This place was awesome to have a birthday party for my little one! He and his friends had so much fun! The positive is there is so much to do and even a personal party room! Also the staff is great and even gave us a free 24 extra wings! The negative is they need more workers cause the wait for service can be long, like 5 to 10 minutes long. If it wasnt for that, Id give this place 5 Stars!! Definitely recommend using this place for birthday parties!

Awesome place to go as a family. It is very kid friendly. We absolutely love it here. There are things to do for every age group including for the adults. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly as answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back. Its a great place to go when its too hot to play outside.

Took my five year old son and ten year old daughter, we had a blast! I got the parent pass to jump and play with them and it was alot of fun. The only downside to the place was they were extremely short staffed. We had to wait for a staff person to do any of the rope climbs or rock walls, also we had to wait at the concessions. The drinks werent completely outrageous but above convenience store prices of course. I would have gladly given 5 stars if adequately staffed.

Great place not a big as the other jump parks but makes up for it with the different activities if you get the deluxe package. Not to expensive, not for adults mostly Id recommended somewhere else but great for late teens and under.

Went there for the 1st time. Great value. Great entertainment for the kids. Parent pass isnt necessary if youre not going to participate. I met 2 really great high school kids workingXavier and Cory. Those 2 kids very articulate. Friendly. People oriented. As long as they continue having workers like these 2. People will definitely keep going. Food prices could use some helpBut with having rentable lockers and an unlimited pass. Its easy to want to spend the day there.

Really a zero star rating. This company steals your money. They say you can cancel your membership, but you cannot. There is no option to cancel online, the location says to contact corporate, and corporate says to contact the location. Ultimately had to report to consumer protection division.

I have been working with the Manager at Urban Air for months now for our KC company kids Christmas party. There is a lot I look at when planning a Company party. My budget, how much work will I haven to do and the big one will my manager be happy. To night was great everyone was friendly and helpful. I didnt have to do anything but give them a date I need this party on. I asked for invoice got one the same day made paying the bill easy. We will be back. I love that I didnt have to do anything but welcome my guest. My manager had fun with there kids. You guys made me look good to my bosses and I didnt do anything. The kids always have an amazing time when they are here.Few things prepare to purchase socks if you dont have a pair from previous Urban Air visits. Water Bottles are expensive $3.00. Not a lot on the food selection list. Parents it would be tons of fun if you join in with your little one!

While Urban Air is fun for kids, but for me and my husband to take our two daughters (one is 7 and one is 6 to play) just one time it is about $80. Not including snacks or drinks.... there are about 100 more things that we could take our kids to do that is more bang for your buck. We could get annual family memberships to the zoo or the wonder place, discovery museum, etc for that price. This is not an affordable weekend activity for parents and I advise against going here simply on the count of it being unaffordable. Yes they have a monthly plan that is cheaper but I dont plan on paying hundreds of dollars over the course of 1 year for that.

This place is awesome! My kids and I love it. They have things for my 2 year old too which is nice. The staff is always very kind. If you have high energy to burn come here!

This place was a blast for kids and kinda fun for parents. Very engaging activity stations, and a good way to wear your kids out in a somewhat healthy way. We saw lots of kids having fun together, and it was a pretty good birthday party location.

First, we were here for a birthday party. It is everything that comes to mind when you think of an indoor amusement center. Its loud, you just signed away all legal rights to sue them for injury & you cant find your kids. The restrooms were atrocious. Toilet paper and human waste clogged 2 of the 3 toilets in the womens restroom. That a side, My kids loved it, well they loved the idea of it. All of the great funtastic adventures and games you see when you come in are not accessible to normal ticket admission. You have to get a platinum level wristband or thats what my daughter told me the worker told her. I didnt ask how much the platinum bands were, mainly because my daughter was already in tears & if she had seen me attempt to get her the band and it turned out to be too expensive, I wouldnt have been able to calm her down. I may have to take them back & pay for the platinum bands so they can zipline and bungie jump, but Im not looking forward to it. Thats my personal opinion. Lots of kids were there having a great time.

Great place to have a kids birthday party. They go home tired. There are plenty of things for them to do. Ropes course, wall climb, VR, and tons of trampolines. Prefer this place over the other trampoline parks.

