Called to ask about prices. So so so rude. Couldnt answer any of my questions and hung up on me.

It is a wonderful place to live.The owners are wonderful generous kind people who work very hard.If you need anything they are happy to loan it to you if they have itIt is extremely affordableIt is a very quiet slow drama placethey would highly recommend it however they very seldom have vacancies

Finally found the RV that I was looking for. The sales team was easy to work with. Adam helped with all my questions and was fun to work with. Highly recommended B&B RV.

The owners are wonderful, generous people who will do whatever they can to help. But they are 100% full and have a very long waiting list.

Great place if you can follow a few simple rules! Judy the manager and her husband Ray have been very helpful and accommodating!

Bill & Billie Smith (owners) demonstrate daily as they work from sunrise to sunset on the property, that the welfare of their tenants is their priority. It is their livelihood, however, they could charge comparable rates to the other parks in this area and could have done so for years. So it is obvious that money is not their primary focus or priority. The rural setting makes this park a lovely choice. (Though they are always booked with a waiting list!)

Place is run down and most of the people act like snobs

A beautiful land to live on if youre living by RVs or trailers.

Never been looks beautiful but called and the guy who answered was very nice and let me know they have not had any vacancies in over 2 years. None on the trailer park side and None on the rv side.

Very nice management who let us do a quick in and out without a hookup. The area is well kept and tidy near main roads.

Seriously so rude. I didnt even stay at the park so I cant review on that. But I called and left a message. When she called me back I missed the call so I returned her call and she was so rude on the phone. I have a song playing for the ring back tone and she told me how she didnt have time to listen to music and we dont have anything available anyways and she hung up on me. Like I said I cant rate on the park itself but first phone impression sucked.

Thought it was my home.....they decided to take sides. Now it will NEVER be my home.
