We stayed at Aria Hotel this past weekend and decided to go to Jewel on Saturday night. We first had to wait in line because they do not open at 10 p.m. like it says in their website, they open at 10:30 p.m. We then get into a super SUPER small dark club that charged us almost $40 for 2 drinks!!!Then I decided to go to the restroom and come out to see some random women trying to grind all over my husband...we immediately left. Cmon we know girls selling themselves to tourist but in an upscale nightclub, I was expecting something else...Never going back.
One of the best crowds we encounter on a Monday night, featuring 2 DJs and Bryce Vine. Dope vibes. The dance floor was too crowded, but the feel was great.Tip: If you’re on the guest list try to be 5 min prior to opening time ( talking about Monday night).
Im never going back to this place. The staff is very rude and they think they can do anything. Definitely do not recommend to any one. There are 100 better places than this. Bye bye Jewel club!!!
Scam.... Got to front of line up and the doorman wanted massive cover even tho we were on guest list..... And then next kick to the nuts they wanted cover to go on the dance floor which I have never seen before.... Go elsewhere unless Ur leg broke and u cant cross the street
Seems like they’re only in business bc they’re at the Aria. Had a friend’s birthday with table service and they were awful to the group. So many great places here in Vegas - please don’t make the same mistake we did.
My girlfriend is a Marine and has just came back from deployment at the ending of August. She’s 23 years old, we were planning for this day an excited for this club, turns out just because the “General Manager” couldn’t make out the birth date on her military ID it was invalid? We were treated poorly and waited In line for an hour just to get told this. It is not hard to read a military ID, we have never ran into this problem. Don’t waste your time nor money coming to this place. There is better clubs and bars that are cheaper and far more fun to spend your time and money.
The heavy set blonde haired lady that greets you shouldn’t work in any form of customer service. By far the rudest person I’ve encountered in my life. Around $20 a drink and the dance floor is over crowded with hardly any room to move. the lighting and special effects were cool but that’s about it.
Do not come here if you expect to get in for free through the guess list and not have to stand around for 3 to 4 hours before the main DJ or artist. There is no where to rest if you are wearing heels. VIP tables surround a tiny dance floor that is overcrowded. The club is only decent if you buy a VIP table with bottle service. That is how they get you.
After seeing the reviews I thought it was going to be much worse. Its definitely a small dance floor aimed more at people who want to purchase a bottle. The best part of this club was the beautiful bartender named Whitney.
Great atmosphere! Bring shirt with collar and nice shoes to get in.
The DJ played great music! Had to wait about 30 minutes to get in but we got in for free on the guest list. They open at 10:30-10:45 on Saturdays NOT 10. Theres a pretty small dance floor so it can get packed the later it gets but overall it’s a good atmosphere. They gave me one free drink bc I was one of the first girls in but the drinks are SO expensive. A tiny vodka cranberry & a corona was 36$.. & a water is 12$!! The dance floor had a lot of glasses & cans on it which I thought was unsafe and annoying. Imagine if you’re dancing and then cut your foot on a piece of broken glass in the dark
Got a table for NYE. They opened my vueve without asking and it was before midnight. Ridiculous. And they took all the caps off the bottles leaving room for the alc to evaporate. Just really unorganized in general. But I guess that’s what you get for going to such a cheap club.Leaving 2 stars because the live music was decent even though it didn’t come on till 2 am...
Got a table for my sisters 21st birthday and we had a fantastic time
A $40 cover to get in - okay, not ridiculous, but not cheap. However, for that price point, there is A LOT of improvement that could be made. Its going to sound like I am just here to complain, but I promise, Im not. There just isnt much that I can praise aside from the special effects.1. The cheapest drinks are $20+ apiece and they use cheap/house alcohol. Atleast provide top shelf for that price point.2. Water is $12 for one and they do not serve tap. Thats beyond RIDICULOUS and encouraging people to suffer from alcohol poisoning.3. Beer cans were littered all over the floor. People were tripping and slipping on them. Never saw and know that not a single staff member picked them up and they were well visible by them. These cans were on the dance floor all night.4. Dance floor is very crowded. Its extremely difficult to move around.5. Staff at the front was VERY rude, aside from one person. We almost didnt go in because of this alone. To say the least - we will not be coming back. There needs to be A LOT of improvements.
