The lady Makayla at the office is super sweet. The park has kids playing outside all the time so you know its safe. Its behind stores so away from the main road which is a plus. Happy I live here in fact love it so much we bought a home here.

I used to be a resident in this park and I’ve watched them single people out and intentionally pick on them by trying to take their property. I’ve seen them literally accuse kids in the park of doing things with no proof. Their office is only open when it’s convenient for them. It’s never open consistent business hours. Constantly have dogs running around the park with no leash or owner. And the feral cat problem in the park is ridiculous plus they tried to warrant it by saying that it was beneficial for us to have feral cats there to eat all the mice. But all it does is make the other cats in the park sick and flea ridden. When the park manager feels like harassing a resident they will go onto your property and take pictures of your things and send them to you With threats of evection, even if even if there’s nothing in the picture. Which is a bit intrusive considering one of their maintenance workers Was fired for peeping in windows and now they wonder why people who live in the park aren’t Okay with you creeping on property. Just so many things that are not okay here. Glad I found a better option, and if you don’t have to live there, dont.

Need better signage to find streets it was very difficult to get around

Literally the worst place you could live around here.... the park manager/managment is sub par.

My grandma lives in the neighborhood and I stayed with her and invited some of my friends over who also live in the neighborhood. We had a great time walking to McDonanlds and 7 11, and also in the pool!

Worst place to live in Colorado. Maintenance worker attempts to intimidate residents and visitors. Has no reguard for home owners safety and well being. Very Unprofessional Park manager. Have complained of maintenance worker drinking and driving in park threatening residents, which fell on deaf ears as the Manager is the maintenace workers wife. Definately was an end to communicating with any one coherent enough to be professional, that is associated with Ascentia Real Estate Investment Property Solutions. Calls to this corporation are referred back to park manager.....DUHHHH? Beware of dealing with this manufactured/mobile home park (River Valley Village Longmont, Co.) in their portfolio?
