We enjoyed seeing Waitress to celebrate our daughters 13th birthday (experiences > stuff). There is probably no way to have enough restrooms to accommodate this many people, no matter what you do. All levels were backed up in really long lines at intermission, which was only 20 minutes. Any seat you get in this theater is pretty much a good option. The seats on the extreme sides in the orchestra area against the wall are probably the least likely to produce an enjoyable experience, but I was two seats from the wall and had no problem whatsoever getting a full, wonderful theatrical experience.
The event was good, but the venue is extremely crowded. It reminds me of getting on an airplane and being seated in coach. The seats need upgrades and definitely larger. The woman seated next to me was not a large person, and we were nearly sitting on top of each other. I dont think Ill return.
The remodeling project was a success in my book. I love the new look & feel of the Robinson. Ive been coming here since I was a child. Great job & wonderful show. Festival of Laughs
A mixed bag. Parking and access were excellent. Staff directing parking was stellar. Inside staff was ok, mostly friendly and helpful, but I couldnt help noticing that all those outside in the fume filled garage were black, while the inside staff (other than a bartender) were white. Maybe just a coincidence? Some of the theater seats were tattered. The armrest between my wife and me fell off. The front row was jammed up against the stage with a little leg room in the middle seats, but none on the ends. Overall was good experience with a few minor annoyances. Would go again, but will avoid that front row.
Liked it! The staff were very nice! The only reason Im eating it 4 stars is because their is a staircase with glass sides, so that gave me major anxiety and panic. I have a fear of falling and heights so that didnt help either. But overall very good!
Lovely facilities and friendly staff. They have some fantastic shows there. I always enjoy being at the Robinson
Great music as always, but I know people are not going to like what I have to say. They spent 70$ million for renovation and the seats are simply the most uncomfortable of all. That is sad and makes the experience far to be good. I will have to think twice before going back. I will hate spending $200 for atrocious seatings.
I have never seen Wicked, and I have never been to Robison PAC. I called the box office and Harrison was so delightful and helpful. I drove from Fayetteville by myself to see the show. Everyone was so nice and helpful when I asked where to go. Ann Morris a volunteer was very pleasant to talk with! The patrons around me were very happy! This was worth the drive here and back! I already look forward to seeing another show here!
Never been to Robinson before this week but had a chance to see Gary Allan there..i was very impressed with professionalism and building itself...
Robinson center is a beautiful building. Our family has been attending the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra performances here for years.
The shows are always FABULOUS! The problem is with other patrons...you would think the disruptiveness would be coming from children but its not. Its the freakin adults coming in late, being on their phones, talking throughout the show and getting up and down during the shows. It is so disrespectful not only to the fellow guest but to the cast who are working hard to make our experience the best one possible. Please learn how to act when in public and have common courtesy for others. The youngsters are watching and learning.
Great service and friendly staff. They do a great job on vehicles.
I had a great time performing here!
Always a wonderful time seeing the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra!
Robinson Center is Little Rocks premier venue for performing arts, Broadway shows and so much more. Love the new performance hall and conference center. The renovations are amazing. Great staff, great location, Ive nothing bad to say about Robinson.
Great acoustic, close parking and nice seating
Nice place for upscale entertainment.
Good seating, clean bathrooms.
Nice...but the seating isnt great...chairs are narrow, and if you are short you cant see well
Amazing place to experience the arts.
After the renovation its better
This theatre was updated a few years ago, and its still a great venue to se a show or a concert.
