LOCAL GEM! Food + Theater.There is not a bad seat in the house and I actually prefer to sit farther back which is higher up. The stage moves and it appears little but it plays no effect on quality of performance.The buffet has salad, meat, sides, and dessert. Cocktails, wine, sodas and coffee. People dont attend Murrys for the food thats why the lack of 1 star. People attend for the performance..Handicap accessible, kid friendly, family friendly.

Always a good time at Murrys!Wait staff is wonderful. Plays are well done. Wish the desserts that should be warm were at least room temp (cobbler) and not out of fridge, but hey. Also, cant anyone fill the pot holes after decades, get a couple extra security lights on the fringes and make the place more user-friendly for mobility-challenged people? If I had the money, I would gladly provide. What about those new neighbors with a 10 in their title? Regardless, Always enjoy a good show there!

We had such a great time at Murrys! The venue is somewhat small, but nice. The buffet was very good... A wide selection of delicious foods, and friendly staff... The show was so fun!

The buffet was very dated but the show was amazing. Every seat is great and you can’t go wrong with just the show. We saw Mary Poppins and it was fabulous. Skip the food and just enjoy the show. You will love it.

We went to see Mary Poppins. What a show!! The actors and actresses are very talented. This show brought back so many memories from my childhood of watching Mary Poppins. The buffet was great and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. If you wanting something different to do in Little Rock go to Murrays.

The food is good and is light years better than it was in the past. Excellent value for an evening out. Please remember to tip the wait staff, sadly we have seen them stiffed too many times.

The cast was excellent, the the show I saw was so like real life situation. So funny and the group that I went with put up with me having similar behavior off/on on the trip. We talked and laughed about it for weeks and recommended that others take a trip when in town. The play Things my daughter taught me was outstanding. Most performances here are great. Food is OK but could use changes by the chef from time to time.

Murrays is always an absoute delight. Purchased season tickets for Christmas last year and one of the best things I did. We come back every month looking forward to the great shows!

The food here is absolutely disgusting. Half the staff was smoking pot out back. Show was funny but you could tell the actors were tired of it. Wouldnt really recommend.

First time visiting and we had a great time. Food was good and performance was too. Laughed a lot! If you are going for the first time, be prepared for a buffet dinner but well made, somewhat tight area, but with good entertainment. Go and check it out.

The food is good but second best to the show! Tonight was Mary Popins and happens to be one of my top 5 movies which of whom I have watched more times than I can count. The cast did a fabulous job as we all laughed and sang along in parts. I could not pick 1 favorite actor/actress because they each rocked ....... Practically Perfect!

After over 20+ years, just enjoyed yet another fabulous production at one of my favorite Central Arkansas gems. The buffet had not been as good recently; however, it was quite tastey on the particular visit. The actors always amaze me with their skill & talent in such a confined area. Our table service was just as good as the food. Cant wait to return again!!!

The shows are OK but the last one (Annie) we attended used a projector for all of the backdrops with very few props.Many of the actors are in a lot of different performances, which made our season tickets almost boring.Dont go for the food. Its cheap, bland and overcooked mush. There is never enough dessert because they are very small portions of an awful selection and people grab 3 or 4 each ahead of dinner just to be sure they get any, leaving others with nothing when they do finish their meal.The wait staff is slim so very slow in clearing tables and refreshing beverages.What I am really saying is, its an evening out, not an event, so dont expect too much.

Love LOVE LOVE!!!! Food is good, show is always great!!! Staff is very good, glasses never empty and coffee is always hot!!! My only complaint is they only have unsweetened tea!!!

I just absolutely love this place! I bought tickets to the Elvis Presley Show, what a wonderful show! My 6 year old grandson is Totally star struck with Elvis! He told me that it was like a dream come true! The food and atmosphere are top notch! If youve not been yet or if its been awhile, do yourself a favor and go! You will be so happy you did!! Thank for all your hard work and dedication!!

The play was Mary Poppins, and I just loved it. I was so close I felt as though I was part of the scene. Great singing and acting. Especially the children. Casting, wardrobe and production was very well done. A memorable evening. The play for how wonderful it was, and the food for how poor it was. The food was a big negative for me. Next time I may just eat somewhere else and then go to the play. Looking forward to the next play.

Hands down the best date night and night out with friends. Murrays always puts on the most entertaining shows.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I went to Murrys for the first time for a late birthday trip with my mother and Mary Poppins was the play that was showing. All I have to say is everyone involved puts their heart and souls into this place. The food is delicious, service is great, actors are talented and so entertaining. Im so glad I got to experience Murrys and I cant wait to go back.

The production of Annie was fabulous. The food was alright... eatable but alright. My question is its size. The size was such that one was rather cramped.

