Came to see Lady GaGa! It was fantastic. So good that we bought tickets to Jazz & Piano Engagement. She is such a talented singer and artist. Check it out!!

WOW, what a show Aerosmith put on last night!! That was the best concert Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot. They sound amazing and I felt like a teenager again!! So much passion and energy! Loved the Park Theater too! Not a bad seat in the place and the staff was so friendly.

Wow. What a great venue! We saw Lady Gaga here and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. So much fun and the sound was great.Getting through security was fast and very organized.Cleanest restrooms I’ve ever used at a concert. After the show started the bar tending service got VERY slow and down to just one bartender. Get your drinks early.If in Vegas again, we would love to come to another show here.

Came to see the Lady GaGa Enigma Show!We got stage tickets and so when we had to go in at 7pm the park theater staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process!I loved that before the concert the Park MGM had a picture booth area where you can take a picture and save it for a memory! My husband and I now have a whimsical photograph!It was definitely an amazing experience!!It was cool big unique theater inside.I loved that the theater really clean and super nice.It’s amazing, all the special effects that this theater is capable of doing and is currently doing!I see why it’s the perfect place for Lady GaGas concert!I loved the amazing flames lighting displays that defiantly added to the experience!I thought it was really nice that they had a photo place as you go in to the concert so that after you have a cute memory!I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to please go see the lady Gaga enigma show!

Nice theater with a good view for every seat. I wondered how there were so many seats when I read about the theater online but then I sat in the tiny seats and realized how it was possible. Enjoyed the show but much prefer the Colosseum at Caesar’s.

Only one significant complaint about the place. The seats are WAY too small/tight in section 402! So much so that we didn’t feel comfortable with the idea of standing up to cheer on the band. However, the viewing angle was perfect. We could clearly see everything from our seats. Aerosmith put on a great show. Could have done without Viva Las Vegas. Their classic hit songs and a surprise Led Zeppelin cover were GREAT!

Great place to see a show. Seats are comfortable with a great view. Restrooms are really clean with no wait. Most impressive is no wait at the bar! The only downside is of course the Vegas process for drinks, but thats too be expected.

Saw Lady Gaga here. Awesome venue. Very clean and organized, even when packed with tons of people. The seats were comfy and the theater is huge!

Nice venue! Went to see Bruno Mars and the show itself was amazing. Our seats were literally the last row and we could still see! Doesnt look like there is any bad seats in regards to the view. Be warned though, the seats in our section - 404- were super tight and NOT big hip friendly. So getting up out of my seat to dance needed some ~maneuvering~. Also, if you plan to drink anything make sure you have lots of cash!

Came to see LADY GAGA: Enigma! What a show!

This was our first visit to this specific venue to see the Janet Jackson concert called Metamorphosis. Upon our arrival to the resort, we had to go through metal detector screening of our persons and items. We were quickly moved through this area and into the seating areas. We purchased seats in the 202 section, H and J. The theater itself was a very well set up and clean. it was interesting to me that I was able to set some things on the floor and not have to worry that I was setting it into somebody elses mess left behind on the floor. Yes it was clean. Just as I thought, Wow, theres no mess in this area, I saw a patron sitting in front of me spill his drink onto the seat to his left. All of the personnel encountered in this entire theater were professional, well dressed, and capable. The bathrooms were also well kept in appearance and clean and without a smell.

Saw Cher at the Park Theater in May of this year. The show was fantastic. The theater was very nice. Seats were comfortable, venue was clean, easy to navigate. Drink prices were very reasonable considering its an entertainment venue. The only confusing part was how to access the theater from the strip. There were some construction barriers up, and so the actual entrance wasnt clear. We ended up walking along the road to the entrance and kind of going in the back way to the casino, and then the theater. I imagine it will be easier to find the entrance once construction is finished. Otherwise, great venue!

Beautiful theater. We were lucky to see Queen + Adam Lambert there. The hotel itself still under construction, but it definitely looks like it’s going to be a really good venue + hotel. Next time we’re in Vegas we will definitely stay there

Awesome concert setting. Would of gave 5 stars if drinks didnt cost more than a down payment for a new car. Saw Aerosmith. Seating, sound, lighting, cleanliness was perfect. Even security and ushers were awesome. Would advise you catch any event there.

