They dont notify to tow your vehicles and theyll do it in the middle of the night and charge you $248 and youll have to pick it all the way up from Ogden. So much for being forgiving during COVID times.

I was never there

My friend and her husband got towed in the middle of the night. That’s totally not cool. They should of had a warning before being towed. Not cool dang it. I wish the situation was taken care of differently.

Tows cars without any notice and charged 250 to get it out. Would have been nice if I would have at least gotten a notification saying that I could not park there before your Just tow someone car

Neighborhood is dope.Any written notices left on your door are always a bit sassy and passive-aggressive, but I find them amusing.In winter months they will tow cars parked on the street without so much as a warning knock on the door.

My daughter lives their. She is always getting grief from management. The trailer she lives in always has some issue with something. Hope she gets out soon.

Clean quiet and a lot of big shad trees to keep area cooled down. Play ground and grassy area for kids.

I absolutely adore living in Park Village. Julia is a wonderful manager with so much goodness and love in her heart. She has helped my family through all of our ups and downs and I know that there is no way I could ever thank her for all she has done. Any problems I have ever had with my home have always been taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible and I have full faith and trust in the maintenance crew whenever they are in my home. Thank you so much Park Village for giving me a wonderful home and amazing memories to go with it!

Come March, my family and I will have lived in Park Village for 15 years. We have had so much turbulence and beauty in our lives during our time here and without Julia, none of it would have been possible. Had it been any other manager I have no doubt in my mind that we would have been out on the streets. With Julia, she has given us more than we could ever repay her for. This home is our home because of her amazing management and compassion. Even the maintenance crew treats our home with respect and love every time they come to work on anything. Through every change, up & down, every destroy and rebuild in our lives, Julia Barlow has been the angel who has made it all possible. Thank you for everything you have done Julia and we look forward to being here for many more years to come!

A fairly large and quiet mobile home park.

Great place to live. Been here for about 7 months now but so far its quiet no one bothers you and the office works with you if youre facing a little financial trouble. You can rent mowers to keep your lawn nice and such. And when you need something fixed theyll fix it or you can and tell take how much it cost you off your rent. Very pet friendly. Only dog not allowed is pitbulls but only pure bred. Any other dog is allowed. Rent is cheap compaired to apartments the same size. Can be hard to get into because people dont want to leave. Which is a good thing to me.

The management is a lil judgy amd picks on people but there isnt any druggies amd people are usually really nice.

I love living here is is very quite, the neighbors are relly nice, the first day we moved in peiple were introducing thier selves. I just wish the office was opsn a little longer. I get off from work late and they are closed. I cant talk to them when i need to.

The way they treat veterans is abhorrent. Very surprising due to the fact that the manager is married to a vet, I would hope he would be ashamed if he knew how she treated veterans.

Was an okay place to live for a little while until they outright lied to me and evicted me for no good reason other than having someone else move in and charge them more money greedy... Julie that works in the office and her posse are cold unfeeling people...

The worst place you can rent from, they make thousands off of you and charge you for every little fee and when you move out they lie and take your deposit, and the management there which is the main one named Julie is a horrible person you piss her off and she tries to give you an a termination of a rental agreement...

I applied for a rental back in Sept of this year they told me to fill out and app and I paid the 160.00 dollars for me and my wife and two sons then when I was approved they told me they had no place to rent took my money and now I am living in my truck my wife just had a heart attack guess I am out of luck
