I did not get the Lady with the Afro from Michaels, I got it on Esty online. Everything else is from Michaels. Its a great place to shop.

Another great place to shop pretty decent customer service as well.

Its fully stocked store but not too friendly floor service. Parking is rather limited due to trader joes being next door.

Disclaimer: This is my first time at this store and these are not normal times. I might update this rating after more in-store shopping experiences.My experience: Had a curbside ( covid 19) pickup today that ended up being an in-store one! The phone system is a joke! The number connects to the weird automated system and disconnects automatically in a few seconds with a good bye! I ended up at the back the line. A few other pickup customers just drive off ...

I go to Michaels almost as often as I go to the grocery store! I always find everything here for my arts and craft projects. T-shirts, markers, canvases, paint, picture frames, seasonal decor etc. With their coupons and promotions the prices are good, but I can not find anyone to help me if I have a question.

This is one of the coolest store in US market. If you are interested in arts & drawing, youll love this store

For a Michaels, this location is HUGE! Clean, well-stocked with a large variety to choose from in each section (Yarns, jewelry-making supplies, artificial flowers /greenery, baskets, stamping, scrapbooking, seasonal stuff, home decor, baking supplies, craft supplies, paper, etc). Frames and Custom Framing is at the back of the store. Their classroom /activity room is in the front of the store. This location is quiet.Automatic front and exit sliding doors for easy wheelchair or disability access or pushing a stroller. Diaper changing table in Womens Restroom.Will accept competitor coupons (aka Joanns).Only con: Hard to find a Michaels sales associate on the floor in any of the sections if you have a question or need something. They are mostly at the check out area, up front.

Never leave empty-handed. The store is stocked pretty well and organized. The front counter staff is always pleasant. It is my local craft store of choice. Its location is perfect since I do most of my shopping at Trader Joes. I appreciate that they dont have as many exclusions with coupons. I love picking up holiday decor and my card crafting needs. Every now and then I found other little treasures I was not expecting.

Great location and staff is always helpful. Inventory is well stocked and love that I can get a wide variety of crafts and decor items.

The store is always clean, and orderly. Obviously someone can have an off day but yesterday, this woman stocking the yarn Dept. Seemed over worked, as I asked her a question & she snapped at me,That she didnt know I assume she was someone in charge as she was the only one on her radio constantly. Im sorry, after a career in retail I try to give people the benefit of what I dont know is going on but also learned every customer is important. I hope she has a better day today!!!!!

So few people working here... the two employees I did see were very nice and helpful, but Michaels, employ more people!

Excellent customer service, clean store and well stocked.

Middle of the week, middle of the day, a long long line while the whole checkout person was apparently processing a complicated return. Im sure it is a great store sometimes, but I really just stopped in to use the restroom and but some knitting needles. After twelve minutes at least waiting. I put the needles down and left. If you were there on a lunch hour, youd have wasted much of your time. Maybe they could watch whats going on in the store.

I can always find whatever I need and then some and if I need help finding something someones always right there to help and locations close to my house easy access for the handicapped and not handicapped

Store is neat and tidy, the store always has clean restrooms helpful employees and tidy shelves. Its always been easy to find items I need here between the layout and employees.

Fantastic location of a fantastic store. Well staffed, clean restrooms, and well organized store. Awesome sale prices as long as you sign up on line or at registers. Clearance aisles are always a great area to check out, super duper buys with the feel of a treasure hunt. Lots of fun new crafts to discover and everything you need on hand to get started. Classes are also offered on a variety of subjects from cake decorating to scrapbooking to painting to beading. Also feature children craft classes for the younger crowd. Little known fact is you can rent their classrooms for birthday party. The prices for all these things is fair if not better then competition out there.

Love everything except they are not carrying Sizzix anymore. Cricut is rolling the world of die cutting and i dont have any interest in that.

Great selection of painting supplies, high quality brushes and paint brands all the way to craft. Expensive but always find a lot of sales & coupons that make it look like good prices.

I wasnt very sure of what I needed for my very first mold and casting project and either was the associate who helped me, but she took her time away from stocking and we both walked through a video on YouTube. Found EVERYTHING I needed to complete my project.

The staff here are wonderful. A woman named Miroslava seemed to have every aisle memorized so she could easily point someone in the direction of their search. The people at the registers are friendly.It’s a shame they seem overworked and a bit under appreciated. The cashier and the Miroslava both looked like they could use a sit down in a quiet place with a tasty beverage. There should really be more staff around the store to provide assistance and spread the workload, essentially during the holiday season.

I like the new store its nice and big as far as arts and craft stores go. Other stores like these have closed down in the area si it is nice to have one in the neighborhood. The staff was really friendly during my first visit which was nice for me. Go get yo art and creativity on. You got kids who have school projects they got what you need bro.

Fun classes great store for finding craft and decor supplies

Love this Michaels! This location is clean, quiet and fully stocked. There is a large parking lot out front. Easily accessible from Stanley Dr. Great place for crafts, gifts, rainy day activities and classes.

They are really bad at restocking certain items. Old and opened paints found on shelf for sale.

I usually love just browsing this store but I was looking for two things in particular that day, macrame jute, and suncatchers. They did not carry either product except for a few Donald Duck suncatchers. I didnt think these were really strange items to expect to find at Michaels especially when their name pop ups when you Google, where to buy macrame jute in Livermore. I was really disappointed. I havent done Macrame in years but usually you can find whatever you need in craft supplies at Michaels. The one employee I asked to help me locate these items called some other person who quickly gave the location of where the products would be if they carried them, but to no avail. Usually the line at the cash register is long but not this time. You will always get a discount coupon when you checkout, so buy something, get your coupon and finish your shopping to save money. Usually a store I very much enjoy but not this time.
