6 year old, this place was new to me. This place is incredible! Im amazed and surprised. The staff is nice as well and its just a small world in there. My daughter is more than happy! I am too.

If you have kids, this is their Mecca. Right when walking in, I was like oh. This is going to be heaven for little kids everywhere.Not knowing what to expect beside that I was here with my litttle niece so she can pick out a new doll. The selections of dolls were out of these world. All kinds and any kinds of cool le were available. If they werent already sold out. You even able to custom your doll to look like you. Theres plenty of accessories that goes with the dolls as well. It does all add up so be prepared spend some serious dough. Theres also tea parties available for you and your doll or party. Staff was very friendly and sweet.Overall, kids heaven. Parents, be prepared to spend some serious cash as they are pretty pricey for a doll. But they kids all love them.

My friends threw me an adult birthday party here and it was the highlight of my year. We all had so much fun goofing around with the dolls and playing games at our table and the staff was as kind about our “big kid” antics as Disneyland would have been. The food was great and the menu even included options for those who were vegetarian, and I’m not talking veggie sticks and humus. The chef actually cares about different diets and we appreciated that very much. Overall thank you so much

THE coolest experience ever! Im had so much fun visiting and getting to take pics with all the cool pop funkos. Very entertaining and lots of variety of pop funkos! Highly recommend visiting.

I happened to be in the elegant Groove shopping center in Los Angeles, at the request of a little friend of mine who wanted a doll from the renowned store American girl Place so I entered the American girl Place Beautiful store with friendly and qualified staff. Here a child can find without any problem what he is looking for. Purchase made and brought back to Italy where I live. 14,000 km to see the little Aghata happy.

I actually just passed by as was my first time to see what else do they have aside from those lovely dolls. I loved their stuff but expensive though for a Christmas gift.

My daughters love to come here to get their dolls hair done.

I love american girl ️ store has so many things to do

$$$ but super cute stuff! My daughter loves this store and we both get super excited when we visit. The only downfall is that they do not remove sale prices prior to store Ill pending and my daughter wanted a nightgown that was $28 or so and sale for $16 but they took the prices down at around 10:30 when they open at 10:0]. Daughter was a little disappointed at that and had to put the night gown back. I guess it was my fault that they did not remove signs prior to opening.

The department store is still amazing however there Bristol is not what it used to be. The smell of unclean carpet lingered in the air. The smell made it uncomfortable to enjoy our meal. I should have asked for an outside table. Oh well you live and you learn.

This store is humongous one of the biggest I’ve been to than in other states it’s a magical experience even being a mother they have so much cute stuff in here for your doll they even have a salon and a cafe it’s 2 levels they have escalators and an elevator very nice and clean and organized the employees are very nice and helpful here

This is my favorite game store... ever. Basically if its a game that you play at a table its here. From the niche role playing to your favorite version of Monopoly, its here. They have game events and the largest selection of puzzles Ive seen anywhere. The staff is super helpful as well.

When I took my daughter to this store. We was stared at the entire time we was there. There was a strong feeling that we wasnt welcomed

Always a fun place...picked up a few things for my baby girls birthday. The employees are very helpful and they seem to be organized with all the social distancing rules.

If you come in there 20 minutes before closing you can expect a horrible service. We were asking Hispanic girl that was working there to help us find the outfit that we were looking for and she was just standing there didnt know what to say and didnt want to come up to us so we had to find someone else to help and that someone else was not happy to help either because they were closing in 10 minutes. Love the store but not the employees

What a fantastic and well presented store. My child had so much fun picking out her doll and the staff were very friendly. So many accessories to pick from. We also booked the cafe experience as well and the food was much better than I expected. Actually tasted better then most other restaurants.

Fun place to take your little girl and her American Girl Doll. Fun little seats that attatch to the table for the dolls. Cute little finger foods, and cute desserts. Very simple tea party, but cute elegant. The staff is helpful.

Visited with my daughter for the first time and the overall experience was magical!! This store is huge and very well organized. We spent several hours browsing and shopping. The store also has a Cafe, salon and doctors office Customer service was excellent and there were plenty of staff around to help! We will be back for more outfits and play sets soon!

American Dolls are unfortunately not made for all young girls. Why don’t you make some that are economical for all children. And why does your new line displays people of color as grocery clerks and nursing assistant or helpers? You don’t think people of color can be doctors, nurses or teachers. The American image you portray for our children is disappointing.

While eating in the cafe, I was fortunate enough to be served by Alla. She’s super sweet and engaging, and adores kids. I always look forward to my next visit.

Place where every kid find happiness

This is such a fun store to come to! there is a hair salon and historical row where you can see different kinds of dolls that were developed in different times and outfits that come with them. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Theres also a cafe which we tried and the food is superb here.

I had low expectations in regards of the food at the American Girl Cafe... however not only every dish was cute and perfectly garnished but also was delicious, my niece loved every minute here, great environment and delicious food, I will definitely be back soon!

Unique dolls with a great back story. Extremely overpriced but girls love them so what can you do?

I cant complain about the service in the cafe, my 2 daughters were treated like royalty. The store was lacking. We purchases several items and spent hundreds of dollars, but there were a couple of items that were listed on sale but would not ring up correctly. How hard is it to get that correct? Personally I believe they think the customers may not notice the discrepancy in the prices when rung up.

This was a must see for my Daughter on our vacation (all the way from Canada) and they did not disappoint. The store was well organized; we loved the areas dedicated to each doll.Another highlight was the Cafe where we stopped for lunch. Not only was the food great but the service was as well. Took my daughter for her birthday and loved it. The cafe was great...even her 7 year old brother seemed to enjoy himself. We got her dolls hair done and ears pierced, also fun! And then some shopping.