I cant wait for the summer, this place is super cute.
Great club friendly staff solid laid out dance floor and sound system will come back again
Hahahahahahaha, $12 for a water and they refuse to serve tap water.... hahahahaahhaha. Encouraging alcohol poisoning is the definition of capitalism greed and deserves a one star. And I even love capitalism, but this is ridiculous. That being said, this review won’t make a dent in the people going to a Vegas club....
Worst placce if youre in a group and color lol they not letting you in guysthey will call a real ID a fake even tho you have six credit cards to prove itif youre not trying to ruin your night please dont come and waste your time
Always amazing entertainment big name and emerging artist
This is a gorgeous venue. My girlfriends and I went on a Saturday night and had a great time. I’m not sure what the charge for drinks and bottle service go for, because we were comped the entire night. It is strictly hip-hop and R&B music, which we love. It got crowded very fast. I definitely recommend doing the VIP list or doing the party bus (for the club crawl) to avoid any lines and have immediate access. Otherwise, the lines are super long and I dont think they move very quickly. But once you are inside, you will have a wonderful time. Whoever the DJ is on Saturday night, make sure he does not go anywhere. He knows exactly what he is doing and keeps the crowd going.
I was asked for Id without telling me why even though I had a big vendor sponsored Id hanging on my chest & they wouldnt tell me why I was being used. I am ok if you want to verify age but then do it for all or at least have the courtesy to tell why you are iding.
Completely rude and unprofessional staff. Terrible drinks. Wheres the sound engineer? PAY YOUR TALENT!!!Youre doing it all wrong.
I was super excited to see Steve Aoki. We got tickets to the club solely to see him perform a set. We had seen pictures online which made the club look pretty cool. Sadly we were met with an extremely over crowded tightly packed fire/safety hazard of a dance floor. The staff seemed polite enough but they clearly couldnt do anything to help patrons with the crowdedness. The staffs attention was pointed towards the VIP booths and making sure the overflowing dance floor didnt invade their space. I think what was most upsetting overall was getting all dressed up to code for entry to the club only to find that everyone around us in line was wearing t-shirts, hats, casual shoes, jeans etc. So much for formal attire required for entry. Also doubly annoying was paying to see Aoki and the guy doesnt show up for over two hours and we listened to nameless dj before finally just calling it quits. TLDR; whatever you do, dont go here, go to omnia or somewhere else where they have more space and you can actually get a drink without waiting an eternity.
I had a great time! Yes, drinks are high-ish (we paid $75 for 2 shots and 2 glasses of wine), but most people are getting in free from promoters anyway...they do have to make money. We went on a Monday night- it was full and good for people watching. Security was nice and I was allowed to keep my jacket, which was apart of my outfit.
So after all I read here, I decided to try to see by myself. Sorry to say that but its true.. the drinks are very expensive, you have to wait long long time. But the worse is the dancefloor, I have never seen a place so little to dance. Than the people jump on you and if you are like me you want to fight with everybody because you recieve beer or an arm on you.
I give 0 stars! My wife and I didn’t make it in !The hostess forgot to give us the slip to enter . If you don’t get a slip for guess list, you don’t get in ?! I explain to her that I didn’t receive one . She gave me serious attitude and said that she gave me one . I went to the security explain the situation and got attitude and no entry?! Ask to speak to manager got the police called on me ?! There’s Immature, power-hungry, no people skills people working The door . No worries we went to two other clubs that treated us with respect.
Amazing club, even when it never feels crowded. Would recommend that everyone tries it at least once. LED backdrop is mesmerizing!
My favorite part was the super cool stairs that light up and change that you can take pictures on on your way in. The main reason I didnt give it more stars was that I thought the music was awful. Im not a big fan of rap and all that. Maybe they have more dancy music on other nights? The club itself was cool. Tables are very expensive. It was very fancy dress code. No food allowed, not even snacks. They took my slim Jim . The bouncers are a bit fierce. Making sure you dont even get near the tables if you dont buy one. Drinks are expensive. But thats normal. Cool lights and effects.