Not thats a good time in a great city! The sound and light show in the theater was top notch and how could you go wrong with bad boys from Boston!

Seen several shows there and ranged from the upper level to front row. Always a great seat no matter the act. The seats are comfortable, getting in and out are both relatively easy.

Easy to get to and close to many restaurants. Seating is extraordinary! A great view of stage from 300 section. Large video screen on either side make you feel like you are front row! Sound system is balanced and no echo. Huge, but feels intimate.

Saw bruno Mars here. Great theater! Not a bad seat in the house. Very convenient and great sound compared to the arena concerts at tmobile arena and others. Gives it a better experience overall.

The Park Theater was beautiful and Cher was fantastic. Alexander from NJ in Security made our night. He gets 5 stars... Parking and very long bathroom lines made this a 4 ....In 1 year with Millions in Renovations coming it will be spectacular! I will be back then.....

I attended the Lady Gaga concert and it was just awesome!! I was in the general admission standing only section. Which for me was just awesome cause you are feet away from her and pics are just great.I would prefer this section than the seating ones. Youll be standing up anyways. I do recommend arriving before 5pm thats when they begin to let people form in line. Be prepared to stand a few hours until they start allowing people to go into the theater. The line starts to move around 7pm. You are allowed to drink while in the line and go to the RR as long as your back before 7. Everyone heads towards the middle front but the side section is just as great!

Spectacular venue to see a show. Sound was great and the overall experience was amazing even in the top balcony. Stayed at MGM and walk was about 5-8 minutes.

Walking distance from strip, doors opened early, souvenir lines long but they had lines roped off and much more organized than other venues so it moved quickly, drinks were good and seating tight but good views.

Saw Cher here and the concert was amazing. The building was very nice and the atmosphere was good. Wish the concert was a bit longer but she was fantastic.

This is the first time I was at the park theater in Las Vegas Nevada. It is a really nice theater with lots of good seats. I enjoyed the concert very much the people that work there are very nice. The only downfall is the price of drinks but that’s everywhere I guess. Overall I would highly recommend it to anyone

I recently visited the theater. I believe it’s new. The staff were awesome. There’s a couple of floors, so you can use the elevator or escalators. The decor is nice. I believe the concert views should be awesome from the inside. They have a balcony, so you can see some nice Vegas views. If you’re hungry there’s concessions and a bar as well.

I could cry. I just saw Bradley Cooper perform “Shallow” with Lady Gaga. The show was amazing! Worth every penny. Also, the theater itself is nice. Not a bad seat in it and I found the logistical operations to be extremely efficient. Would definitively come back.

The Park HOTEL RESORT and Casino is the most complete entertainment destination in LAS VEGAS. PERIOD. Enough said. Just do it.

Went to see Bruno Mars opening night in Vegas. Fantastic Theatre! They locked up our phones per Brunos request, so no photos during the concert. This photo was taken at Merchants table after phones were unlocked.

Saw Aerosmith 2/8/2020. CANNOT recommend a better show or venue. Lights and sound were ON POINT. We were center balcony so we saw everything. Will definitely see shows here when Im in town!

I was here on 2nd November for Enigma by Gaga and it was unforgettable!!! Fans have to queue inside a Slot Machine after 5PM (security will tell you to leave and come back later) are but if you are younger than 21, then you can’t stay there so you gotta be there at 5pm. It’s really nice and there’s a lot inside like Starbucks, ATMs, Gaga’s shop and so on

The park theater is an amazing place to see a show!!! The stage production is incredible, you truly get your money’s worth. It’s located close to the interstate so it’s easy to get in and out. On game days (hockey) the area in front of tmobile and park transforms into party central. Definitely a great addition to the strip.

Amazing venue and sound system! Very clean and friendly staff. We saw Aerosmith here and were blown away. Cannot wait to see another show in this venue!