I love going to Murrays Dinner Playhouse. They have a lot of talented actors and singers. They make it so enjoyable to watch.

Murder at the Howard Johnson was fantastic. Those three actors worked hard and did an amazing job. The food was good.

Magical. The performance is that good. It will draw you in so deeply, the performers are that good. Firstly, make reservations. It does not matter what day of the week it is, make reservations. The doors open on time. You will not get before that, prepare to wait if you get there early. There is plenty of food on the buffet, good food, not gourmet, but good buffet food. Water, tea, coffee, all free. Everything else, including soda, cost. It is table service and there is a lot of tables. Order extra drinks so you dont run out during the performance. The price is a steal for what you get. You will get fed and entertained for three hours for that price. Plenty of great seats, season ticket holders get the best, but I dont know what qualifies as the best, as my seats were great. All in all, I highly recommend this venue hidden away in the back of a parking lot

While on a family mini vacation this place was on our itinerary and it didnt disappoint. The smorgasbord was satisfying and the play was very entertaining.

Great as always. Good food and lots of it and always a great show. Mostly comedies or musical shows or an occasional more thought provoking story but always good entertainment and a good time. Love it and have been a longtime steady customer for about 20 years. The actors and waiters become good friends and are warm caring people.

Lived in Little Rock for 6 years and havent ever been here before, but will definitely put Murrys on the list for future visits! The food is just okay (Only reason for 4 star), but the plays are quality entertainment. Made for a great night out, and would recommend to anyone.

We saw Mary Poppins & its was great. Had an excellent cast. The buffet dinner was exceptionally good with some nie choices of meats, vegetables & desserts. Also had a salad bar. Will visit again.

The food was pretty good! They ran out of desserts fast so I should have gotten my dessert when I got my plate of food. The play was awesome tho! I had no clue what to expect or what I was going in to but it was a lot of fun. I went with 5 other people and we sat right up front by the stage. Its definitely something we will have to do again

Went to see the play Sister Act and it was wonderful. It is a must see! The lead actress Patrice Phillips did an amazing job. The best play at Murrys I have seen yet, we need more plays like that. Five stars for Patrice Phillips ( Sister Mary Clarence).

I love to come here, but the food last night was not good. The rolls were hard, the salad was soggy, and the meat was chewy. I don’t know if they used the food from the night before or what... For the price of our dinner and show, I expect fresh food. I am a caregiver and brought my client with me. They are not handicapped accessible, like they need to be.

Went to Murrays with my sisters and friends. Play was very entertaining. Food was ok. Desserts could have been better!!

This is the only place you can go in AR for this experience. I am happy to get to participate in this tradition after being away a number of years. The building is tucked away in privacy, and seems to have aged right along with us. Food was plentiful and a surprise ending to the play. Table service couldnt have been better. Actors did an excellent performance. Overall lovely evening. Looking forward to my next visit.

Been going to Murray s for years and always have had a great experience until tonight. We went to see their production of Ring of Fire. I cant believe they put their version on a stage. All I can compare this to is a bad elementary school play. The production was horrible, no musical talent,the piano player carried the who cast. It was so bad by the second song I was hoping the place would catch on fire so we could leave.Murray s staff you should be ashamed to charge people to see this poor of quality entertainment

I, along with a group of Independence County Senior Citizens, attended the play Sister Act. All I can say is it was awesome. If you have not seen this performance, I urge you to go. The people involved were remarkable.

The show was a good and funny comedy. We had a good time. The food would have been excellent but it was cold. Not just one item but all the food on the buffet. We have been before and the food was hot.

Dinner consist of a buffet with a variety of meats and vegetables. Always good. This trip we saw Shear Madness, a 5 star performance for dinner theater.

Everything about our visit was great. Enjoyed the play tremendously. I would LOVE to see it be moved to a better location. Because my sister and I felt VERY uncomfortable in that area and another couple that we had talked to in line said the same thing. I do think you need a bigger place so people can be more comfortable when seated, but we did have a wonderful time.

Always a fun place to visit! Quality show. We saw Menopause- The Musical. Food was good. Its more cafeteria/buffet style food. Service from the wait staff was great.

Our MO: arrive as soon as they open the doors, play a card game (monopoply deal) and talk (no cell phones) while the buffet line is long and full of elderly folks. When they have all been served we get in line and usually make 2 small trips to the buffet. Trip 1 salad and meal. Trip 2. A second helping of our favorite entree and desert. We do not eat the desert until intermission. Usually cake or cookies to got with fresh coffee.

We saw the stage play Sister Act the cast was FABULOUS...the food was good but buffet lines were long...the building is very small, I wish they would consider expanding or possibly relocating...Murrays is well established and has been in business a long time.
