Neighborhood is very well kept, the pool was the bluest Ive ever seen! The management and ground keepers were all busy throughout the park taking care to make sure the yard, playground and poolside were all clean and fresh. The plants, and grass were all alive, happy and healthy.

Mostly quiet park. Play ground for the kids. Swimming pool during the summer. Lot rent is high. Kids play outside year round. People walking with their dogs. Follow the rules and there wont be any problems. Some snow removal. Office staff is friendly but changes often.

I moved back to this location (Eagle Crest) two years ago, but four years before that I lived here for several years as well. I am able to say that I am impressed with most of my experience. The park is beautiful, and it has a fun playground. Mindy in the office is a Gem! Five stars for Mindy! They do have quite a few rules, but overall, they seem to make sense for the betterment of the community. I hope they continue to follow through with the few who trash their yards and let the skirting stay off after falling off of their houses. The lot rent is high, but is comparable to others in the area. I was upset that the covid rules for the pool were so strict (no friends, residents only), but impressed that the clubhouse became a school lunch dispersement location. Overall the location cant be beat, the grounds are well kept, the clubhouse is newly remodeled, and the pool refinished last year. I love the clean up dumpsters offered at no charge twice per year, and impressed with how the dump was ran this year. Offering rock and soil for lot improvements also a great idea. The only TRUE disappointment is that they do not offer recycling ( I know this is because the large recycling dumpsters were abused, but it is a disappointment not to find a way to help an entire community recycle).

Lot rent are getting out of control. Where is our money going to? Nothing really updated, barely even trimmed the trees this year, fitness center has old equipment. If youre going to charge more money make me feel like Im getting something out of it at least. I really dont like that my 15 year old son was accused of not being a resident of the park and threatened to have the police called on him. I enjoyed living here for the past few years,but now seriously thinking of selling. Its a shame because I do enjoy the area.

Office people are rude and unhelpful they tow away cars even if your just unloading things. They will give you a violation for anything and everything you cant even put out lawn decor or chairs. Id never recommend this place to anyone! It seems to me that after living here for 3 years and only wanting to move out they dont care to improve and they seem to have certain properties that dont have to follow the rules if i could give 0 stars and a thumbs down it still wouldnt express how messed up things are in this neighborhood!

Im happy with my place here. Office management has always been great. They seem to enforce the rules and stay on top of violations. (Hence some of the negative reviews). But thats their job, to keep the place well kept and managed for the civilized.Maintenance seems to be on top of things. They keep up the landscaping well.Great location. Seems like Most people keep their place up. Family atmosphere in the community. Really a nice place for the value. I have parking for 4 cars, garage, shed for my motorcycles and tools, 1700sqft, 3 bedroom 2 bath, and a yard for my dogs FOR LESS than the 1 bedroom apartments down the street. I have no regrets buying and making it home until the next home. Not your typical trailer park

Its relatively clean and most of the neighbors are nice; but the rules and fees are ridiculous and they will tow your car in the middle of the night for seemingly benign reasons- so beware!

It has all the usual amenities for a good mobile home park.

Neighborhood is clean and well-kept. Everyone Ive seen or met is friendly and they do require background checks for everyone living there. They do a lot for the owners, like providing rock and grass seed, even a couple of days a year to dump large trash items Cant beat the location!

Very nice place to live. My sons God Father has lived there for 10 years and has enjoyed it very much. Great playground and pool very clean and safe.

Worst place to live! It is very nice, but the maintenance guy is on your ass all the time. Checking for any little thing to give you a violation. Cant have my dog tied for 5 minutes outside to take a... because he will give you a violation. Cant leave my sons bike or mine outside because it is considers debris. My car was crashed and I took it back home to wait for a respond from the insurance. Got a violation because it wasnt in working condition. Three of the cars that were PARKED on the lot were crashed. Streets are very narrow and there are no sidewalks! Office lady is a racist or something. Wanted to pick up my package and didnt give it to me when it was right next to her. Your rent goes up every year. They cant see a bald spot on the grass.. violation. There cant be yellow spots on grass because its a violation. I can go on and on! Id give it a zero if I could! Oh and no COMCAST!

Houses are affordable and in a great area. Very quiet and the kids love the playground. The people in the leasing office really do care which is unfortunately rare these days! Anne went above and beyond to help us out with getting a place to live. Love our new home!

Went looking for a rental...the office was rude and snippy. I understand they have absolute control so thats not for me.

Ive been in this neighborhood for 3 years and they still havent fixed basic necessities that I have asked to have fixed numerous times. Things like leaky ceilings. Giant holes in my subfloor. Terrible installation of EVERYTHING! The stove was leaking gas into the home when we moved in, and they had literally just had it inspected for move-in approval. After 3 years they have finally begun work on the house, but I gear is only because we are the last of the last renters here and they are not going to renew our rental lease. They are forcing us to buy or leave at the end of this year. People from the neighborhood waltz through my yard everyday. My next door neighbor broke into my other next door neighbors house and stole electronics and trashed the house in broad daylight. Not a day goes by that unsupervised children of all ages curse and state violently charged and sexually charged comments out loud as a form of social dominance. The same kids have vandalized many cars and mailboxes throughout my stay here. And I dont think Ive gone one single solitary night of sleep without EXTREMELY LOUD vehicles rolling down the streets into the early morning.

I think this place is lovely and has great staff! Great place to raise a family!

Property maintained well but ALL office staff are rude and unhelpful. They treat you like total garbage once you become a resident. If it was not for the staff they would get 5 stars.

Same as othee horrible reviews. I would give a zero if I could. Be warned. The office doesnt call back. Turn around at the front desk and maintenance is ridiculous...wonder why. Same office manager for over 10 years. Someone has a sign up demanding their title (due to them), for MONTHS. Everyone used to have their yards cleaned up. Not so much any longer. My opinion is that now that they have had so many people buy, because they no longer rent and there arent many choices, who cares? The amenity pool was closed half of the time in the summer. The gym equipmemt is a joke...probably ober 10 years as well. The playground is lobbied by teenagers and older kids with language and habits that are not appropriate for younger kids. The lot rent continues to go up due keeping things running smoothly, although that is not happening.The referral to live here for a rent credit is a joke. It is only if you buy a home they own, but they wont call you back ahead of time to yell you that. They also wont tell the people you have referred about that. They will just tell them, okay, we know, itll be fine. Then you you finally talk to them, after stalking by phone, they tell you that is not how it works. The few comments here are few from speaking with actual community members. I just dont have that much time. Its all sunshine until youre locked in.

Teens hit trailer with there footballs, baseballs, and soccer balls, wont stop when asked politely and parents dont care (2 yrs now), and the community center doesnt make anyone follow rules unless its about keeping yard green.