This is an over the top upscale pricy doll store with quite intricate doll displays. The store is somewhat like an American Girl doll museum, as the displays are meticulous and intricate. I observed my grand daughter and many other young girls find delight as they toured the various sections of the store. They also sell dolls there and there is even a doll salon there where the dolls can receive hair braids, etc... Being a grandpa from long ago, I could say that the dolls almost cost as much as my first car, but Id be exaggerating some. Admittedly, my favorite doll is Julie as she drives a VW bug convertible and shes into music. Fun store, nice and clean, clean restrooms, friendly staff, impressive displays.

I went to the American Girl Cafe to celebrate my grandaughters birthday. Our server was fantastic! The food was also very well prepared and presentation is beautiful.The menu offers gluten free options and choices for children. The price point for each meal is reasonable, considering your drink, muffins, main course and dessert are included. The portions are large and adult beverages are offered (mimosas and bellinis). It was a pleasant experience and I would go back for a special occasion

Price of the dolls is ok because its an American doll but the outfit and accessories should be cheaper cost more than nordstrom

I love this place every time I take my nieces in to get a doll or new outfits for their dolls. I love and a sense how theres a warranty on them as well, I like when my nieces dolls head fell off you just take it theyre in they will all take care of it and reattach it. Even put a hospital gown on them.

The shop is filled with beautiful things. Pleasing to both child and adult. Always a fun visit!

Took my daughters doll to the Americans Girl shop for some tlc and they were very emphatic to my little one. The customer service rep. was very respectful and reassuring that the doll would be safe.

This place is full of magic!! Staff is great and very helpful. Location is very clean and organized. Its a four hour drive to get here, but the smile my girl gets everytime she walks through the door is worth it.

Welcoming and helpful staff.

When we arrived, the store was empty with the exception of one other family. We asked to have my birthday girls dolls hair brushed but they refused saying they were booked as they stood behind the counter with nothing to do. We then went shopping for items for my twins dolls. Lots of employees very few customers but only woman spoke to us. I had not made a reservation at the cafe due to my daughter being very ill leading up to the day and not knowing if she would be well in time. I waited 15 minutes at the cafe which again was empty before I was finally ableTo ask if they could take us for brunch or lunch. Again, although there were only three families in the cafe, they refused to get us in. After spending 400.00 on doll clothes, we asked if they could validate our parking. Again they refused stating we needed to go to Nordstrom, they don’t do that here. Rude employees, horrible service.

Easy to see right off of The Grove Drive servicing Los Angeles and the adjoining. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Parking lot is nearby. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

American doll store at the Grove is a pretty cool place building is humongous three stories with the restaurant I have been bringing my daughter here since she’s been born girl she does like to walk around and check out all the cool balls with all the different clothing they come with she did pick up the gymnastic ones that she’s a gymnast and she enjoyed it we also took her for her birthday at the restaurant which the food was pretty good quality the cake was to die for and the service was excellent so will be coming back here again soon got admit that some of the dolls are pretty expensive but it’s an experience express to get with your daughter which is priceless so I will bring her back here for her birthday

So much to do, daughter was so excited! You would spend about 3 hours in the store.

We were just strolling around the place with my friend & hubby & this caught my attention. The dolls were so amaziing. They were perfectly crafted. How i wish that time that ill be a little girl once more & let my daddy purchase one.

This place is really cool. There is a lot to do here, even without money.

After 5 months, the plastic in the hip joint deteriorated and the legs fell off. Very poor quality for the high cost.

To be honest, I had reservations about the whole American Girl experience initially, but then my granddaughters had a birthday come up and wanted new dolls and my son made reservations at the American Girl Cafe. We arrived for dinner and had an absolutely amazing experience! Our waiter, Joel, could not have been any more perfect for the occasion. I actually just wanted to kiss him for the joy he brought to the children. The food was excellent and a great time was had by all. Afterwards I even got into the shopping experience. Obviously, Im now a fan!

It still counts with the cutest dolls and accessories. What makes them so special is the attention to detail. Now they count with you-make-your-own doll, it is a very personalized doll. The place is charming and has many events for the girls.

Incredibly rude staff! They are dismissive and behave like youre beneath them. I have never experienced prejudice before but I am pretty sure thats what it feels like! The worst part is all the dolls are from cultures around the world.

We went to American Girl for a surprise Birthday visit, for my 7 yr grand daughter. She loved every moment!!! She choose Blair & we had lunch in the cafe with the Birthday package. Our waiter Daniel was amazing & very nice. Everything was brought to us promptly & times perectly!!! We loved it & cant wait till our next visit

The American Girl Cafe is a a perfect place to bring out the lil ones (girls).Brought my daughter as she kept asking to come after watching either a commercial or on a YouTube channel.Service here is amazing the people that work here are very friendly and helpful with any needs you may have. They have highchairs for the dolls, plates, etc.Food is asking pretty darn good and portions a bit small but after the 3 course meal it fills you up. The prices here are very reasonable also and they have different types of menus.Overall great little place for the lil ones to enjoy, and as a father to see your daughter have one of the best days of her life for a few hours lol.‐--------------As for the actual American Girls the dolls are way overpriced in my opinion.

Wow!!! My daughter is no longer a little girl but I do have a grand baby Id love to take here when she gets a little older. This place has all kinds of positive books, diverse dolls, and other playful accessories for child and doll to enjoy in the store & at home.

We still make dolls in good old USA. The store reminds me of the USA after WWII and the rise of Americana, that made every American proud.