Went to see Tory Lanez. Showed up at 1030 because thats what was recommended then I even asked when was he expected to preform, and was told between 1am and 2am and by 230am I had enough. Didnt even bother to ask for a refund. This was a waste of a night in Vegas.
AVOID AT ALL COST. $37 for 2 small rum and cokes!!! Dance floor is tiny tiny tiny. Couldn’t even move because people are consistently pushing past you. Only good thing was the music. Not worth it unless you get a VIP table. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Over-rated club at even 3 stars. Nice venue set-up. Horrible hosts are disrespectful. Bouncers are rude as hell & love the opportunity to show whos in charge. Never seen so many people treated with disrespect & disdain.I agreed to pay $2,000 for a table and there were 5 of us, while one wasnt drinking. Well, I got charged 5 separate charges that night! Beware of shady signature sheets, lies & very forceful tactics.$3,900$1,268$124$66$65Oh and then she asked for a standard $600 tip. You kidding me?! After you scam me, you want more?!!
Tyga show was the best! Twice!
The place is a scam with an exorbitant cover charge, and overpriced drinks. ($13 beers $45 cocktails.) Secondly the DJ with their sporadic selection of music doesn’t let anyone “turn up.”The “dance floor” can’t be any bigger than 70x30 which has people crammed like a bag of goldfish snacks.
Horrible experience at this club. We arrived on a guest list and some of my party were denied entry because of the sandals she was wearing and outfit . But other races inside under dressed. White bald head security guard extremely rude with escorting her out of line. The Music inside sucked, no variety. Racist club! Zero stars! Go to light night club
Denied entry for wearing sandals. Changed into my dress shoes. I was still denied access to a club within our hotel. Weak security detail and poor service. Avoid this side show!
Came here with 10 friends, and security telling one of guy’s ID is fake or something bull that picture on ID don’t match with guy. Totally racist and we were in guest list.
I WAS SO EXCITED TO GO TO A NIGHTCLUB IN LAS VEGAS!!!!! Then I arrived, Security was very very tight Never a problem. Finally made it inside, everybody was just watching the DJ. Soooooooo are we gonna Party or watch the DJ. SUPER CORNY
If I could give this club a zero I would...Was put on a guest list and was racially profiled when we got to the door because my husband had on all solid color...It specifically said no hats or tennis shoes...Did not say no solid color....Im disgusted and this will not be the last....
Horrible! We got free tickets from some random promoter during the day. Went to go there and husband gets in and I had to pay 10 dollars to check my coat which was a sweater over top of a tank top. When I said no thanks, they said I had to check it and couldnt wear it. Its 40 degrees, Im keeping my coat on. We left and went elsewhere to places that had 2 for 1 drinks. Glad we never made it in based on the other reviews.
I love this night club! It was our first time going but we had a great experience. The lines were short, the club wasnt too packed and there was an upstairs that gave a very good view. They had a terrific light setup which made for an over all amazing show.
Great service and atmosphere.
Newest and on point. Attentive staff focused on service.
The best club in Vegas! My friend and i had a BLAST!
Don’t waste your time or money! Rude bartenders, security personnel, and over-priced drinks. Wait in line and check in is more painful than airport check in. It wouldn’t hurt for the greeting staff to smile..after all, you’re in Vegas and trying to have a good time, right? If could choose “0” Stars, that would satisfy their overall rating. Also NEVER BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE because you will be in the same line as the free guest list and other patrons.
I honestly didn’t want to go here because of all the bad reviews posted here but I still Went. We arrived about 11pm we were only in line for about 3min till we entered . It was a blast !! We had the best night here ! Steve Aoki put on a good show!
