Great tee pads and signage. Every hole had a bench and the grass is maintained well.

This is the best place in Lawrence to golf. Work has been done to update the holes and help you navigate the complex path from hole to hole. With current restrictions, dont play with more than 4 people.

This is a nice course with a variety of holes that will challenge any level of player.

The course is put together and kept well, and they do an excellent job changing the hole locations.

Fantastic facility. Usually very well kept. Moderately attended, so its not hard to find someone to play with if you wish. Good variety in the holes. Parking in two spots. Multiple restrooms. As perfect a course as I could expect.Edit: Ive been disc golfing for half a decade now, and even with the proximity of Emporia and its glass blown open, this is by far my favorite course in Kansas.

Beautiful and challenging course. 18 holes. The change the position of the holes every month or so to keep things fresh. Always have a good time.

Great discs golf course

Semi- difficult with somewhat challenging holes. But if any of yall are looking to have a great time by yourself or would rather play in group you wont be disappointed!

This is my favorite local disc golf course and the recent improvements like wood benches at every tee have only made it better! It is a great course laid out over several hills surrounding a creek that runs through the park. And the Lawrence Parks & Rec crew do a great job keeping it mowed & well maintained.

Challenging and long 18-hole disc golf course. You will need to throw different types of drives and use a variety of discs. The course gets pretty good foot traffic and is fairly easy to navigate. I have played this course 3 times and it takes a good chunk of time to get through the whole course. There are a couple holes where you can just rip it and still come up short of the pin. Very fun course.

Nice little course you can tell the local club really put in some work. Lots of elevation changes. Some water hazards and a well balanced mix of long and short. Hole 18 is awesome as well as 13 hidden behind the shelter house. All and all its a great little place to spend your afternoon.

Nice clean, well maintained park with a recently updated disc golf course, skate park, a small payground and two shelters there is something for people of all ages. Also conveniently located next to Beimers BBQ, just in case you need something to drink or good food.

Has its quirks but is centrally located and has brand new baskets. This is definitely the best course in Lawrence; couldnt tell you how many times Ive played it.

Good place to throw discs in town. Green and baskets have been improved and the course set up changes from time to time. Excellent place to waste a few hours if you like to get out and throw!

Im a disc golf noob, but I really like this park! Its wide and expansive. And there is minimal water to lose discs in. At least this time of year. There may be more in the spring. There are 18 holes so its plenty for an afternoon game. Other park goers have been friendly. Theres also a playground and new observation deck, and also a skate park. Really fun park.

Variety of uphill and downhill shots. Basic tee pads and baskets. However a lot of litter especially off of Iowa Street. The park needs to be kept more clean

Beautiful and fun course. Kind of tricky to navigate if not familiar but usually there are plenty of helpful folks around to ask or follow.

Frolfed here close to a dozen times. Well kept park. Grass is mowed regularly so rough is pretty forgiving except for the creeks. Lots of places where your disc can shoot into a creek so keep an eye out. Hilly. Some fun downhill shots. Can be busy at times. Tee pad paint is faded to unreadable on some holes. They do have little white indicators pointing to the next tee pad by each basket. The numbers on top of each basket are too small to read from the tee pad. They change the basket locations every few weeks I think which can make a 3 seem like a 4 or vice versa.

I had a difficult time finding the holes and a map even. There is little tree cover so bring water in Kansas hot humid summer heat.

They just recently installed new disc golf posts! And mulberries are ripe for the picking!

Its a cool park, good for an in town hike. Can be crowded on nice days.

Well maintained disc golf course and its really close to I70 if your coming from Topeka or KC. The baskets have raised dirt around them so when its raining you dont have mud puddles to dodge.

Fun and pretty clean, tons of shade throughout the course.

My favorite course outside of KC. Worth a try.
