One of my best friends live here and I’ve enjoyed visiting. They have a club house, where residents can have events, birthday parties, baby showers and more. They have a pool and playground. As I have come to visit, the things I’ve noticed are the friendly neighbors, the beautiful homes, the management are so kind and helpful. I just had to give Rolling Hills a review because the mobile home park I lived in was not clean, there were no amenities and the management was awful!

I don’t live here but it sees really peaceful place.

I have worked with Rachel and the Management team at Rolling Hills for years. In my experience they are friendly, easy to work with and very committed to taking care of their community and its residents. The grounds are well kept and maintained and the office/maintenance staff are always ready and willing to help out.

The best place for a home in Layton. A park that truly cares for its tenants. A clean and peaceful atmosphere. Deserving of 5 stars plus. We highly recommend living here.

I have worked with the management of Rolling Hills Estates for many years. One of their top priorities has always been to keep the park well maintained and looking good. I believe the homes in the community have held their value in part because the management have worked to make Rolling Hills a place people want to live.

I think the Park itself is clean and well maintained. What I think about most of the mobile home parks here is that the lot rent is crazy high. Just what does the lot rent includeAre any utilities includedWho takes care of the lawns

There were many nice mobile homes. Everyone seemed friendly and pleasant.

Did they kick Debbie to the curb yet? If so, when? Seemed like they treated owners with older homes like dirt no matter how well they kept their homes and lots. Very clickey. If you dont have a newer home, you will be treated like dirt sadly.

Great place to live and people are friendly.They also just built a play structure right next to the leasing office that we definitely will be using!I do think something needs to be done about cars idling. I dont want to wake up to hear a cars engine for an hour (or even three).

Office and management here are wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Park is maintained very and always very clean. New playground is a plus, and in the summer the swimming pool is super clean and nice.

Id say this place is pretty legit. I only came by to see a friend, had some fun and left my truck. I had multiple values in the back of my truck bed that remained there to my shock and awe the next day. Honest people here.

Nice place for long term RV stay...

This is one of the nicest well kept trailer parks I have ever seen. They pride themselves on having a safe clean community. Most trailer parks are a dumpy mess. Pool is clean and well kept. They have a club house that is a great space you can rent for big family get togethers. It has a nice fun park for kids. It is right outside the South gate of HAFB so it can be a little loud sometimes but you get used to it. Rachel the manager was always very friendly, helpful and punctual when I needed assistance. My only negatives about this place (4 stars instead of 5)is that the lot rent seems a little high and keeps going up. And some of the rules seem excessive. But all and all this is a very nice place to live.

Honestly this is such a lovely place to live! Its not an easy place to get into, which tells me that the community standards themselves are high. This tells me it is a much safer trailer park to live in than most people are used to. This is a great and safe place to live with a young family. I feel that those who are having a hard time with this community, are those who have a hard time following the rules (trash/junk in yards). Also, for comments about increased lot rent $25 a year, try living in an apartment where they raised it $100 a year. :-) This is a fantastic place to live!

Seems comfy enough but there are LOTS of uncomfortable speed bumps dips in the road.

Lived here for a long time before moving away. This is a very clean and well kept park. As for a few negative comments before me, when you sign a lease YOU AGREE to the park rules. If you do not follow them then you should expect consequences. Dont act like a naive child.Thank you, Rolling Hills for always being awesome and holding EVERYONE accountable!!

A beautiful, well loved mobile home park. Great ownership, Management, maintenance and tenants. An all around great place to live.

I hate this place, I feel like rules only apply to certain people. They are always on your case for any little thing. You feel like you being monitored 24/7. They want to make it a family business they only throw the towing company to who ever they want. Overall take your business somewhere else. Once you live here you get to see how racists they are in the DL.

Mom lives here its a nice place but the keep raising the property rent $25 every year

This place is right next to Hill Air Force Base. Youll get to see all of the aircraft fly right over your house every day.