Visiting JEWEL Nightclub at ARIA Resort & Casino. We didnt really have a good time here at all. We stayed for 15 minutes, then left. You cannot and are not allow to take a jacket or coat into the club, despite them blaring their AC units to the max. You MUST pay $10 to check your jacket/coat, or leave the club. They will tell you this AFTER you have queued and gone through security though. The club itself is very small. Most of the club is filled with VIP seating and the tiny dance floor is surrounded by a very long seat-belt. You feel like a pig in a pigpen. You cannot stand in the channel which leads from the bar to the dance floor without being moved by security. If you are in the dance floor, according to security, you have to dance; you cannot stand there taking photos; you must keep moving. Very rule driven. I felt like I was in elementary school and not a major casino on The Las Vegas Strip. As you can see, the dance floor had a lot of older people dancing. It seems like the mean age is a little too high here. Probably due to their hotel rates targeting older people with bigger bank accounts. Im not really sure. There is no upstairs, what you see in the video is what you get. Drinks range from $15 for a bottled domestic beer to $25 for a shot of branded liquor. They will not let you in if you look drunk, apparently they can tell by the eyes. The security here should get a magic act! Im sure their psychic knowledge would go a long way in the entertainment business. I guess they want you to buy drinks. Males get screened on the way in, women do not, but they do have their purses checked.
Awesome hip hop night club! Just get on the guest list and you’ll be fine, free entry! A must for a Monday night!
Short wait 2 get inside but its worthwhile. Women were beautiful, the DJ was terrific with the smoke machine & light show. Only downside is the high priced drinks. One tequila & ginger ale was $20.
Got on a guest list for tyga and when we got there they said he wouldnt come out until 3 or 4 in the morning which is insane! Also paid 70 dollars for 2 shots and a vodka red bull not worth the money at all!
Paid $65 to spend 30 minutes in line to get to security check to find out that someone did not give me some kind of yellow ticket. I showed paid bar code, but bouncer rudely insisted on that yellow ticket. Had to walk outside to another bouncer to ask for that and then explain why am I getting in without line after already spending 30 minutes in line.Inside was completely overcrowded and there absolutely no room stand except in the hallway.Dance floor is small and there was absolutely no room to stand, not even dance.$26 for redbull/vodka is absolutely ridiculous.Bathrooms were filthy.Sound quality was nice, but the music was not good.
Me and my boyfriend showed up at 10:15PM and waited in line for 2 hours to get in (on the guest list) for Tyga. We left at 2AM because the DJ was just alright and Tyga still had not performed yet. Paid $35 for a beer and a vodka cranberry.
It could have been a good night but turned out to actually be our worsted in Vegas. All the vip section obscures the view of everyone else. Someone who obviously usually works there but was on a night out, didnt like the look of us so got 2 chucked out for no reason. Far better night clubs in Vegas, dont wast your money
They told us it was free to be on the guest list, we showed up and they said it was a $30 cover. Lying and scummy organization.
The bartender took a $74 order allowed the persons (4 Caucasian girls) to drink the shots and then request payment (which they didn’t have) this same bartender asked for my order and requested payment prior to even making the drink. I witnessed this behavior for over an hour. Any African Americans placing orders were asked immediately for payment while white patrons would drink their drinks and lay cash on the counter and leave. I opened a tab with an another bartender and he stalled to accept subsequent orders. Very disgusting establishment. The only nice thing about this place was the nice ladies in the restroom.
HORRIBLE. Seriously avoid at all costs. My friend and I waited in line over an hour (even though we were on guest list) and when we were finally at the front and it was our turn to get in we were told that we were getting denied entry for “flipping someone off”. I have never flipped someone off in my life!!! Even if we had (we didn’t) why wouldn’t they kick us out of line right then instead of waiting until we were about to get in? Makes no sense. We tried to reason with the manager but he said he didn’t have time for this and walked away. The management is totally disrespectful and poor treatment all around. I have never encountered ruder people in my life.
My boyfriend and I were wishing to have a great night out and chose this club. This was the worst decision of our trip. Entry to the club was fairly easy because we were on the guest list. However, when we go there, all the ambiance which we anticipated based on the exterior, soon faded rather quickly. The club was murky, the dance floor was packed. The fact that the dance floor was smaller than my living room did it no favours. I totally understand the concept of maximising profits by selling VIP tables which consumed the space. What I cannot understand is the high cost of drinks given the limited space for patrons to dance. Just imagine paying $41 for 2 screwdrivers and you have nowhere to enjoy the moment. Forgot everything I wrote before and digest the fact that the music is aweful. First and last time there for me and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
First they say 35 bucks for enter, then 50, in the end 85 with tax. Eventually for that money you stand in balcony with no access to main space, which is called VIP
2 beers 2 shots 75 bucks, too many men, crappy sound, more security than party people. Perfect example of an outdated American club only there because of the name. Not sure what people like about that place...
