This would’ve been a cool starter course, especially for children, however the 3 teenagers that were working had ZERO energy, care, or enthusiasm, which I feel is important for an adrenaline rush experience such as this. Hopefully there are other, more energetic employees working this because it can definitely make or break the entire experience for customers. The float trip we went on the same day was excellent, as well as all other employees we encountered!

The girls here are GREAT! Knowledgeable & very respectful & a good time. Could stand to have about 2 more zips though for the price. Thanks.

Nro ziplines was a great idea for a fun time!! Our guides were terrific and helpful! Id recommend nro to anyone

Staff were very friendly. First time for 3 out of the 4 of us. My daughter had a slight meltdown and was going to bail on the experience but staff convinced her to stick with it. She ended up having a great time on the rest of the course.

The place might be great but we went and there was no guide, so we couldnt do zip lining. 3 stars because staff apologized a lot, they were very sad that they did the have the guide.

Dirty, bad camping sites, and not well staffed. No wifi, no other type of comfort. Very disappointing, t say the least!

We paid over the phone and were told to be there by 1. We showed up at 1245 and they told us that it was too late to go and they wouldnt take us. On the upside, they have plenty of rafts and kayaks to support customers, if they ever let them float.