We were so excited about this concert and venue. My husband has had back surgery so he is not able to sit for long periods of time. I purposefully purchased tickets second from the back row knowing most would sit in this section. As son as the show started there were only two people in our entire section standing and they were right in front of me and my husband. I nicely asked them to sit and the response was a beer thrown at us. People around us were calling security and asking them to sit, but they refused. Park Theater did nothing. $500 later here is my view the entire concert. Aerosmith only plays about 5 songs that you will know and the rest of the concert is spent highlighting band members on their instruments and a lot of banter from Steven Tyler. I love Aerosmith and have seen them 3 times previous, but would not go to this show again. Disappointed on so many levels.

Saw Queen + Adam Lambert here. They were beyond amazing, and every seat has a great view.

Went for 311Day2018 and originally I was salty cause I was stuck in the last possible seat in the corner...figured I’d be trying to find a way to the GA area...how pleasantly surprised I was when I had a great view of the entire venue. Sound and visuals are magnificent.I was so pleased with those seats, I’ve enjoyed that section for TWO more events and I can’t wait for 3 days of 311 in 2020!!!! See ya in 401!

Nice new theater. The venue worked perfectly for our concert. The downside is you have to walk all the way through the casino which is under construction. If you get there late A line will form all the way through. For our show the only let general admission into the front

Enjoyed the show BUT...dont get the seats directly behind the couch seating. They keep a row of seats between the regylar seats and the booths and place a fencing behind the seat backs of the row in front of you, effectively giving you less footroom than an airplane. It was the MOST uncomfortable venue I have ever attended. People couldnt even walk sideways to pass to their seat. The whole row had to get up and walk into the isle.

The Park Theater is an awesome place to see a concert. I always sit up in the top section since ticket prices are normally so high. I really dont think there is a bad seat. Seats are comfortable, getting in and out of the venue is simple. Really a great place to catch a concert or show.

Great place, but GET THERE EARLY! They check everyones bags and screen like in an airport, so it takes a while to get in. The sound is great, the restrooms are immaculate, the bars are not that expensive. The only downside is the seats are quite narrow and the drinks holders are not very deep, so lots of spilled drinks by knocking with elbows etc. Larger sized people may be uncomfortable. Park Theatre is opposite the MGM Grand and a 15 min walk down the strip from Paris. An easy pleasant walk in the eve and its the middle of August :-) Will definitely come here again.

Great venue, even though we had the high seats it didn’t feel like we missed out. The seats are pretty small though so be wear! I’m still mad about the $25 parking fee!

This was a good experience. I saw Janet Jacksons show. It was great venue to see a show and stay at the hotel. Nice seats and good crowd. Some of the staff really went the extra mile to be accommodating. they had drink at the bar range $18 -$25

First time seeing a major concert here, Queen. Excellent seating, no bad seat in the house! Comfy chairs for us on the other side of sixty lol!

Beautiful place. Wasnt sure I was driving to the right location, but it worked out anyway. Once you are in the parking garage 2nd floor, their are plenty signs. Just go as if you are going to the casino and youll find your way.

We saw Cher, and it was GREAT!Loved the ease of in and out of the theater.. the parking is not that easy, but the theater inside is. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.I would see other shows here for sure!

This was excellent. Even from the nose bleed seats it wasnt bad. My only issue was it was extremely loud. My mom (69) and my aunt (71) didnt enjoy themselves. Even with ear plugs too loud. We left show before it ended.

What. A. Venue! Ive seen two shows here now (Cher in 2018, and Janet Jackson in 2019) and its become my favorite venue. The staff is absolutely incredible and there truly isnt a bad seat in the house. Ive sat stage left for both shows, but I would suggest finding center seats to get the full glimpse of the show. I cant recommend this venue enough.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a venue. While I understand that these times we are in our completely out of the companies hands and I greatly appriciate the fact that they are taking the publics safety as top priority and cancelling events and giving refunds but I also expect that when I am told I will recieve a refund with in 7 days from the venue that when I contact them over a week later I am not t hgt end told that ticket master is working on the refund that now could be up to 30 days. My biggest concern is that I have still not been notified by ticket master in Anyway that i would be receiving any sort of refund at all. So most business have completely shut down for who knows how long.this wouldnt be that big of a deal hut I spent over $1000 on the event younger one of there vip tables. This is not something I do on a regular basis. This was a spec iui al.gift tonmyself and a friend. So now do I wait until business goes back to usually for my refund...

