With so many wonderful restaurants in the city, big ol bear thought we should check out Senegalese food. Im always game and with so many Ethiopian restaurants in the city, never had been to one with Senegalese fare.

I went to this club and my friend and I completely got discriminated before even being able to get in . I personally do not recommend.

Kristina was our server. Very pleasant and professional. Skin was flawless ;)Music was AMAZING. Couldnt stop dancing all night. We were a group of 15 girls.Good energy in the club. Security was great.

I got there Saturday night 01/04 11pm and there’s literally no one in the club except the staff. No. One.If someone asks me what’s the most unbelievable thing that I saw in LA, Im telling this story for sure.

Definitely not my preference but if you are looking for a lit club this is it. You can find attractive yet mindless men and women. HipHop artists visit this spot regularly. In my book this would be listed as a hood spot. 5 stars for the song selection and venue but I could do without my hair smelling like Mary Jane .

SaturdayYou must be on someone’s guest list to enter the club. They charge guys 40 eachYou must wait for your host to arrive so waiting outside is a must. The crew members outside are absolutely very rude and unprofessional. Definitely never been treated this bad in my life.After your host arrives and you pay you go in. The club itself is pretty awesome. Small dance floor that gets super packed but at least they have another dance floor down stairs that is pretty much empty so if you get too crammed and need a break go down stairs. Music is fair. They play nothing but rap and underground rap. Drinks are standard 13-16 dollars each. I got a Tokyo Tea and an Addios. Presentation of the club was awesome and over all I had a great time.Overall, this is an odd club not like standard clubs. Like I said, must be on a guest list and the front door employees for some reason are rude and they aren’t willing to help. I literally had to call my host because I thought I was not going to be able to get in. 1st time ever. But he came and they let us in. Me and my girlfriend had fun but we will definitely never return.Easily 5/10 or in this case 2/5Club was very diverse 50% black 20%white 20%hispanic/Latino 10% Asian and everything else.After the club a plus is the hotdog vendors. LA hotdogs are the best!Hope this helps.May the party continue.

Tries too hard to pretend like it is the place to be. Theyd be better off improving their staffing and actually filling up and having legitimate lines than faking it. Plus, youll never run into Paul McCartney or anyone big here after the Grammy Party they failed hosting this year...

Great venue for special events. Staff is very friendly and professional. Beautifully designed and decorated. Management is easy to work with and always accommodating, which is great compared to most venues.

Plenty of security. Bartenders are attractive women who dont wear much. Drinks are a bit expensive. 3 floors. Bars on 2 floors. Fun for dancing, partying, getting drunk, meeting new people, aggressive horny men and women, screaming to be heard, and sweating from the body best of 300 people crammed into the main room.

Ive been here a few times the first time I went I had a blast but it was real hot and way over crowded, The club it self is real small. All around I wouldnt waste my time nor money going to this club .

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. The management is a JOKE and this is as low as it gets.

Great venue, a slice of vegas in Hollywood! its recommended to make your reservation via Reserve Tonight App, you are able to contact an In-house Promoter Book Tables for Bottle service as well. The Argyle has a tight door and if you dont know a promoter its hard to get in- Bottle Service is always recommended.

The venue is designed creatively.The space feels incredible and the talent that they book is solid.At the end of the day, it is a new hollywood nightclub, either you know someone to get in or you have to have a table reservation.They are doing a great job keeping it exclusive and filled with beautiful people.

Worst club. Went with a group of girls went early they made us wait in line when there was no line tried to force us to get bottle service way over priced! Guys out front were mean lady on the phone told us there was no guest list yet we were suppose to get on some guest list! They were ridiculous! We left went to. Blouvard 3 and had a blast!

I gave it one star for their nice interior but THATS IT. If youre digging the pretentious stuff this is the place to be. Bouncer (named Jim) is a wonderful fake Francois who will rather let your junk freeze off than let you in. On top of that, they keep a line in front of the club even though the club is not even at 50% capacity.

A topical Hollywood club. Its small and has a younger crowed most times. Drinks or normal LA prices. Bouncers always look ready to fight and there is a cover most always that I know of. Not the best Hollywood club bit for travelers this is topical Hollywood.