As Im looking for somewhere to have out in Vegas Im so blown away off these reviews I have looked up 5 clubs so far and they all are complaining about how rude and racist the security & staff is at these placec & not to mention overly priced drinks tasting horrible... WOW!!! why would you guys us these reviews and do better... do any of you Vegas business owner even care about giving a great experience and comfortable environment if ppl come out to PATRONIZE & spending their hard earned money (which is too much) to have a great time and great MEMORIES YALL NEED TO DO BETTER
If you don’t mind waiting the entire night for a drink this is your place. Under staffed.... I came for a fancy private event. Due to it being a private event knowing thousands would be attending it was still understaffed. I waited 30 min and gave up. That’s crazy. We left and decided to go up to the hotel lounge where we were served promptly and had room to breath.
To start, Victor in security was very unprofessional and disrespectful to our group. The club itself is a dirty environment, empty bottles, tipped glasses, etc. Music was horrible; could hear people complaining about how weak it was. Asked the Aria front desk why this nightclub was honestly so bad compared to the area and even the Aria hotel in general, and they said that Jewel Nightclub is technically not a part of Aria, and is operated independently. Save yourself the time, aggravation, and disappointment and go to any other night club in the area.
I didn’t mind the expensive drinks or the mandatory coat check but when the security took my cbd oil cartridge and threatened to call the police but instead took it away and let me keep the battery. Shorter white gentlemen who handles the line was power tripping threatening to call metro police on multiple people waiting on line for other trivial reasons. Why the heck would Vegas make recreational marijuana legal for security to steal my cartridge. Never coming back, may never even gamble in the Aria again.
No where to sit if u dont do table service. Stood there for an hour and nobody on the dance floor or sitting at tables. Very lame crowd. Dress code was not enforced with everyone. They seemed to pick and choose. Not what you expect from a vegas club.
HAD SO MUCH FUN IN THE DJ BOOTH
Bad experience. Need to hired bouncers with more knowledge in id and US citizen.
Avoid this place. Small dance floor full or people not dancing. Too many bouncers that just get in the way. The music was also not very good. We left after 30 min, as did many others that came in around the same time we did. Surprising that such a big hotel has such a small club. Very disappointing.
Smallest and most overcrowded dance floor Ive ever seen in my life. The bouncer wouldnt stop pushing up against us when we were on the dance floor to protect VIP tables, who in turn couldnt see anything past the bouncer. Will never go back.
This place was nice and settle very relaxing music after coming from the club right next door the chairs was very comfortable the customer service was excellent visible security was everything
The club is new and exciting. The place was packed so it was hard to dance. I did like how they only allowed so many people on the main floor. Once I figured out how to move around the club we were able to find a good spot to see the great light show.
Great ambiance and excellent music!
Horrible experience on a Monday night. Music was the worst. Audience - similar to music. Would not recommend at all.
Homophobic pieces of ass. I used the same stall as my best friend and they kicked us out for that. We basically had to beg to stay, but we left after that because it was really inconsiderate of the “managers”.
I would love to give more star but, Dance floor was very small. But other areas are big.Drinks prices are extremely high.Get drunk in the room before hit the club. Line was very long .Me and my boyfriend waited 2 hours to get in. :( funny thing is : Club was empty when we entered :)
Great music and djs! Way toooooo expensive with drinks
Loud and too tight for the expensive cost. The only good part was the DJ that was actually pretty good. The patrons were unruly even if dressed like hipsters. Not for me.
My friends and I went to Hakkasan the night before we went here, and the crowd was a bit better at Hakkasan, but Jewel had a few things that made the night very special. We were able to get a table for free which was awesome! The server was very attentive. Also, there were some awesome dancers on stage.