Great place to have fun and let your kids have fun with great supervisions

We have been to Other Urban Air locations in the state and loved them. This is our third or fourth visit to LR location. Every time we come we see employees “hiding out” in out of the way areas and standing around visiting w each other and ignoring kids. My kiddos stood at the entrance to the ropes course and sky rider for over 10 minutes on three occasions. On our last visit they were told it was closed. I found a woman manager and asked why it was closed to be told it shouldn’t be. She got ahold of some of the “kids” that work there and got it opened. She was doing her best to round them up and get them to do their job. Today we went though the same thing. They waited twice for a considerable amount of time while two young men were at the top ignoring them until I went and spoke to one of them and politely asked if it was open. He then took his sweet time coming down to the gate and asked if he could see their wrist bands. Then he let them in but proceeded to slowly walk all over the park appearing to be looking for someone to man the other side. I watched him for almost 15 minutes while my 7 and 8 year old waited patiently. We pay over $50 for our two grandchildren to play and have fun and it makes me extremely angry to watch the “workers” virtually lay around. The place was not clean either. I don’t see how they can continue to stay open with such service. If makes me sad because LR needs great places like this to bring in revenue and provide good jobs for our youth. We will not be back to this location. I hope you can get this fixed and find some young people who actually have a work ethic.

Fun activities but they are very understaffed. The staff that is there are all teenagers, slow and more interested in talking with each other than actually watching the kids. Good place but it could be great if the staff cared.

Great place for a birthday party or just a casual visit, and even the adults had a lot of fun in the huge trampoline area. Lots of different activity areas to choose from, plus some VR gaming. The pizzas actually pretty decent for a family fun venue, but I dont recommend going just for the food.

We were here for the first time and had a birthday/softball party. The staff was absolutely amazing!! From Patrick who booked our reservations, to Grant who checked us out, to Essence who was the absolute best party attendant!!!! I have never experienced a friendlier staff at any other party venue! We will definitely be back and thank you for making 14 girls very happy. :)

It’s open, they are cleaning at regular intervals and have additional sanitizer scattered around as well as employees walking around hitting it. Definitely worth a stop for kids to blow off energy no matter the age.

The children had a wonderful time! Lots of exciting, fun activities to do. We would definitely go more often if it wasnt so expensive.

We went to Urban Air on a Wednesday. Our experience was great! The park was very clean. It was well manned with personnel alternating between the Sky Rider/Ropes course and the climbing walls. All other areas were manned constantly. The workers were helpful with a younger, adventuresome child who was just tall enough to go on all stations but whose reach was just a bit short for several. The female worker who “rescued” her from the ropes course was especially patient! We loved the variety and accessibility of all the activities. I also appreciate the ability to pay one price for the day and be able to leave and return. I would highly recommend Urban Air - Little Rock!

My son and his friend said, they had a great time. I was able to drop my child off, age 14 and didnt have to stay. The only reason for that is because they had security there.

Lots of lights loud noises and things to bounce on. Obstacle courses climbing walls and bouncing dodgeball. The car game looks fun. My go to for letting the little ones burn off some of that extra. The monthly pass is really worth it.

As I am unable to give “0” stars, I must give one star. We decided to try Urban Air in Little Rock after going to the Urban Air in Benton two their times. DO NOT COME TO THE URBAN AIR IN LITTLE ROCK. The Benton location is better managed, has better customer service, and has a better overall layout and feel. Example in point: we had to wait for certain “sections” to open in Little Rock, while Benton has all sections opened all the time. Lastly, my daughter waited 45 minutes for pretzel bites to be made. We have ventured to every trampoline park in the area, and this one is the worst. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DRIVE THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO BENTON. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!

Horrible place to take your kids!! Total rip off! Its way too expensive for one, its also too compact and dark and very easy for parents to lose their kids. The staff was unattentive and not very professional and not every attraction advertised was open, yet they still charged for it. Having nowvisited all the local Parks we will stick with Altitude where it is clean, wide open, affordable on a family budget, and the staff is always friendly!

The staff except the sky rider staff do not attend to the children in the area. The sky rider area was closed for some time, but remained open after that ( I will just assume understaffed, or maybe they were all hiding out and talking like they were in front of the obstacle course). They give no direction & are not helpful. There are signs that say do not enter unless you have permission for the obstacle course area, but there’s no members in the area to let you in. The two employees at the rock climbing course didn’t offer anyone to rock climb or ask what course they wanted to do. She just directed them to the high beams or the leap of faith courses. When trying to ask if my nephew could climb down as she just starred at me, she never replied until I asked the third time if he could climb down instead of doing the leap of faith course he thought he was brave enough to do. The other employee or person in that same area with regular clothes on, was on her phone and helped when directed by the other members. Not sure if these are all kids working here or not, but at least get someone who cares about kids and their job.

Fun place and the kids had fun.However, we had to request for them to open areas and wait while they gathered enough workers to work that section, and they would have to close down others areas.The workers seemed depressed to be working. While waiting to do the rope course the kids were instructed to climb up the twisty slide with a harness in their hand instead of opening the gate for them.But from the kids perspective they had a great time.