This was our second trip to the Venue. We saw Aerosmith in April. We came back to see them again. In our April trip, we had two of the best if not the two best seats in the house . We were on the stage right at the rail. We have MANY pictures of us less than a foot from band members including Steven Tyler. When we bought the tickets this time, we had the same seats but on the opposite side of the stage. We get to the venue and proceed to buy about $2,000 worth of merch, most of which went to a jeans jacket for my wife. We went inside excited to be there. That excitement didn’t last long. There were approximately 125 people with general admissions tickets STANDING in front of us. I could not believe it . We spent thousands of dollars for the tickets and now this. We met the people next to us. I think they had 8 people. They were in the exact same situation as we were . I was livid and spoke to a young lady who worked there. She told us that the seating had been changed. Now I was really angry. I spent thousands for the tickets and now I do not have what I was sold. This young lady got a manager . He tried to tell me the seating was always this way. I said BS and pulled up my April pics to show him. He was clearly wrong. He apologized and said he could not do anything that night . He took our info and says he will investigate and get back with us.All in, I probably have $8,000 into this concert. For them to change the seating is at minimum wrong and likely illegal. The phrase fraud comes to mind. For whatever it is worth, we bought the tickets the day they went on sale.Buyer beware.

Great venue. I think every seat would be good here. Aerosmith did not disappoint. They were amazing and very entertaining. We were on our feet all night. I do think theyre merchandise was a little over priced, but that has nothing to do with their concert. I would go to any show here, it really is a good venue.

This place was an amazing experience to see my favorite band. The theater is so beautiful and allowed for exquisite visuals and the sound was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Every seat is a great seat but the drinks are a bit expensive.

Spectacular theater. The balcony is quite high so I am not sure about those seats. But all of the tiered orchestra seats are great. Even the far side limited view seats that I had for Cher were very good.

I was there for a Buckingham/McVie concert. Very clean, updated theater. Roomy seats.Full bar in the lobby. If you buy a soft drink, they keep the bottle cap.Overall positive. I would definitely look for another show at this venue.

Huge place, loved the sound system when I was there, only thing that sucked was that we were not allowed to use our phones inside and they had them locked in a pouch which was fine! Enjoyed the show without my phoneso good call Bruno! That would make the crowd enjoy a concert but it’s Bruno I enjoy watching him every time I see him in concert with or without my phone......

Saw Lady Gagas Enigma (10/17/19) and had floor GA seats. Bob and Scott made this a memorable experience (aside from Lady Gagas performance). Bob kept coming to check on us to make sure we were happy with our spot, our view, the show etc. Towards the end of the show, Scott gave us a souvenir to take home. The venue itself is small and intimate which I really liked. The sound quality was amazing! The view from our floor seats was top notch! Overall, this is a great venue and the staff is one of the major reasons I decided to write a review. Their praises deserve to be sung.

Nice smaller venue for the visually entertaining GAGA Enigma show.Super DISAPPOINTED in the SOUND quality at the venue!!!!! Very distorted and unclear sound. No reason for vocals and music to be that distorted with technology avalible today. The only songs that were close to half decent sound were her two piano solos. Sound engineering for the show needs some serious help.

Worst concert venue ive ever attended. There were only 2 pop up bars with a limited selection in the venue. Opening performance abruptly cut out. There was a 30 minute period where there was no stage presence or music. There was vommit every where. It is the first venue ive been to that provided water.... Do urself a favor and hit ur favorite artists show somewhere else other than Vegas cause this venue is a joke.

Very nice venue...but...the mens restrooms are woefully inadequate. 3 urinals per bathroom aint makin it folks.

Saw Aerosmith here. They were amazing as usual. Lost track of how many times we have seen them. It amazes me how much energy they still emit to the audience. So glad we were able to see them. We were at the top and you could see them better than I thought we would.

Went to this theater to watch Cher. She is just incredible! It is my first time watching her and I am amazed on how she does the moves and her voice is still great after all those years. I will really treasure this moment seeing her perform live on stage.