Too many old groping people. The dj was not that good. The entrance gives you like a kinky vibe upon entering however, it’s every elegant. I def think it has potential if a younger crowd were present. For now though, it’s a pass on this night club.
Came with besties and look - yes its over crowded. Yes theres a pack a douche bags there. Yes the drinks are pricey. But get on the guest list, have a drink and move on if you dont like it. Im not really a clubbing person anymore but I had a laugh and some fun for a couple of hours. Highlights were the gogo dancers! Really fantastic!
Stay away from this place! Worst experience of my 30+ years. Got a table for concert last night so think bought bottle of champagne and vodka and my friend who was dressed as a woman but identifies as a man went to the mens restroom and they forcibly removed us from the club. They were incredibly rude, and Ive never been treated that way. When the gentleman was explaining why they were taking us out his female colleague did not believe him and was shocked but it was too far down the road. never. again. Do not go.
Trust me. Other clubs to go to with people that work there that actually treat you with respect. Rude lady at the door. They give you a ticket for free entry then come up with a stupid reason to try to make you pay $30. People leaving because of the service. Save your time and money.
Long lines. False pretenses. Ruined labor day weekend.
Cool club but they lie and charge more than they tell you they will. Go to Hakkasan or Omnia will charge you the same but way better club. They will sell you a table then move you to a different table when someone else shows up.
Awful experience here. Paid $63, and couldnt even make it to the dance floor. Security kept trying to push us out for no apparent reason. Was stuck in the back of the club near the bathroom and we could only see 10% of the stage. There was way too many people in there, there was barely any room to get around in there. Friends that made it to the dance floor were shoulder to shoulder with other people. Unless you have plenty of money to cash out on this lame club. Your money is better spent else where.
Love the intimacy of this space, much more refined than the old Haze and I like that the DJs/performances are both EDM and Open Format. Table line is a breeze and while my host was occupied, another stepped right up and took great care of us. Ive made 3 trips here since it opened and never had anything but a flawless experience.
Great club, Steve Aoki lived up to his hype which is saying something!
Paid for a ticket and then got told at the door that we couldnt come in for no reason other than the door man not liking us and then denied a refund. I figured this one out, vegas clubs are only concerned about the male:female ratio. If youre one of the first 100 guys you better book a vip table or bring 3 girls with you.
What a great club! staff (both bar and bouncers) are very friendly... its welcoming and vibrant!
I’m a MLife Platinum member and they treated me like a celebrity from not waiting in line with the 500+ people to letting me and 3 more people in free and discounting anyone else with me. The party was packed and no rude security like the Drais
A drunk guy started an altercation with a member of our group. We told the bouncer were werent starting anything we just walked in. Our group was still kicked out of the club.
At the time, attending this place was a smart idea.In retrospect, it wasnt very smart of an idea. The people were nice tho.
Small club, big lines to enter, to go to dance floor. This club is such a mess, dont waste your time.
You should go to this club if you want to pay to get in, then pay for an overpriced bad drink, and then wait for three and a half hours for the DJ you want to see.
Horrible. Dont waste your time and money. We had our name on the list, ended up waiting in line for several hours, by the time we got in my feet were completely blistered (which takes away from having a good time anyways). We got to the front of the line with our group we came with, and they cut my boyfriend and I off from our friends and made us wait an additional 45 min being separated from them, although we told them several times we were with them, they didnt care at all and we completely lost our group. Once we got to the the front of the line they tell us we were supposed to have some sort of slip, disregarding the fact that we had already been stamped (and we told them that several times) the manager comes by and we tell him the situation and he lets us in immediately and apologizes. Turns out we werent supposed to be waiting in the line (which we already knew and no one would listen) and we waisted our night waiting for no reason. Once inside, the music was basic at best, just a typical repetitive dj beat that you can hear on the radio, and we ended up leaving 10 min after entering because it was so crowded you can barely move, and everyone was just standing around looking at each other, not even dancing. By far the worst experience in Vegas.
Its smaller than most clubs but its comfortable. One bar upstairs and one downstairs do the job. Drinks are typical Vegas...pricey.
