Michaels Michael Michaels...holds a special place in my heart...the only thing I dont like about this place is they close at 7 pm due to the pandemic...right now they are in the middle of moving items to different areas..sort of a major redecorating/overhaul of sorts..getting ready for the fall and the holidays. The place is still clean and the employees are still as friendly as ever...i love this place and you will too.

It was messy and disorganized but who cares when its all fun wonderful arts and crafts stuff?! It looked like a person before my arrival had gone thru the store and thrown all their favorite things up in the air so they could dance in the joy of arts and crafts as it fell all around them. Can you blame them and shame their joy? Can you ask they put restraint on what brings them happiness? I cannot! I shall not!

I have always loved Michaels for their great selection of craft items. I enjoy scrap booking with pictures and theres all kinds of other stuff to be creative with.

Shannon aka “a Karen”the manager was such an awful experience that I will never go back to another Michaels again. She argued with me about curb side pickup even though I fallowed the all the instructions and waited a total of 30 mins for a paid for item. The employees are good but the management is the worst ever.

Every time we go in it is disorganized and hardly stocked. This includes before the pandemic. The associates are fairly friendly at least

I went there and tried to make the purchase and Cashier Andrea seemed very stressful. I got nervous too because of it. Later on, I learned from Andi that coupons weren’t working.

I ordered two pieces of wood for an instrument I was making. I was searching for the exact dimensions I needed and ended finding it at this Michaels online. I was so surprised and excited since not even Lowe’s or Home Depot had the wood I needed. I made my order and was told my order would be ready that day since I ordered online before 3. I pulled up and called. They said that they were swamped with orders and that I was next on the list and I would for sure get my order the next day and that I would get an email telling me to pickup my order. 2 days past and no email and I was about to call and ask where my order was. I did end up getting two emails, one for each piece of wood saying that it was out of stock. I was told that I would receive my purchase the next day with order confirmation, but instead I received two emails with my order being denied. I am very upset since I was guaranteed my order would come to me but instead I received nothing

I absolutely hate shopping at this store. Every time I shop here I have a horrible experience. I tried to avoid coming to this location. MCCAIN location is the best ever specially with the customer service.

I didnt find what I was looking. For and nothing was really easy to find.

They had obviously just gotten a big delivery. Couldnt shop because of all the boxes everywhere. I would love to see more variety of craft supplies & less home decor.

Lots of neat stuff, but disorganized.We went around 3pm on Saturday, Nov 9th. I could spend hours there just looking at all the stuff they have, and for the most part its all displayed in an eye catching way. But, they must have just gotten their big Christmas shipment of products because there were boxes piled up in many of the isles. I had a question and it was a little hard to find someone to help, but once we did they were a great!

Love this store. Just got some of my custom framing done and picked up some yarn that was on sale. They have everything you need for an average hobby except bolts of fabric.

They just about always have what I need. Its a fun store on its own, a lot of cool stuff. Its one of my favorite stores!

I love going into Micheals. But this store branch is awesome. It is bright, clean, and fully stocked. I love the fact that there are classes held there. I only go to Michaels for all of my crafts and jewelry.

I went in the store for face paint for a Halloween festival. I walked through the entire store not finding what I needed or anyone to help me. Im not sure if they are in desperate need of staff or everyone was hiding but no customer service at all! While in the store I CALLED the store to ask where face paint was located (ridiculous). The lady gave me the location it should be, but when I got there it was not there. Disappointed...

They had really great stock in store and the staff was very pleasant. We went when they had the Christmas ornaments on a crazy good deal. They were PACKED. Never ran out of stock while we were there and the employees seemed pretty used to managing chaos.

I took several trips in and out trying to put together a necklace, a vial filled with semen. It was very romantic and the viscosity of nut presents a struggle when trying to fit into a 1/4 inch round hole, and I got gorilla glue all over my fingers and I had to use the sidewalk outside of the building to violently scrape layers of both my skin and glue off of my fingers. 5/5, would come back

I absolutely love Michaels especially the location because its in the shop shopping center with Dollar Tree Office Depot and sports academy I love how they always have a sale 50% off!

I love michaels but i give 4 stars because theres 2 older white ladies[1 is manager and other is just sales associate] here that are super rude and a bit ignorant. but other then that, the store is clean and organized!! I dont like that they dont keep everything stocked and full... Im an artist so I always come to michaels to get art supply... the brushes are nornally stocked all over the place which sucks so it takes me a while to find everything. I love the coupons and love when they have super deals on canvas!!

I can tell you why I liked the place and why I loved going there. Okay I just so happend was speaking to a individual concerning a item that I was interested in buying, it just so happens that this individual had a gift card from Michaels. Since I wasnt that far away I excepted the gift card and went there. Let me tell you readers something thats considered Cowabunga ! When I entered the store I just stopped and looked around. Considering Im remembering correctly I even turned around and grab the door for the ones coming in right after me! They have all types of items in that store. You name it and have a stable moment of patience, you will most definitely find exactly what you wanted, yet didnt even know you wanted it. Speaking to ederly. I guarantee you that once you enter that store it would some how or way to pull your attention closer with objects and items that are considered sentimental value for the mind of a good time and place of your days of bewilderments. And for the artist eyes by hand and imaginations its a must check it out, and a Im amping up my my drawings with a Poetry artist touch! And that, Ladies and Gentlemen is why I liked going there and love the fact that I shopped there.

I absolutely love Michaels. They always have the cutest charms & keychains. The only complaint I have is their lack of coloring books for adults. But that is the ONLY complaint Ive ever had & Ive been going to Michaels a LONG time.

I went to the store after trying to order online and everything said not eligible to ship. The store didnt have any of the items in stock. So I guess I just cant buy them from this retailer.

I like the assortment of items; it has a smaller selection then say hobby lobby but it’s organized. However I’ve never been able to find someone to help me find products when I’m trying to locate them. It took me quite awhile on my own to locate the soap colorant and fragrance to make bath bombs; They are also higher on price then hobby lobby but I’d still recommend them.

Im a knitter and Michaels is the only store around that offers a price range of yarn sales that I can depend on. I knit hats for homeless people and need good quality yarn at the best price available. Michaels is my go to place always!
