I watched a movie in a Sauna basically. I went to customer service to tell them we all could barely breath it was so hot. His response was great, we will take a look at that. Not sorry, not unfortunate you had that experience, nothing. Incredibly poor customer service

Theater is spacious however seats are not. Theater needs an upgrade to better seats. I will not be back here until the seats are nicer.

Good experience. We purchased our tickets there and had no trouble. Very nice ticket person and the theater had a lot of open seats (large theater). The theater was clean and the seats comfortable but not reclining seats. We did not try the popcorn.

I lost my wallet in the theater and called the next day and customer service said they found it under the seat I was at. I went to pick it up the day after confirming that they had found it and customer service said it wasnt in their inventory and that lost and found items are given away to Good Will if not picked up within 2 weeks. I explained it had only been a couple days and asked to speak with the manager, he said it wasnt in the back either. They said they gave away my wallet without taking out any items within. My ID, credit cards and money were in there. Their procedure on lost and found is a total scam. I talked to Hotel security and they said that that is not the procedure for lost and found and that items should be held for 6 months and they should not be giving items away to good will. I believe workers in customer service are stealing peoples lost items and making up some bogus story on why their items are no longer in inventory. I understand that losing your items in a movie theater is a careless mistake but if they say that they have your lost items then they should still have it when you come to pick it up the next day!

This is one of our favorite movie theaters to attend. They always have the latest movies and plenty of seating. It is always clean and the staff is courteous. The other plus is that it is in the Red Rock Casino so there are a lot of options for food close by for before or after your movie and if you dont like the options right there in the casino it is still very close to lots of other places to eat, shop, or just relax.

The movie selection is not the best, but the seating is very comfortable and the staff is very nice.

Its so sick. I go there all the time with my weirdo granddaughters. I love going to the Panda Express. You should check it out. There is also an arcade to entertain the little ones when you go smoke in the casino. What are you waiting for?!!! Go there! Now!

Best multiplex theater Ive ever been to. Its theaters are very large also. $4 for seniors with players card on Weds.

Good place to catch a flick, saw aquaman here and it was great! Imax is worth it due to reserved seating, but summerlin is much nicer but pricier.

Favorite movie theater! Very well kept and maintained. Can get a bit crowded on weekends. Very clean and its $5 movies on Tuesdays! You cant be that.

We went to see Star Track beyond today, have to say with the movie in the farthest end of the theater it was bad when I needed the rest room and had to rush down to it. A restroom is needed at both ends of the theater not just one end. Also the seats feel like airline seats, narrow and not very comfortable. Need more space so two can sit next to each other and be comfortable.

Wow! Went in person to buy tickets for Avengers a day ahead and the theater sold the same seats to us and 2 other groups of people! Crazy. First come, first serve on reserved seating! Just bad. 2 trips to the theater, and nothing! If it happens to you, ask for free movie tickets.

Since the changeover to purchasing individual seats, the cinema needs to have ushers to help usher people out of the seat you bought. Very unfortunate to find people sitting in you seat and acting rude when they are asked to move.

Theater listed movie times online in the morning and by the time I arrived for 3:40 PM showing I learned that afternoon show times had been cancelled.

It was ok kinda crowded price was cheap but no one do anything about the disrespectful people behind use throwing popcorn and laughing about it the whole movie... made it alot worse.
