Had a great time. The box office was easy to use, the concession stand was also quick & easy. There was a little bar & bartender, though we didnt come early enough to stop there. The seats were electric recliners & very comfortable, with a tray table for each. A few minutes before the movie started, an attendant went down each aisle (about 8-9) to ask of we wanted to order anything. All in all, this was one of our best movie experiences. Definitely worth the few extra dollars for the tickets.

This theater is one of my favorites to watch movies from since the luxury recliners are actually a touch more comfy and recline further back than some others that Ive been to. Ive seen several movies here and the staff continue to be so outstanding and nice! A couple things that I may point out though about this location that may be out of my control are regarding the hot food and movie selection.On a couple occasions, the ovens that help cook the hot food that is offered here at this location break down and result in people being unable to enjoy that specific menu and resort to using the standard popcorn, candies, and such. Not that this is bad but I do look forward to having the hot food at the theater, so I keep my appetite so once were there, we can enjoy it! This, however, may be out of the control of the staff and they are very professional and understanding when it comes to that situation.The movie selection at this theater can be a bit touchy and results sometimes in me not going to watch movies here at all since theyre films I personally arent interested in. But I feel that the theater purposefully picks movies that they know will do pretty well since there are, after all, only five theaters to play them in.Overall, this is still my favorite theater and I love coming here to this Regal!

Seriously, Ill bump this place up two full stars if they stop making people wait in the concession line to purchase tickets. That is the most annoying thing I can possibly imagine when youre in a hurry to see a movie and you have to wait for a family of five to be served their popcorn and sodas. If theyre going to continue doing this, they need to at least have more than one or two lines open during the busy times of the evening. The theaters are great and I love the recliners. The sound system is solid but i leave angry every time because of this ticketing system. Whoever came up with it should be fired immediately

At this point its really all about what movies they choose to show because I look there first before I look anywhere else to see a movie. Super comfortable and not a bad seat in the house. Its just a shame you cant buy more than 10 seats at a time through fandango.

Movie theater was nasty it smells and looks like they dont clean the place in and out. Do not waste your money not worth it. They dont clean the seats in between shows. Seats were oily full of popcorn and other substances I wouldnt be able to identify. Nothing luxury about the place except for the location and price of tickets

A few of my friends did not show up for a movie that I had purchased tickets for. The manager and an usher named Myrna were very helpful in helping me get a refund. The theater was clean and it even smelled clean.

Love the seats and the tray it comes with and it doesnt get in the way. Only problem is maybe because I havent been in a long while but the movie was supposed to start at 6:15 and it didnt start until 6:40 to many previews, plus I got there 15mins early so I wouldnt miss anything. Lol

The theater with the most comfortable seats in town!! But watch out, your husband will use this as an excuse to sleep through the entire movie. Naps do not need to cost $15.

Definitely worth the additional cost to sit in reclining sofas with foot rests. For those who like to drink there is an bar inside too. All in the heart of Downtown Summerlin. Great staff and location! Highly recommended!

I will start by saying this is my go-to-theater first. If my movie is playing here, this is where I will go.When they first opened, the luxury was phenomenal with comfortable seats, great food options, a nice bar, and in-theater waiting service. All of this made it worth the extra money to see a movie there...although in the beginning, the movie options weren’t the greatest.Today, the movie options have improved, but we have lost a lot of what made this theater better than the rest. The prices of tickets and food/beverages have increased, while the quality of food, amount of food options, and number of staff has gone way down.You have to wait in line forever to order your food or drinks and food prep takes forever because of the lack of staff. Each day I have gone I have been told they no longer offer in-theater waiting service on that particular day (no matter what day of the week it is).Sometimes there is a ticket taker, sometimes the bartender does it, sometimes we are on our own to scan our tickets with a device. Why am I purchasing expensive tickets for my family while it would be so easy to just walk in to any theater and hope I grab an open seat?Your level of service and appeal are dwindling, making you just another theater like the rest. Please, please bring back what made you guys stand out: great food options (not regular movie food), in-theater waiting service, and more staff in the lobby.Three stars because the theater is beautiful and always clean. I’ll bump up to 5 when they bring back the lost luxury.

