Would give it 5 stars except maintenance level of the pond at Bear Pit is bad. Completely green with algae and smells horrible. Going over the bridge I almost gagged at the stench. Lima Parks and Rec Dept, you can do better.

I used to come to this park as a kid 40+ years ago. I recently visited Lima and brought my kids here to show them a piece of my childhood. They had a blast. It was good to see there was still a park here. The only knock I would give it was the tall weeds all around the pond.

It was nice. They need a restroom by the soccer fields for all the little ones.

The park I visited was very nice. It was very clean, also. There is access to fishing and walking trails. The shelter houses were nice and clean, including the tables in the shelter house.

Need to update date septic tanks, had to close restrooms cause couldnt handle the crowd going in on the 4th of July. Other then that its a great park.

Had a birthday party. The park is very nice with great trails and clean bathrooms... playground was nice.. lots of shade

Lima has many parks with different things to do for the whole family.

Ah how I love this place theres just one thing *DONT* LET THE KIDS IN THE FOUNTAIN SINK LOOKING THING kids pee in there a *LOT*

I paid for a permit yesterday national go skate boarding day and they didnt even bring us a porta potty or trash cans or cut grass they they would have all this done I kinda want my money back
