I am a high school basketball coach and have been working with Prime Time Sports the whole time I have been at the high school. They are absolutely the best. We have gotten all our gear from them. That includes jerseys, practice gear, t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, everything you can think of. I have been working with Joe, and he handles everything very quickly and easily. They are the best possible company to work with for any sports team.

I have worked with sales rep, Mike for the past five years and he is great! I place about 3-4 orders a year and he is awesome about scheduling times to come in and show me product and he has a great eye for design/color combos. The order does take about 2-3 weeks for t-shirts and up to a month for everything else so that is the only thing that is a pain because they dont stock any items. But the quality of the products is very good, if they ever make a mistake they fix it quick, and I like having the personal relationship with my sales rep who I feel like I can contact anytime I need anything. Overall, I would definitely recommend PTS!

I have been working with Primetime, specifically Mike L., for close to 10 years for 2 varsity sports. Mike is awesome to work with in both designing gear and setting up an online store. He is very responsive when I have a question and goes out of his way to make the experience a good one. If there is ever a mistake, he is quick to fix it.

I used PTS to order workout gear for my daughters hockey team. The process was done completely online and via email and was executed flawlessly. The embroidery & screen printing were exactly as rendered by their design team and the prices for the goods was unbeatable. Im located out of state so my only complaint is the cost of shipping... otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars from me!

The first time I ordered a lax sweatshirt. It didnt come until the lax season was over! This year I ordered a $20 hat- and the shipping (from Mass to RI) came up as $13.31. When I remarked that if the shipping charge couldnt be adjusted then to cancel the order,- they actually cancelled the order. Greeeeat customer service. Not.
