Great way to spend a weekend. Over 100 artist lofts open to the public to show off their wares. All fine arts, no musicians or other performing artists. Bar and restaurant on premises. Check out the rock climbing gym while youre there. Pretty impressive!

A one of a kind experience; you have to attend to understand how beautiful it is. There is art for every taste and the gigantic complex is full of beautiful places to hang out, and get food and drink. (More during the Artwalk) There is also a restaurant and climbing gym that you can visit at other times; but dont miss out on the walk. You can see the work of high caliber artists of many different mediums; puppetry, sculpture, paintings, surreal machines, ect... There is also a beer garden with both food and refreshments and many food trucks. One downside is the crowds; but you cant throw a party this great and not have people show up. Highly recommended!!

I would recommend to anyone with a curiosity for the arts and or a glimpse into urban’esque bohemian living. For those two aspects alone this event gets 5 stars from me. However it loses a 2 due to the iffy organization, sometimes chaotic crowds and minimal public facilities in the area. Add a star or two back if you are down for some semi aimlessly wandering with a hint of urban exploration. The wide variety of art on display in the creators personal living quarters is something to behold.

Twice a year (April and October) the Brewery opens its doors to the public and we all have a chance to explore the rabbit warren of converted industrial lofts filled with art of all kinds. Food trucks outside, beer garden inside, fascinating art and design, it has everything you need for a great afternoon.

What an experience! Thankfully they had a map, this place was a labyrinth! So many artists at work showcasing their talents, a variety of mediums: painting, ceramics, sculptures, photography and artisan crafts. Large spaces, small spaces and a lot to take in. Not for those sensitive to sensory overload. The parking was not the best, and I DJ’s not eat there. They had a center hub of food and beer, and the Barbara’s at the Brewery was open but cash only so that was a bit inconvenient especially to tourists and new comers. The art was spectacular. The myriad of things to look at felt endless and there was a little piece of magic at every turn. Truly a wonderful place to wander into!

Fun event. Got to see such amazing and talented artists. From old fashion paintings to laser cut are work. I recommend anyone to see it. Its not a Brew fest its an art gallery showing each individual at studio and style. There was a pop up food place in the middle with Craftsman beer. Food was alright not the greatest.

Buildings filled with art and artist galore! A unique Urban artwalk experience. Its a whole community of artists creating distinct forms of art ranging from paintings to sculptures to clothing to videos to ceramics and many more! Its a huuuge place so make sure you set aside a whole day (or two) for it and wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking involved. The artwalk allows you to purchase art directly from the artists and other merchandise they offer. The program also has food trucks and food stations with seating. They also offer alcoholic beverages like wine and beer that you can sip and enjoy as you walk around between the artist studios.

Live & work place.Twice a year, they will open to the public for the Brewery Artwalk. Local artists will showcase their art pieces and sell them at great price. Very wildly imaginative, and if you have extravagant, varied, refined(and expensive) taste in art, there is almost nothing else like it in the greater Los Angeles area. Highly recommended for appreciators of art, and a hefty wallet is by-no-means required to enjoy a weekend journey to the wonderful locale. Featuring luminaries such as Mirapolsky, as well as brilliant up-and-comers, and relative unknowns on the brink of discovery, anyone mildly interested in the world of contemporary art will enjoy the experience.

If you have any interest in art or artists, this is a fascinating place. Twice a year this artist residential colony (converted manufacturing facility) opens its door for a weekend of free window shopping. However, the visitor gets much much more.1. Hundreds of creative artists displaying their work, some reasonable prices2. Actually enter and peruse actual homes and work spaces (albeit spruced up a bit for company)3. A unique chance to actually talk to artist. Some are too busy but some love to answer questions about their art and the experience of living in an art community.4. Free with free parking5. A center food court/beer garden6. Nice people

Nice venue to walk around in. Overpriced artsy vendors congregate there. Cute stuff but pricey if its not what you need. On a Sunday its very packed and loud. Nowhere to sit. Its a brewery yes, though I wasnt here for the beer. I was there for the taco stand that parks in that building. A little pricey $3.00 for a street taco...but very good. Usually eat 2. They also have events usually on Sunday...anywhere from Bake Offs to Yoga runs. I gave it 4 stars because the brewery itself does not sell food.

There are food trucks, drinks at the restaurant and in the plaza, and some people even sell some things like soaps, clothes, and jewelry. The churros are amazing. My very first year attending the Brewery Art Walk and I am in LOVE!What is more fun than appreciating art while drinking a cup of Beer? Walking around into these artists homes and viewing all their creative work while checking out their digs is just as amazing as going to Disneyland as a kid.Yes, I am officially old, referencing to Disneyland to walking through artwork!
