We booked The Heist for 4 people and had a blast! The staff was very friendly and very enthusiastic about their job, which made it all the more fun! The clues were helpful and nothing was too hard. We made it out with about a minute and a half left.

The staff was very nice and were passionate about giving us a great escape room experience.They have 2 rooms, one with about a 35% success rate and the other 50%-55%.The Heist room was moderately difficult, not something that could’ve been done easily especially those new to escape rooms.We needed some nudges but once we started unlocking clues we gained momentum and was able to complete it in time.You must have a creative mind when attacking these rooms at MasterMind! I can’t wait to go back and try their second room.

We brought a party of 10 for a birthday party. The staff was SO great! Jason, Alexis, and Jaxson made sure we had a great time and even gave us a bonus room. We had a blast and are grateful for the staff for showing us a good time.

Alex was the best game master ever! Me and my friends had a blast! It was our first time and we enjoyed every moment.

I went went a group of 8 moms tonight and we had a blast! We reserved both rooms and split up 4 & 4. Alex was amazing at her job and helped make the experience even better! One team finished with a minute to spare and the other missed it by one lock. We will definitely be going back and switching rooms!

Me and my family came here to celebrate my brother’s birthday here, and it surely didn’t disappoint! Alex was an absolute delight of a game-master and employee, and they definitely made our Escape Room experience 100x better! We plan on coming back very soon to do the second room, highly recommend!

One other person and I did the dinner party room and finished it! It was challenging but a lot of fun. The employee, Alex, was super nice and very helpful if we were stuck. Would definitely go again to do the other room!

This was our first time at the rooms. OMG it was such a good time! And our host Alex was amazing!! We will definitely be doing this again!

Even though we did not make it out in time, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also attentive and very kind. I will definitely go back to Mastermind Escape Rooms.

My daughter and I visit MasterMind and it was a great experience. Considering the fact I was second guessing when she ask me to join her I had a blast. From when we first enter the building we was greeted by a Customer Service Rep (or what he called hisself the game master) His customer service skills was phenomenal. I’m very big on customer service and first impression with this being I definitely will be coming back and recommending to my family and friends to experience the great experience my daughter and law experience.

In short find a different escape room. Many better out there that have better kept rooms, and more professional staff.Room was run down. Seems like they dont keep things fixed up as people go through. Furniture was broken. Floor was messed up. Very small space to write things down and keep track of. No starting clue, so spent the first 15 minutes of our hour trying to figure out how to start but once started you can finish quickly. Room was a furnace had to open the door to let colder air in. Asked to put the A/C on, nothing happened.The staff member that was helping us played on his phone the whole time we were in. Took photos of himself on the phone after we completed and then took photos of our group. Which in my opinion is completely un-professional.

Dinner Party: So much fun! We had 10 people in our group and we loved it! So much fun. Not super hard and not easy. Perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back again and try the other room. A+ experience.

Went here last week for a Christmas party with some friends never done one before when we came in Jeffery was very nice and explained everything to us about an escape room and we got in the room and we made it out with 30 seconds left! We had a great experience thanks to Jeffery and we will be back for sure

We had a company function here and the owner was very nice and accommodating. All of us enjoyed ourselves it forced us to talk to each other haha a lot of us probably wouldnt if it wasn’t for this place. We had a good time!

Loved this place from the moment I walked in with the puzzles in the lobby had me anxious to figure things out. I also like the fact that the room was fast paced and we opened locks back to back but still spent 55 minutes in the room. Nicely designed and thoughtful rooms.

I brought my company here for the quarterly team building activity and I have to say I was impressed. We had a group of 11 and we all stayed busy, every person felt like they contributed and it was nice to see how the room kept everybody interested for the full 60 minutes. 10 stars to this place

The dinner party room was a lot of fun it wasn’t too hard to the point where you get frustrated and begin to give up but it wasn’t too easy. This was a lot of fun even my parents had a good time working together. This was a good bonding experience.

I went with a group to celebrate a birthday and it was so fun! Having never done an escape room, I had no clue what I was walking into. Me and three of my sons had a blast!! The staff was great. We did the easiest of the three rooms and wished we had time to do another. I believe this experience has opened a whole new family hobby for us!

Great time! We had a blast! We werent quite sure what time we were going to arrive so the kind staff kept open so that we could finish our meal then let us arrive to choose a room! I highly recommend. If you havent done a room with some thrill in it you havent done a true escape room!

I joined my wife as she and the docs from The Joint Chiropractic used this as team building on Sunday night. It was a lot of fun and seemed to be enjoyed by everyone. I recommend it

This was my third escape room experience and it was really neat. Some of the elements that were incorporated were things Ive never seen before. The rooms were very clean and well set up with themes that were thorough enough to get you invested in it. Definitely recommended!

The escape room adventure that we went to had non-electronic clues, but it was still enjoyable. The room was kind of small, so Im glad that we didnt have more than 6 people, else we would have been bumping into each other. The hosts were very nice and hospitable .

I was at Thirst N Howl with a few buddys and saw this place and said why not try it although we were a little tipsy we still had a blast! The owner was super nice and friendly. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

I wish I would’ve gotten the General and name who ran the escape room today (1-20-2018) at 4:20. He was encouraging and helpful. We enjoyed our time there and talking to him afterwards. We found out that he was the one who designed the Evil Doctor Room! That room was the room we escaped from, and he did an excellent job making sure it was a fun experience for all of us. Thank you guys for the hospitality! We will be back!

It was my first time going to an escape room,and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were so helpful and really made our experience great! We got put on the Wall of Shame this time, but we will definitely be returning soon!

Business had recently relocated and there wasnt much thought put into the props they used. Hopefully when they get settle in theyll be able to improve their layout for a better experience.

These people are friendly, funny and the puzzles and riddles keep you guessing and engaged the whole time. The twists and turns are awesome.il highly recommend to anyone.

Cool concept. If youve never done one before, basically you have to solve puzzles to escape/win. Make sure you have a good team! Staff was awesome and everything was decorated in a way that made it feel realistic. Two thumbs up!