We took our middle and high school students there on a field trip and Urban Air were great hosts! The owner and manager made themselves available at all times to make sure we were taken care of. The staff was very friendly and the students had a great time. There are many different activities for them to do which kept them all occupied for 4 hours.

This was our second time coming here. My daughter and her friend had a blast.

The place itself is fun. However I made the mistake of forgetting my phone in my pocket while playing in the ball pit. When I realized it was missing I told a worker and he said, “Well you shouldn’t have gotten in there with it.” I stayed until closing time so I could wait until they turned off the music so that I might have been able to hear it. It took 10 minutes and me asking 4 different people for the music to turn off even though it was after hours. I guess I’ll wait until they empty the pit to retrieve it. The staff is so nonchalant and unprofessional, but the place itself is really fun.

We visited today with our 11 year old grandson and he had a great time! I played several Zombie VR games with him. It was AWESOME! Thanks for letting the parents/grandparents tag along for a much reduced price. The only negative remark I have is that some of the employees looked very bored even though there was plenty to do. Interact with the kids, explain the attractions, etc. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name working the snack bar today. He was very friendly and cheerful. Made our day to joke around with him while staying professional.

Cool place with potential. Very expensive and not all activities advertised were open. Front desk said they always switch off closing rock climbing and ziplining because they dont have enough staff to run all activities. Very disappointing to my kids because thats exactly what they wanted to do. Restrooms were dirty despite many staff members roaming around. Staff all appeared under 18 with no manager anywhere in sight. Weve been to Dallas location of Urban air and it was amazing! Very disappointed in this one. Clearly needs better management...

We just had our sons birthday party there and it was a blast. Our party host did an amazing job. She was very helpful. All the kids loved it and as a parent I loved that my boys burned a lot of energy and crashed later that night. All the kids loved it and it was an easy place to have a party!

I had my child’s birthday party here, for them to claim stress free is far from it. We showed up at 3:50 for a 4:00 party. They table or party host was not “ready” until about 4:10. Got to the table it was still covered in cake from previously. They had to clean it and then assign wrist bands, etc. the kids didn’t get to start playing until about 4:30. The party ends at 6. they did not explain how anything was handled as far as the party goes. We did almost everything our selves. Plates are very cheap be ware. Half the attractions stayed closed because the workers where on break. The birthday girl didn’t get her shirt either, pay attention to what’s in your package because they don’t. Over all a poor birthday experience.

The day i went was with my friends party ended around 8:30 ordered food at 7:40 ! by 8:27 i asked for the 3rd time how long will it take and by 8:27 they said 10 minutes ! Parents were outside waiting for there kids to get 6 PIECE wings ️ almost 1 hour for some wings ! They went to the front to ask for wifi and were standing there for almost 2 minutes waiting for the staff to stop talking . Kids were waiting on the zip line and staff were cussing and laughing. This behavior is not acceptable around kids.

If your kid has glasses.....then they will probably be banned from half of the dang amusement park! Upon first walking in I asked a aimple question to a young black teen with green hair and she immediately had the funniest of attitudes, and was rude....I approached her with a smile and this was my first time coming here. I drove to meet my childs friend for a bday party we were invited to and brought my niece along.....this was after a chaotic day at work and my nerves were SHOT so the LAST THING I needed was ms rude having her unpleasant negativity greet me. My friend rented a party room, and our host kept disappearing....was unorganized.....and just plain LOST! Eventually all of the teachers in the room took over and did a better job than him! It has potential, but lose the teens who would rather socialize, get more organized, and make your guests feel welcomed!!

The experience we had with our family at urban air was amazing!! The staff was consistently nice. Manager Hunter was very sweet and each individual was helpful.

My review only pertains to the Urban Air located on South Bowman in Little Rock. I decided to take my kids today and the experience was extremely unnerving. There was a group of approximately 15 teenagers roaming the building and hanging out near the seating area. Every other word they spoke was on the Crip mixed in with ridiculous amounts of profanity and derogatory sexual statements. The individuals were even talking to each other about shootings and bragging about their guns. Though they didnt appear to be armed, their conversations were alarming enough. None of this should have any place in society much less at a place for children. Even worse, it appeared that several of the staff knew the individuals personally. While leaving the facility and walking to my car there was an additional 5-7 teenagers crowded around a vehicle, shouting profanity and appearing to be on the brink of a fight. I have been to the Conway Urban Air many times and it was a completely different experience. Needless to say, I will never go back to this branch and would recommend that others stay away as well. Hopefully the owners will do something about this before the violence in Little Rock shows its ugly face at their business.