This place is highly overrated by hiphop artists who know nothing about quality clubs, and the club buys into its own hype, trying too hard to show that it is exclusive when anyone who says hes a rapper gets in. The drinks are poorly served and the resident DJs are very average. The lounge areas smell of humidity, like a locker room sometimes, because the furniture seems to have absorbed bad odors. The club also seems to have a horrible identity crisis, trying to promote its name even through notoriety. The bouncers there are so ignorant that they turned down the richest and most successful musician in the world (Paul McCartney), together with Beck and the Foo Fighters because they didnt know who they were. How stupid can you be? Dont waste your time on this club.

They put tickets on Eventbrite, I get the tickets on Eventbrite. I go all the way to the venue and they say we cannot accept these tickets. Management whatsover changed their minds for tonight. You should pay a $40 cover. What a scam.

Disappointed. I set my purse down for 5 minutes to help a friend who slipped and poof its gone. The cost of retrieving my car key ($500) purse ($550) passport ($110) and being carless for a week was not worth it.Most of all, I am terribly disappointed in the customer service. Ive tried emailing, calling, no answer and voicemail is full. The night it happened, I couldnt get anyone to direct me to the lost and found either.... really hope this poor review can gain some attention. I hate doing this to businesses, but this is an issue that needs to be addressed for future reference.

Horrible. Paid $100 bar tab to get into IAMSU performance after flying all the way fromDetroit and they said it was more once they walked me to the bar. Could I have paid it? Sure. If for your night out you want to be treated like a piece of dirt, this is the place for you! Me and 10 of my girlfriends planned a night out, emailed ahead and got on the guest list. We were told to get there early, because it looked like the place was going to busy. We got there early (a little after 10) but they werent open. So we went to the Side Bar, had a couple of $14 drinks, then came back up to stand 2nd in line behind one other group of 4. When they opened at 11p, some very rude promoter pulls up with well say 50 girls. Now sure, I get that people get in ahead of us regular Joes, but they didnt just take them around to the other side and let them in. They made the line of well say 20 people at this point squish over by the wall to have these girls jump in front of the line of waiting people. Half of the group of 50 were let in, the other half just kind of hung out there in the line getting first preference to go in. All of this I could just chalk up to it being Hollywood, but come on, that bar had just opened and was completely empty. The Argyle clearly cares more about the image it is projecting to passersbys than it does about legitimate customers that have money to spend and just came out to have a good time. After I protested and one of the promoters gave us a very douchey Thats not how it works my group of 10 ladies and I left, went to another bar, drank, danced, had a great time, and were treated with respect. I highly recommend you do the same, that is unless you get off on being treated like dirt, in which case go to The Argyle.

Ok, where do I start. ... I had the worst night Ive had in years. They dont even deserve this one star. !I was kicked out because I told a girl who pushed me and my company as shes passing by, that she was rude. I dont know who the girl was but obviously someone with enough power to point at me & friend and tell the rude security guards these 2, I want them out . For what ? For asking her not to be rude??? The security guard kicked us out immediately without a question and on the way out pushed and grabbed me in a very unprofessional manner. Have in mind not once was I being disrespectful, difficult or refusing to leave.Once outside and l upon asking him for a valid reason he just stated I have a complaint about you. I asked him what complaint and from who, and did he see me?. .he stuttered and said I dont have to tell you anything! I tried to get management and all of the sudden all the security guards were def and refused to call a manager for me or give me a name of who to contact.Besides this inccicent, it seems this clubs only purpose is to pay services like SURKUS to round up girls for the pathetic lonely men who pay for VIP Tables and Bottle Service. The Dj and groupies around them all doing drugs openly. Staff like runners and guards are super rude pushing ladies around as they need to pass. I was personally pushed 3 times by the same runner..I know its a club and theres pushing around, but Im talking about a strong mans push! Also I dont understand why services like SURKUS will expose their girls/guests to such demeaning staff and venue.I am in this industry as well, and no wonder they have 2 stars. I would NEVER treat one of my guest like that at my venue no matter how much power I hold. Whoever that woman is, she had no right to kick me out in such demeaning, unjustified manner just to satisfy her tantrum. Even if she is the owner, specially if she is.! A place like this does not deserve people spending their money in. And more than anything, theres nothing I can stand less then rude, unprofessional businesses with horrible customer service and staff that gets away with disrespecting paying individuals without any reprimand to their unprofessional behavior.