Went to see Lady Gaga for her Enigma concert. Beautiful theater. Very quick getting in when the doors opened. Staff are friendly and helpful. Seats were a bit tight and no leg room at my front row seat. View was great. Id love to go to another concert there sometime.

We stayed at the Monte Carlo/Park MGM for 311 day 2018 and our stay was very pleasant. The Staff at the show was extremely friendly and they wished all the fans a happy 311 day. The show was two nights so we got to experience what the Park Theater has to offer two times and after both nights my impression was that the venue itself was amazing. The sound was absolutely great and thats coming from a music producer, the staging was the perfect accent to the bands performance and added some mind blowing visuals throughout the set.The only issues I had with the Park theater were with the outrageous concession prices ($15 a drink) and the lack of available bathrooms which caused some pretty long lines at a sold out show.Overall Id recommend the Park theater and the Mote Carlo/Park MGM to anyone interested in seeing a show there

DO NOT VALET YOUR CAR..... I REPEAT DO VALET YOU CAR. I went to Bruno Mars concert on 9/7/19. I Valet my car. I was told for event parking it will be $35.00 They give me a yellow ticket. I went to the Bruno Mars concert with my 76 year old grandmother we had the best time ever. getting my car from valet you have to use their valet machine. you scan your ticket and insert your debt/credit card. I scan my ticket the price came up $35.00 I insert my debt/credit card. it never load to the next screen. ( showing payment was received and thank you) when your card is done process you will get green check mark on the screen.it never give the green check mark on screen. so other people and I had to go to the glass window. The man behind the glass window process my valet ticket I was giving my receipt showing $35.00.... when I check my bank account I notice I was charged twice one for $35.00 and the other for $24.00 I called the MGM Park Theater. I was transfer to the valet supervisor. Who told me I need to bring my bank statement to front desk. The next day I was also charged $40.00 for the same day 9/7/19 so I was charged $35.00 $25.00 $40.00 all for 9/7/19 The event was 9/7/19 and I was charged again on 9/11/19 . FOR DATE OF SERVICE 9/11/19.. I WAS NOT AT THE PARK THEATER ON 9/11/19. so how was i charged. Either their valet machine is hack or they having system error but im not here for it. I called my bank to file a claim and cancel my card.SO I REPEAT DO NOT USE VALET YOU WILL BE CHARGE MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ONE TRANSACTION AND YOUR CARD WILL BE HACK AND CHARGED AGAIN DAYS LATER....

This is a beautiful great theater with great acoustics. Good directional signage and very nice attendants. Shout out to Loviee!! She was very kind.

We attended Cher’s concert. Very nice venue. I believe most seats provided a decent view. Seating is a little tight though. In my opinion, the bathrooms should be larger. The staff is really top notch - very helpful and friendly. Getting in and out is very easy too.

I saw Aerosmith in this theatre and it was a great venue. Serving staff and ushers were all very polite. We met a man named Frank who was exceptionally good to my wife and I and helped us tremendously with our seats, THANK YOU FRANK!

I loved the theater. Sound was good, small enough that there is not a bad seat in the place. Im taking one star away because they confiscated my expensive stainless steel (empty) water bottle. Why? What harm could I possibly cause with an empty water bottle other than to save the earth from a little more plastic? They wouldnt hold it for me until after the concert, so Im assuming it went into the garbage and to a landfill, which is exactly what I was trying to prevent by having it in the first place.

If I could see every concert for the rest of my life here, I would. Intimate, good seats and view from anywhere.

My first time in Vegas, and we had a great time!My wife and I saw the opening night of the Queen Residency on September 1st. To say that it was amazing was an understatement!!!!We sat front row, center of the balcony and we couldnt have been happier with our purchase. Nobody to worry about standing in front of us and we had great views of all of the band members.... even Roger behind his drum kit.We entered the theater via the Park Ave. entrance which was right across from where we were staying at NY,N.Y.. This was perfect, because after we went thru security, we only had to take an escalator up two levels and we were right in front of our section, 304.Restrooms were well placed and easily accessed. We did not have concessions. Nor did we buy any souvenirs.... their just too expensive.We will definitely go back.
