Such a wonderful place to go if you have a dog. They have the parks split up between small dogs and big dogs and everybody seems to be really nice and get along. Its always nice and clean and taken care of by the parks and rec crews

Love this dog park. The people there are super friendly and usually the dogs are behaved. Actually have grass there for your dog to run on. I however do you want to warn you about one. Theres an African-American couple that will show up at night with guns on the hips and 5 husky dogs. There are extremely confrontational. They constantly get arguments with people and the man is particularly brazen because he carries a gun on his hip. He allegedly has threatened to shoot other peoples dog. I was there tonight and the police had to on them. if you do see them there it is best that you avoid them.

Great dog park!! there is a small dog and big dog area which is a huge plus! (we have a small dog) lots of dog bowls full of water and lots of water fountains in general! very clean no smell of dog poop or pee like other parks we have been too.. the people and dogs have been super friendly everytime we have visited!

Really nice place for dogs. Respectful owners who clean up after. Plenty of doggie bags and water. People dont wear masks and often walk their politics instead of walking their dogs.

Its an okay park. If maintenance did a better job with cleaning up it would be nicer, also if people actually picked up their dogs waste when at the park it would make it less harder on the maintenance.Pictured here is my 6 years old boxer/border collie pup, his name is Chief dont be shy to give us a woof if you see us, and dont forget to pick up your pet poo, because its the law (plus its lazy if you dont).

Its huge! Seating areas arent too well lit and theres only one fountain per area, so bring your own bowl and water jug. But the people and dogs are awesome and welcoming.

My dogs had a good time until a particular was determined to ride them. They kept letting the dog know to leave them be but it wasnt effective enough. The dogs owner was around there somewhere but I never heard or saw anyone correct the dog except other dog owners and myself. This does happen once in a while. I still continue to go but I pick different days and times to hopefully avoid running into these particular dogs & owners again. I would say that at least 90% of owners keep watch on their dogs and quickly correct problems. I really do love this park.

Great dog park near a regular park! I have been to about 5 different dog parks in Vegas and this one is the favorite!

Really big, nice area for dogs to run without a leash. There’s trees and covered benches to sit on.Perfect for playing catch, frisbee, and fetch because the run is a long one. There’s just one water fountain in the entrance.

Scott is at this park with his golden everyday for 3 hours.....very focussed and friendly....

After living in Vegas for three miserable years, and trying every dog park within a 40 mile radius, I am so happy to say I found this park! There’s nothing fancy about it. Doesn’t offer you anything that any normal park wouldn’t. However I find it incredible enough that I drive 35 minutes one way every Saturday and Sunday morning just so that I could take my dogs here. Why? Because it’s out in the middle of nowhere, so, God for bid, some idiot leaves the gate open, (like they do every single time I’m at sunset in Henderson) your dog can’t really go anywhere that you couldn’t see him. It’s all wide-open spaces. No chance of being hit by a car either.The dog park itself has a fantastic impenetrable fence all the way around, not to mention the people who bring their dogs there are generally older and know how to shut the gate behind them. That being said, I haven’t had to cuss anybody out over there yet.Its clean and the views are spectacular. I think it’s just as much fun for me as it is for my dogs.

Barkin Basin Park is a really nice dog park, park in general. It’s a pretty big park and there’s always people and the dog park is roomy and nice as well. I really enjoy the nature, the walking, the community. It’s beautiful! I recommend it for sure!

Good park to bring dogs of all sizes. They have sectioned off parks according to size and weight. Lots of nice people thre as well. They have a skateboard park as well which is nice. The main basin is 1.25 miles around with a smaller track .47 miles made of softer material. It has a 2 tennis courts as well. The playground for kids is just ok. They have 3 of them, small with limited seating for parents to sit and watch their kids play. Across the street, Gowan is a nice, but smaller park too. Its above the soccer fields. Both parks have plenty of green space to put down a blanket and enjoy the area.

Love this dog park. Nice & large, good group of regulars with well behaved dogs, for the most part. Some puddles after a big rain, which is fun for the dogs!

Nice large dog park. Gives a dog a good chance to really run in a safe environment. My puppy loves it there. Also, the regular people and dogs that are there are friendly and super nice. My puppy loves it so much he throws a pitty party when we leave.

This place is huge with a ton of room to play fetch, the small dogs have a huge space too. I wish the parking was a little closer and there was more green grass but it’s Vegas. My dogs love the room most of all.

A beautiful park! There are three large parks for dogs of varying size and the area is well lit at night. My dog and I both had a wonderful time and Id highly recommend it.

Great size dog parks. Good flat, even turf. My boxer could really pick up some speed. Lighting is barely adequate. The back quarter of the park is completely dark. There only seems to be one fountain and one entrance per park.

Love this park for the dogs area. Lots of space and always clean. Beautiful trees and picnic areas small but very nice.

Went there for the first time today and Im pretty impressed at the place. My pup had a blast chasing all the birds. Will definitely go back for more fun with the pup.

Love this park.It’s about a 15 minute drive from me but well worth it.My dogs love it here, very spacious and usually clean. Love the long runs,and we can also get our walk in lol (exercise ), and dog sizes are divided.Been going there for a few years and still go 2, 3 times a week :)Highly recommend this park for the fur babies.

Very nice area lots of room to run the only problem is it is a bit of a walk from any of the parking lots and although its not a long walk Walking is difficult for me so it presents a little bit of a challenge

REALLY big dog park!Its down in the wash basin, behind the people park/walking path.Its separated into small/elderly dogs, and medium/large dogs. Both yards are huge, with benches and shade areas.Overall, the humans do a good job of picking up after their dogs so its clean.I just wish there was a larger parking lot for the dog park section.

