Carmen Cano has the worst service ever. Very horrible

Wowww! It was my first time here I do really had fun my friends and I love it

Very fun. They are making sure everyone has a mask on and that every table is atleast 6 feet apart. I had a blast

This place was a unique experience. A good group in a not so appealing place. This was my first time to this place, it was not at all the greatest. Lets start with the outside, you get to the location it is dark. The entry way is dark and not appealing. Two bouncers outside asking for ID, I dont know for what if they couldnt even see if it was valid or not. Once inside praying you dont slip and fall, since the light are off and no light guiding the walk way to enter into the place. One thing I really have to point out was the bad service we did receive once we spoke to someone at the bar. The waitress gave no direction of the VIP services or how to move around in the small venue. What she did do was sat my entourage of five on some folding chairs and small table. Then after we sat down, she told us in order for us to be there we had to purchase bottle service of $250 or five buckets of beer. Again this is our first time at this place. Well I wished she mentioned that before we sat down, one that is a ridiculous price for bottle service in that place. Second only one person drank beer, so were not going to buy five buckets of beer for one person. We ended up purchasing the bottle and then it was so tacky the way the waitress gave us our service. She passed everything down to a stranger then that person gave us our bottle, cups, juice, ect. I mean that is so unsanitary. How about if that guy went to the restroom and didnt wash his hands. I was totally grossed out. Then is the restroom which the is a whole story on its own. I am only giving two stars, because of the group that played there on this given night.

During covid not following safety protocol, allowing everyone to get up their seats and dance. Will be reported to OSHA

This is more than a dining experience. It’s heaven on earth. The food is amazing the service is impeccable. The intense attention to detail on every level. I cannot emphasize enough just how special This place is. Just an amazing

This place was a dive meaning it was one of the worst place Ive been too! Location was scary, we got inside we had to stand if you payed out some money then you can sit. Vegas Hispanic nightclub you should be a same on what you offer!

If your looking for a mexican club and want to have fun, Do Not Come here. This place is so expensive. They were charging $30 per person. That is ridiculous. Once we went in the club, the place was dead. People were barely dancing. Another reason that I would rate this a No Star is because you cant sit down unless you buy a bottle..... this place is money hungry and can careless about anyone having fun. Terrible.

Really enjoyed it, people were very calm didnt do much dancing wanted to enjoy the Banda Machos concert.

This place ain’t for me and am Mexican !!!I wanted to dance not keep asking me if I wanted to buy drinks geez this was in a Sunday.

The Valet service was horrible. We asked to park ourselves, however the valet crew told us that it wasnt allowed there. It was my first time there, but did go with friends who go there frequently, whom apologized and assured me that they had never experienced that before. Then he said, we could park by the AutoZone but he almost got our car towed, luckily the tow truck was driving by and gave us a heads up. We still went in after all that, and it wasnt busy, but we had to wait a long time for drinks at the bar as well as at the tables. If youre into that type of music. Then cool, you might like it as there were several people dancing, bathrooms were clean and people were pretty friendly.Just not my type of place and I wont be returning.

They push you to get 30 drinks to get a table, like you have to get blasted to be able to sit and i dont drink that much, very pushy and you have to give them your car to park no other option on satarday
