I love skating here it’s pretty big just sometimes some adults are smoking and drinking on the the other half of the skatepark but if your too busy skating it’s not a problem at all people don’t judge when you fall or mess up sometimes they will give you advice. But I love this skatepark This and Village are my local so come.

Just moved to Long Beach. This park is deep in LBC BUT worth it. If you like ledges then this park is perfect! Didnt get to go in the bowl but it is awesome. I like this one better than Costa Mesas Volcom skatepark. If you are in the area you simply must ride this park.

They overcrowd in the skate park. And the older crowd is always drinking or doing drugs And its always a mess. They wont let you play soccer or baseball here but you can have 100 kids jammed in the skating part without mask or super vision. Not a place to bring the kids on a nice afternoon.

I have good memories of this park

Its a big park so there is plenty of room to find your own space. You can walk your dog and bring the kids bikes, scooters and skateboards for the skate park. The only draw back is you have young adults hanging out rapping (which is kool) but they do incorporate curse words into their raps. So you have to make sure to keep your kids occupied with skating etc. So they dont drift toward the adults

Uptown Jazz Festival is always the place to be.

Love it. A place to make kids play. With skate boards, bicycle, skates, its all about having fun.

A great environment for skaters, Pokemon hunters, and people who just want to relax under the shade of a big tree.

Nice peaceful place you can spark one in peace

I love it. Its quiet and the trees are amazing. There are single benches where you can just sit and think about life. The skate park seems to be all ages. There are squirrels that come close to you and birds everywhere. I love this park!

Skateboarders slice of heaven and excitement. Dont forget those helmets, kneepads and colorful wristbands that are so much in fashion!

I was there for 30 minutes just watching high schoolers be themselves.... (I was there because my daughter was there, just she was ok)

A well constructed concrete skateboard playground, which is worn in, but not worn out.All levels of boarders coexist peacefully, w/nary a disagreement or confrontation. Attitudes are left @ the gate.Artistic graffiti is respected & not defaced; in fact, Ive rarely noticed any random graffiti (i.e. - tagging) from Day 1.A right good place to up your skills...

Long beach veterans parade was very nice enjoyed the park as well

I HAD NO IDEA THAT PARK WAS THERE...ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT AND EVERYONE WAS IN GOOD SPIRITS DISPITE THAT 7.1 WE HAD LAST NIGHT...I WOULD GO BACK

The bathroom is almost always locked for men overnight parking is allowed ( not enforced anyway)

It was a great day in the park! The Long Beach Jazz Festival! DW3 was there, they got busy!! Old school and some new school music! OHIO PLAYERS were the main event, they took everybody back! Just straight music!No machines hooked up to make the music! Real Live Straight Up Music and Singing!!! The Bomb!!! Go see them in person, Great Show!!!!!!!!!

Keep kids away from this place, people are always doing drugs and and drinking, do not recommend this place for young kids.

Its a nice neighborhood park. Its skatepark is popular amongst local teens. It also has a small workout area, a playground, lots of walking/running space, free WiFi and lots of picnic tables and benches to relax..tends to be pretty quiet for the most part with the busiest time of the day being M-F from about 2-3 when the adjacent high school lets out.

Nice layouts friendly people willing too teach new kids how too do new tricks they really helped my son out