Very well kept and secure. Lots of room to run and plenty of places to sit in the shade. Normally a few dogs here and most of the people are very nice

I love this park! Its one of the best dog parks with a huge field for the dogs to have their fun! The only down side is that every once in a while youll get a really terribly dog owner who doesnt clean up after their dog. Other than that, its a great place for your dog to exercise.

Very clean and well kept. Lots of space for the dogs to run. Each encloser is about the size of 3 football fields if not bigger.

This is a great park, but the other day I experience a very bad person, if you dont want your dog with other dogs dont bring them here. Dogs Hump other dogs thats their nature. Plus make sure you dont put your hands on other peoples dog and shove them, that is their babys. What a foul mouth person, you could tell she was brought up wrong, its maybe just thats her nature. The park is a great park its just some people with no manners.

The dog park was very nice...the areas for the dogs are designated by the size of the dog. We were in the small dog area, and there were several dogs in that area that were over the 25 pound limit. Several dogs went poo and the owners did not clean up behind them.

Most dogs are friendly, not much to worry about !

Huge fenced in parks for dogs. 3 about the size of a football field each. Shaded seating and lots of good people. If you here a dog barking a lot, trying to get other dogs to play come and say hi to our Toby.

First time wasnt a bad experience. Our regular dog park at Woofertin is now closed a we were looking for a new place. we will have to try it again a couple of times to see what the crowd is really like. we went pretty early around 7:30 not our usual time we usually go around 9 so we will see.

Had such a great time I lost an earring lol very clean very cool place for dogs. Water and doggy bags are readily accessible too!

Once you get into the dog areas its great. The problem is the large and small dogs both have to enter along the same path. And that would be ok but there are irresponsible dog owners that dont leash their pets, so problems waiting to happen. Im finding another dog park with a better design.

I absolutely enjoy this dog park. The people who bring their dogs here are usually great and they are attentive to their dogs.The grounds are pretty well kept although once and a while you may find a standard pile that needs picking up.I like that they have more than one place so the little dogs can have their own run and not get mixed in with larger dogs.They have plenty of places to get bags if you forget yours and the are plenty of places to get you and your pup water.Parking is funky because the main lot has one entrance and exit that only go one way. If you miss it youre going to need to do some creative driving to get back.In all, this is a fantastic place to bring your friendly dogs.Please be sure your shots are up too date.

I took Chico, my Rover clients little Reindeer Chihuahua. He loved it! Its nice because it has a paved ramp that wraps around the stairs in case you or your pet have difficulty with stairs. Chico, is spoiled, he wants to be carried and hes so cute I honestly cant say that I mind!

Great dog park! Clean, offers shade in group sitting area. Has a small and big dog area. The regulars are awesome folks. Love it! I noticed there is also a running trail that goes all the way outside the park and around. If you and your dog are up to it, looks like a nice run....just dont go at night as there have been some problems in the running trail (late, late at night after the dog park closed).

Theres never any water and the grounds arent really kept so much anymore so we stopped going. My dogs loved it but now theres hardly ever anyone there to play with. My dogs are vaccinated but it hasnt prevented them from catching a n illness from going there so that is another reason I stopped taking them.

Great dog park. Two sides for small and large dogs to separate, water available, green grass and park is kept clean. Park has several trees available and sits lower in the ground so its usually cooler.

My one year old adopted terrier has a tremendous amount of energy and loves coming here to work off her tremendous energy. She loves playing with the other dogs and gets very excited coming here. The happy and joyful look on her face from coming here is priceless. And I get a couple of hours of rest after I take her here.

Love the park but my 8lb Shih tzu can fit right through the fence and goes into where the big dogs are bc he has a friend who is a big dog he think he can ply w the big dogs! The individual gated areas for each size dog are rather large! It took what it seamed to be forever for me to run to the other side and get him by the time I made it he was standing there as tall as he could make himself w his big freaked out eyes w big dogs crowded all around looking down at him! If my dog can make it through that fence mAny should be able to! Nice park otherwise but bc if this flaw I can’t continue to go

The dog runs are big, so that is nice for the dogs that have lots of energy. There are lots of benches and shade for owners to sit. The only problem is that makes it easy for people to not pay attention to their dogs, which can lead to several problems, the least of which is the excessive among of poop that is not picked up.

Its a 45 drive for me to get there but its so worth it. Its a huge park and the babies love them .

Theres a guy that comes once a week and rewards his dog for attacking other dogs and people. I am he only one that stands up to him. If only one person stands up to him it makes no difference.NO ONE CARES IF YOU OR YOUR DOG IS ATTACKED. NO ONE HELPS!Forget all you losers! I tried to stand up for all of you and you just stood by as the great pyranese attacked my dog, then me when I went to defend him. You just stood by and did nothing. I went to report it to the police, and when I asked for witnesses, everyone left. I have never hated a place more.

Super large and wide open and fenced in area that is great for Frisbee play. More than enough room to run your dogs about without being a bother to others. Some sand pits for the diggers, water fountains for when the pups are thirsty and bags for number twos.One of my favorite dog parks.

Very large dog runs. There are three areas. Two large dog and one small dogs. Always ever clean and well maintained. My pooch loves it so much she always gets excited when I tell her Dog Park? A must visit....

My Staffordshire Terrier is an energetic nonconfrontational dog and got along with the other dogs and people. You can sit in the shade under constructed comfortable areas, trees provide shade and theres a big bowl next to a dual water fountain for your pup. 3 areas as long and wide as a football field. The 3rd area has the best view of the mountains and greenery. Absolutely loved it!
