I went to see Summer Walker last night. It was a sold out show and all the staff was great. They made the line to get in really fast and efficient. I had seats in the balcony section. It was a great view and had actually seats instead of standing in General Admission which I always prefer. Would definitely come watch another show here. SF has limited parking but thats nothing new.

This theater is only 15 minutes from Downtown LA. Its in the heart of LA.Parking was easy got to the venue 15 minutes before the door opened and the parking lot was practically empty. If you arrive later I think parking might be difficult the streets were full when I drove around the venue might be a bit of a walk. The Venue is great they have 3 different rooms each with a progressively larger stage in it. Staff was nice and friendly too.The venue has a bar so you can get your drink onIll definitely be coming back if they host another show Im interested in

Went to a concert in February. This place is great. Real good sound and the security staff is fantastic. These guys make it easy to access ADA. My family and I go to a ton of concerts all over the country and so far this place hits my too 10 for ADA treatment. Only negative I can add is all the panhandling out front but cant blame the venue. Drinks and food about average for Area however parking is pricey if you have large truck or SUV.

Here to see Bianca Del Rios comedy show! Venue is huge! Photos of past famous performers grace the entrance way and walls. They stamp you with an over 21 mark and theres a bar on every floor. I booked my ticket last minute and literally am in the back of the balcony yet I still have a great view! Theres so much space in here from the aisles to the ceiling. And the seats are incredibly comfortable. Youll enjoy your show here for sure if not just for the ambience.

The establishment is upstairs and has a very speakeasy feel to it . They have a descent craft beer menu and the pool tables are well maintained and excellent . Its a perfect hangout if you want to have a few drinks with your friends or possible a first date . atmosphere of room can give daters or couples a hint of intimacy but still keeping it fun . Definitely going back here again .

Ive seen several concerts at Bootleg throughout my time here in L.A. Theres always an inviting atmosphere, a diverse crowd, a professional staff, and a nice selection of cold drinks from the bar when I attend. The restrooms are easily accessible, and Ive never had any issues that I can recall with anyone or anything at the venue. I recommend seeing a show there.

This has been a great venue to see my favorite podcaster. Intimate seating with respect to the stage, several separate rooms, and a general low-key atmosphere makes it a pleasant space. Its been a surprisingly good venue to avoid sensory overload.

Giving it four stars because generally if you scan your ticket here you can leave and come back in, which can be problematic when the tickets and website said the preshow and main event start at a certain time, only to get there to discover that theyre both starting 2 hours late and you cant leave to go get food to pass the time. Ugh. Its a cool venue though and has some tiered seating which is first come.

What a venue, tiny little spot with a capacity of 150. There are seats in the back, if you get there early you may be able to grab one at the very back so you can sit and still have an amazing view of the stage. But, Id rather stand at a venue like this. I seen Amyl & The Sniffers, a great Australian punk band, and there was perfect room for a good mosh pit and still comfortable standing room for us more placid folk. Look, if theres a band playing there that you like, dont dare miss it, youll only regret it. This spot is perfect for intimate live music, a cold beer or cocktail, and a brilliant night out.

Very cool theater. Many theaters around here have extremely long lines or long waits to get in. This place not only has good prices but they also have someone checking to make sure its not going crazy out of control. Crowd control is important in a place like LA.

Seen a lot of shows here for the past 10 years or so. In the small bar stage, it has a couple tables and stools in a corner. In the main stage theres a limited number of stadium type seats and the majority of that room is the floor. Seen El Ten Eleven in the small stage area eons ago, Black Midi was my most recent show Ive seen there and were incredible. Just not the best part of town to hang out after hours.

A very fun place to hang out! Singers on stage take requests, you get drunk, you have a fun time. Really will grow on you, went here two nights in a row. Old school large bar. Only good for beer/wine, mixed drinks were weak. Great place to go with a large party, they have tons of room.

There are essentially three spaces to this venue. When you first walk in there is a merch area and seating with tables and chairs. Also in this front room is an atm and a ping pong table. This is a good area for conversations while waiting for bands to go on. Or if a band genuinely sucks and you need to retreat.Continue from that room past the bathrooms and into another large room where alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased. Sound from the show is piped into this room. Loud enough that conversations needed to be shouted. The last room is the main stage space. The sound is pretty good. Vocals were a bit loud this night. The floor space is more wide than it is deep for standing room. There are seats that are tiered like a theater.Overall, would definitely go back. Chill people. Front door cashier let me buy vinyl from him before the headlining band finished up (with cash only).

Love this space! Only drawback is parking. * I cant answer the owners response for some reason so I am editing to say....NO. I did not use the large free lot across the street. In all the years that I have been going to the Bootleg, I had no idea there was a large free lot across the street. Maybe your large events...such as my beloved Secret City...could tell their patrons? Im certainly going to keep it a secret. Everyone who is reading this....SHHHHH! Now we know where to park!

First of all its LA so parking can get tricky. BUT theres a sign pointing at the street across from the venue where parking is possible. Youll find a basketball court parking lot there that seemed to have ample parking. You can park along the street which has enough room for exactly one car to come through.Hard finding the sign at night. My night was raining so maybe not so hard on a regular night. The entrance has a cool main lobby with a projector playing a movie. It sucks there are only 2 bathrooms which only 1 can use at a time. Next smallish room has a small stage and bar. The next one after this room had bleachers which were cool and a medium sized room for whatever this place is hosting. The bar was priced like any other bar. Nothing to write home about. Not really much to comment on. It doesnt try to be fancy. It gets the job done.

From the smaller front room the cavernous, church gym-like back room youre going to get a good show from their well curated line up.Bonuses- Parking is plentiful whether on the street on in a nearby lot for a few bucks. The Flamenco Artists were superb!!!They had a better stage to work on since the first time. Full house! Good sign! They have to make sure their ticket staff knows what theyre doing. The young lady last nite didnt have a clue! She couldnt make my credit card submission of $80.00 work on her cell phone thingie! She kept asking me for cash. Thank God my assistant found an ATM near by. It was very embarrassing to me. Im a well known Flamenco dancer! I will have to think twice before attending a performance there again. Also, we noticed extremely trash filled areas very close to the theater. The Cityof Los Angeles and President Trump should do something about that. The smell coming from the piles if old trash was really bad!Thank God the Flamenco Artists were awsome!!!Juan Talavera
