We’ve been here hundreds of times. Why? Because it’s close and it’s free. It’s a nice place to hang out, great for kids and their parties and a nice, mostly quiet escape from the insanity of Los Angeles. Since the closing of the miniature railroad, it’s lost some of its appeal.
Perfect place for kids to enjoy. My kids enjoyed exploring all the trains and locomotives and not to mention the train ride they loved it. On the day of my visit there were a few families having birthday parties I guess its a great place for a train theme party. My one and only complain is with the vending machine they have on site. Be careful make sure you put exact amount when using the machine for it wont give you change back. My mom put in $5 to buy a bottle water for $1.75 and didnt get her change back we tried pressing for another bottle and nothing. We told an employee at facility and all she told us was to call the # on the machine. They could at least put up a sign so their visitors can be aware that the machine will be keeping the change!
Nice place to spent time with childrens