My kids range from 6-19 and they all had a good time at Urban Air. They enjoyed dodge ball, dunking on the trampoline basketball goal, and the virtual reality the most. We have been to the Conway location before and wanted to try this one because of the sky coaster and wipeout both of which Conway didnt have. Unfortunately, neither of those events was working today. Most of the workers were very friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a good experience and will return.

Disappointed. Pay full price for my kids, but did not get a full experience. The sky coaster and another ride were closed. I understand safety, but if you arent fully functional you shouldnt be open or charging full price. This is not like a huge amusement park with acres of other rides. Only dealt with 1 or 2 appropriate personnel. All others were not friendly and spent more time talking to each other than working.Cool place with potential, but I was not happy when I left.I think this place opened before they were ready and was poorly managed while I was there today. This is how a good business idea can go bust and broke. I am not likely to revisit anytime soon, if at all. Step it up UALR......

It was fun. Staff friendly and helpful. Well monitored. Adults beware: the combo of fast belay systems and too-hard surfaces for landing result in sore knees. My ten-year-old daughter seems just fine and she did more than I did, but six hours after the fun My knees are really sore and I don’t normally have knee issues. I think the ball pit may have been the worst. The balls are only a few feet deep and it is not a trampoline at the bottom as I expected but a hard surface, probably with a mat.

Unsafe! Play at your own risk. Today my child was injured on the “Leap of Faith” attraction when his belay rope swung over a roped barrier as he landed. He swung backwards into the barrier and his neck hit the rope, which caused his neck to whip roughly forward and then backward. He was able to stand up on his own but complained of neck pain and stiffness. I do not believe his is seriously injured but we are currently at the pediatric ER awaiting results from a CT scan. My child has also been placed in a neck brace.The park closed the jumping platform on the side of the attraction where he was injured, but left the other side open. I believe that the location of this attraction has inadequate floor space and the number of attendants working in this area is insufficient to prevent injuries. There is also no one preventing children from running under the rope barriers. Children could be injured if a jumper lands on someone running across a landing pad.Urban Air needs to beef up their safety protocols before a child is seriously injured!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Ok so there are about 50 staff members working all doing nothing. 95% looked to be no older than 18. None of them care to do their job assisting you at all. You still stand in front of an an area while The chain is up and they just stand around talking. The managers look stressed to the max running around with no clue how to maintain any sense of order. This place needs to fire everyone. It was be such a better place of the staff was older and more mature. We stayed about 30 minutes and left. Until major changes are made I won’t return.

I payed $90 to come here and I wish I wouldn’t have. waste of money. Nothing is open. The workers don’t work and all they do is yell at you in a rude tone. Nobody is respectful when you talk to them and most of the things they advertise weren’t even open. I would definitely recommend third realm or altitude over this. I was very disappointed in my experience.

One of the employees was cute, it was a great place too the staff was super fun and they had great things to do.

This was our first time here, and it was the best experience ever. It was realky nice that the owner Mr. Todd was walking around and introduced and interacted with his guests. The manager Hunter was so nice and helpful. He checked in on us many time to make sure we where enjoying ourselfs. We will be back many more times. Nice place for children. I wouldn’t recommend the monthly plans because you are locked in for an entire year and they REFUSE to cancel it, not only that they won’t even let you change the plan unless you are spending more money.

It was a nice scenery with all the lights and different colors...I just didnt understand why the rules are so strict and have high school age kids enforcing them with whistles like were at a high school basketball game or something, if you have to sign a waiver basically signing your life away you should be able to jump however you choose to jump...

My kids had fun until I hear a lady yelling at my child with a rude tone. I know their time is up but give them time to get off the sky walk please. And I want know why the staff yelling telling the kids to pick up the balls. What are they doing beside yelling.

I went to a birthday party here on 3/23/19. The place was absolutely packed. The staff wouldnt give us the time of day to be checked in for our party. It took 30 minutes standing at the front desk to finally be helped. The party started 20 minutes late because of this. The party hosts showed us to our room and gave everyone their wrist band but didnt do much else. We didnt get our pizza until 25 minutes before we were supposed to be done so that made us rush the food, dessert, and presents. The actual jump zone itself was good. Plenty of things to do, but they oversold the place and it was to hard to move around. There were safety concerns for us parents that had younger kids. My 4 year old almost got jumped on by several larger kids because there was no room to move. There was no monitoring safety by employees.I definitely wont come back. Id rather go to a place more concerned about safety so my kids dont get hurt.
