Everyone was super friendly and it was so much fun for my family. Stuff for all ages to enjoy. Only reason I gave only 4 stars is because I couldnt find a, when should I show up time, and there should be speakers on the outside cars(so we can still enjoy the Christmas music).

Excellent experience! The train ride was nice and the lunch was better than expected, but the ladies running it were top notch. Spectacular customer service, patient and accommodating with our special requests. Highly recommended. (The were two or three men working who mostly stood around using their phones....)

Lots of fun! Train cars are vintage with a very cool vibe. We took the brunch train. Good food, excellent drinks at the full bar! Staff was a blast to interact with during the ride, you can tell they enjoy their work. They also have an open air car to enjoy the scenery from. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience and for 2 hours of enjoyment and good company!!- good food good drinks. Cant wait to take the grandkids!!! My son is comming from San Diego with his family and they are all excited!!!

It was relaxing, fun and the food was really good. The hospitality was superb and Id do it again when time allows me to go.

Had a great time

Maybe our expectations were too high but I was disappointed with the dining car, the food for brunch, and the type of view. The dining car consisted of fold up tables and chairs, unironed table clothes, and dollar store fake candles. There was inadequate seating and it was awkward having to ask and be asked for chairs. The food was bland and no juice unless you wanted a bloody Mary, which looked good. Not that the operators can control what people put in their yards but the view from the train itself was almost the same as driving down Hwy 99. The staff were friendly and accommodating and appreciate them. Like I said maybe I had the wrong expectations but it does seem like a lot of money for what we got.

Have gone on Candy Express and the Halloween event ride...myself and the grandchildren loved it. Recommended to many friends.

Really cool experience. The people running everything are very friendly- we are extremely grateful for the hospitality and good time they showed Grandma. People honking and waving as the train goes by makes passengers feel like celebrities!

Had such fun on the Halloween train!

It was nice .food served wasnt that good.had to suck on the exhaust fumes a few times.nice for older folks an younger kids..but once is enough.workers were nice.office only opens about 10 mins. Before the ride.no bath rooms out side.

Absolutely ridiculous, poor service terrible cold food and not enough of it. Bad planning couldnt see anything out side the train. We had to stop and eat on our way home.

We rode in the locomotive on the way there.on the way back we returned to the rest of the cars the food was cold and there was hardly any left. It really wasnt worth the price they charged it was basically a tortilla with scramblec eggs and some toppings. The bathrooms were porta potties. It looks like a line lets run down and needs money put into it but its not happening. I also wonder what happened to the music and games.

You know I live there on 4th Street, your train sits there and block Sherman Street and Grant Street. I cant go anywhere unless I take 5th Street its always the wrong way just as bad if I try to come home.
