Loved the place! Entertaining and fun, and the staff was great! The lady at the entrance was friendly and helpful. even the mechanic was very informative, cheerful and nice. Everything was great! My only wish the entrance/exits were more secure. I feel at ease when there is a definite system in place in order to assure that my child cannot exit without me. The building is far too big with numerous places to be unseen...the panic of not being able to find your child is real. Please review competitors in this markets methods of security and take note. secure the gate with a guard and so that everyone can relax and enjoy this great place!

We took my little boy for his birthday. We had a wonderful time. This was only our second time to go but both were great experiences. I definitely wanted to point out (dont know his name) but it was the guy that ran the gyroscope tonight (new years eve). He was such a people person. He went above and beyond to make sure people were having a great time and to put a smile on peoples faces.

We had so much fun here. The staff was super friendly. The food was amazing. The salad bar was full of fresh food and it all looked and tasted great. The Go Kart track was so fun for our 5 and 4 year old. Plus laser tag and mini golf all under one roof in the air conditioning. Well worth the money. We will be back. Probably soon if I had to guess.

We decided to go here instead of exchanging gifts with close friends of ours. We had a great time from adult down to child. The food was great, the staff was helpful, and the facility was clean. (And, I came in first in laser tag!) Thanks for a good time at a great price.

My kids love this place. Its just hard to keep up with them because the place is HUGE! Its super fun especially with the big buffet which is endless.Definitely a fun place to go with older kids that can run around without parental supervision. Recommend it!

PLAY TIME PIZZA IS A RIP OFF! Half the games would take twice as much money off your card then it was supposed to. The lady at the front desk acted as if she was bothered to explain to us how everything works. There was literally 1 pizza on the buffet. I will never go back!!! This place use to be so much better

I have never ever in my life placed a review on any restaurant or business. But this place was so nasty I had to create an account just to do a review! This place is NASTY. Disgusting. Unsanitary. The food was terrible. IF you got a slice of pizza! They never had enough! The food just looked like it had roaches in it. I get one slice of pizza, you get to the sitting area, theres NO WHERE to sit because all of the tables were filled with dirty dishes. Awful! Save your money and go to Dave and Busters.

I love this place. The kids have great fun and its big enough to not be crowded. The food is as good as any other in this category, and its buffet. How do you beat it, with a go cart track?

I will say that the volume and quality of food was lacking on this trip to Playtime. There were no more than 3 pizzas out at one time and they were cut into so many slices that the wide part of the pizza slice was the width of a fork. There was only chocolate ice cream and one mystery dessert in the dessert bar. There were bbq meatballs with soupy pasta, potatoes and gravies. Then of course salad. It was packed with people, but no food. Then, I looked up the prices before I got there and asked for the 3 hour special they posted on their web page only to be told I had to buy it online. There was no suggestion past the denial. So I went to the site on my phone, bought the package and showed it to them. Poor customer service. Then of course the bathroom doors were broken so if you didn’t have a partner to hold the door, good luck with keeping your business private. Overall, the trip was very different from how it was years ago. Very disappointing. The games were good though. So if you want to keep paying money and be TAXED at the kiosk machine, then there you go.

Had a lot of fun with my kids. Overall the experience was great. I spent $50 for 2 hours and that took us a long way. That covered our food and games for mhself, 2 kids, and my wife.

My son really enjoyed himself. There was a lot to do there. The pizza was good, but some of the other items on the bar... not so much.

Our children had fun, thats about all I can say about this place, its EXTREMELY overpriced and the all you can eat buffet should be called all you can stomach. The food is not that good at all. I spend $230 lastnight for 9 people, 5 adults and 4 children. Which I understand that 9 people eating out is not cheap, I was prepared for that, however $230 is not acceptable for a pizza joint and video games..... itll be hard to go back anytime within the next 12 months

Me and a coworker took a group of group of 47 students to this place for a total of 49 people and they wouldnt even give us a group rate! But they did let groups of 5-7 students make a pepperoni pizza to split and ride1ride for the low cost of 13.50 each. I was offended to know that bus drivers ate free but the educators who arranged the trip and probably paid for several of those underprivileged students to attend could not. Not looking for a handout but I think over $700 worth of business warrants 2 free entries or at least 1 extra ride for the kids. This business just seems greedy to me

My father, my sister, and I took 5 of my neices and nephew on a Monday evening. We did the pit pass for the kids and general admission for the adults. The upstairs games (unlimited, no tokens or credit needed with pit pass) were pretty limited. Some of the staff were less than friendly, and the food was pretty below average even for a buffet, and it just all seems a bit over priced. There were not many games that the younger two could play and enjoy, so maybe younger kids should be a little bit cheaper. We were also not thrilled about the bar, as we thought this was a place for kids. The kids still had fun, and we had fun watching them have fun.

Walked in and there were 2 people at the registers. There was a very long line only one register open and the girls were standing there talking. When we finally got there the packages were not explained clearly. I wanted the ones where you got the 2 attractions but I wanted to purchase more attractions later if need be. We ended up getting the unlimited ones which would have been great but the cards didnt work for half the games ( even the ones it should have worked on because they had no tickets or merchandise attached to them. We got there around 3 on a Sunday. When we got in line for the buffett there was hardly anything all and two of the soda machines were out of ice and no syrup. There were no spoons or forks and there was trash everywhere around the ice cream machine. There was nowhere to sit and tables that were piled with dirty plates and cups. The bathrooms were filthy and the employees were not helpful at all! I have been here several times before this and had a wonderful experience. I dont know what happened this time but I seriously thought about getting my money back and leaving but I have 3 kids it would have disappointed. I will not be back to spend a ridiculous amount of money for such a horrible experience!

Food was unpleasant. Theres a potato bar, butter, sour cream, cheese, and....... french fries instead of baked potatoes. Ice cream didnt work. Tables werent bussed so piles of dirty dishes everwhere. At least a third of the machines downstairs didnt work. Upstairs machines for the older kids all seemed fine. 5 star idea, 2 star execution.

I tried four times to call Playtime Pizza to make reservations for a birthday party: I kept getting an answering machine. How do you run a business when you dont communicate with your customers. Although you have the website, there are questions that customers have that are not answered on the website or via that long phone recording.Thumbs down to the customer service. I went to Chuck E Cheeses for my grandsons party.

The manager at this location are very prejudice and truly mistreat their workers. IF a child quits, they withholds their paycheck for weeks with no explanation and not allowing them to be paid like the mother employees. As soon as my kid got to work, he had to call me to come right back to pick him up and this happened frequently!! I am truly at a loss for words when I witness the mistreatment of different races. I will never take anyone I know there nor recommend this facility to anyone until everyone is treated equally!! So disappointed!!

Great showing of Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but its weird that they got rid of the go-karts and all the arcade games except for out front.

For around 30 dollars a person, you can enjoy 15 dollars worth of mini games (airhockey, billiards, etc.) and two special events (go carts, bumper carts, laser tag, and bowling). My favorite was laser tag. The game session lasted 9 minutes and it was the highlight of my time there! Be prepared to break a sweat (or not).Pizza buffet and salad bar is included in your purchase but it is subpar..Worth it.

The buffet was gross. The go karts was super fun but ccouldnt find anybody to give us the putters and balls for mini golf. When i went to go pick out a prize the girl behind the counter was rude to me and my kids.

Lots of food, great selection of arcade games, laser tag is always fun, and they are extremely accommodating for parties and other large groups. Customer service (specifically the admin) is fantastic.

Great place to let the kids go eat and play. Pizza was edible but we were there for a birthday and some games.

My family is here in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and we were looking for something to do with our family of 12. It was a choice out of playtime pizza or Altitude and we chose Playtime pizza, but could not tell if the Groupon deal was better or the blackfriday deal was better so I called and spoke to Brittany and she was wonderful with helping us choose the best option for our family, I must have called her 4 times and each time she was just as pleasant as the first. Thank you for helping us make this a great time!!

Playtime is a fun afternoon for the kids! Our kids enjoyed go karts, bumper cars, laser tag and the arcade.

Not even that really! The food is cold and not that great! The staff is horrible! Its like they dont enjoy their jobs at all! No one asked if we needed anything, and we were literally the only people there! Sad really!

I went for Adult night and it was loads of fun, great game options, excellent customer service and great atmosphere.

Too crowded. Very long lines. Loud and chaotic. Many of the machines did not work or their card scanner is broken. Food sucks. Laser tag was a broken mess. Mini golf was uninspired, but was honestly the best part and the only time I legitimately had fun in that pit of influenza and EBT cards.

I can see how kids like this place...I just wasnt impressed with the food or most of the games. Parking is simple and easy, and I am sure for some people this could be a fun place.

I am 17 and love this place. When my best friend turned 18 whme took a group of us to playtime pizza and we all had a blast.

Wow what a nightmare, the building is nasty the food is really bland and the cook staff who get paid to cook food dont want to do their jobs. Ask for a specific type of pizza and we essentially were made fun of because we choose not to eat pork. Will never spend another dime in this establishment again.. Over priced what a rip off...

Several of my kids have attended birthday parties here and I have had NOTHING but bad experiences. I took my nine year old to a birthday party here and had to PAY to get in for myself. I wasnt eating, just supervising for a paid party. The birthday manager was a complete waste and ignored me while I pleaded. I paid, because my daughter wanted to attend, but it was extortion. Miniature golf was falling apart and unkept and the bowling lanes had broken components. I witnessed staff playing around and throwing towels at each other behind the buffet... yuck!My kids loved the go carts the few times weve been, but thats about it. Overpriced and dilapidated with a staff that cares more about THEM having fun then your kids. Recommended only for parents who enjoy third world sanitary standards, without taste and too much money to burn. Others need not bother...

A little dated, but younger kids would still have fun

Pizza cold, three cold, tough chicken nuggets and didnt put anymore out, spaghetti tasted like it was frozen a few years ago. Basically, the food is secondary. Its all about the kids, and I havent any. I was coerced into it by a coworker. He has lost his lunch picking privileges for a month. DONT GO FOR THE FOOD. He says the games are way to pricey too.

Its an okay place to go if you like wasting money on subpar food and arcade games. There is so much more productive and fun things that children can do rather than go to this place.

Games and attractions were awesome but staff was seemingly rude, didnt explain the services and packages thoroughly, good was ok and party rooms were good. Huge game floor but overall my only complaint would be the employees.

I spent around 50 bucks the food was horrible I lost my card I asked for another they told me to find the manager I finally got my card I played the go karts one time and I had to start it for my friends because there was noone there doing their job. I lost my 120 dollar headset and told them they did nothin about it. Such a horrible experience ill never go back your better off going to fastfood for abetter experience atleast they act to care! Id ask for a refund but I would be wasting my time. Do not waste your money like I did I learned from this horrible experience!!!! Im disgusted.

Horrible. Right as we walked in at 6pm on a Monday the lady at the register is rude, theyre was literally no pizza on the buffet and the fountain machine had no syrup. We had to ask the manager for our money back & walked out. Wish this place was like it use to be good people and great mangers. Now it looks as if its a run down place.