I come to this theater all the time since it is close to my house. On the weekend it can get very busy but I tend to go on the weekdays so never had to fight the crowd. I know movie theaters are not popular anymore but the only reason why I kept coming back is the comfortable reclining seats.Here’s the trick: buy the bundle tickets at Costco (4 tickets for $36). You only need to pay extra $5/ticket for reclining seat. (It costs $18/ticket if you buy directly at the venue)

Luxury at its best! This is a relatively small theater but is extremely comfortable with great recliner seating. Concession area also includes a bar which is a nice treat. Ticket prices are higher than typical Regal theaters in the area but well worth the price with the comfort you will be getting!

Theater is great and seats are very comfortable. Only downside was the noisy teenagers with their phones, but Im sure that was the luck of the draw with that film.

Most comfortable of all LV luxury theaters. Even the lobby is built for socializing.

Careful with parking if there is an event (i.e. there wont be any) but that is true of the entire area. Just avoid it during hockey or baseball games.

Comfy assigned recliner seats. Full bar. High prices, even for matinees. Other local casinos have the same seats, but dont upcharge. Still, its a great location and nice to not be in a casino.

To be honest with you i didnt want to go to this theater but my soulmate wanted to go so, the time on the website was wrong not the theater fault but it just the idea we were there early. After waiting for the theater to open we get inside no veterans discount no senior discount 32.00. Go into theather 4 which smelled like the sewer. So we asked about it and they where quick to ask if we wanted a refund. YES. Sometimes its best to go to the movie theater where they treat u right. So we went back to where we always go.

Wow! Ive never been to a nicer theater! The seats were big recliners, the number of seats was rather small, and it was just an extremely comfortable experience.

Very relaxing. They have the luxury seating which is recliners that lay way back. The sound in the theater is unbelievable! We had an employee come by and asked us if we needed anything. (Snacks or drinks). Very enjoyable.

Place was clean. Staff friendly and an all round nice facility.

The best movie going experience yet! Food is extraordinary and beyond just concession dogs and corn. The theater has luxury lounge seats with plenty of room and a swing out table with a cup holder. There are 2 additional cup holders on the arms of the chair. Plenty of room for walking past a fully reclined chair. Great staff, always! And the best part, a full bar. Hello! Movies, wine and corn. In my opinion you couldnt ask for a better movie experience.

I so love this venue, from the staff to the seating within the theater. My drive into Summerlin is always worth the while. Hands down one of my go to spots (apart from the Eclipse Theaters) to catch the latest flick. I do wish they would start carrying finger food .

Great theater to chill and watch a movie. The food is better than most theaters, they serve alcohol and you order from the theater and they will bring your food and drinks to your seat. The only thing I dont like is that they dont always have a good variety of movies playing.

The only place I go to watch my movies. Always clean, very accommodating, popcorn is always hot and buttery, and very helpful when that one guest is rowdy. Always allows me to sit in another area without any problem. Have no issues with showing appreciation through complimentary tickets because of a bad experience. Love the reclining chairs and the atmosphere is always nice.

My favorite theater hands down. Always a great time and place to go see the newest movies out. With the regal app you can get great deals and offers while seeing the last movies

Love that they have recliner seats. They have good and plentiful show times. The concession stand is expensive, but what cinemas isnt? I like that you can buy you tickets online and reserve your seats. That way, you can come whenever without worrying about finding seats. They offer to take orders before the ovie starts, which is nice. Its always clean when I come here. Definitely one of my favorite theatres on town.

I went to the theater for the first time. Its a nice theater with only five screens. The seats can be reclined and are very comfortable. The theater serves food and beer. That is the first time I have been to a place like that. The only two issues are that the price is very high at $17.50 per ticket and the restrooms are very small. Its not a place where I would go frequently, but I would visit it on occasion.

This is my favorite movie theater in all of the Vegas valley. It does run a little more expensive than the other theaters, but this is a case where you get what you pay for. The theaters have luxury reclining seats, the concessions taste really good, and there is a bar for those who are interested. I would pay the extra money to come here again.

This is perhaps the best theater in Las Vegas with the most comfortable seating by miles. Love the decor and the theaters. Only downside is the concession lines move very slow.

If you have convenient access or live near Down Summerlin, this theater is right next to Dave and Busters and in front of the east parking lots.Speaking of parking: it seems weird to find a place right outside the theater, but the parking lot is huge. There is always parking available, even on busy days / nights.They have all the standard movie food: popcorn, candy, soda, etc. They also have the luxury part of the menu where they will bring food to your seat.Somehow it seems that everyone who works here is a little more pleasant, a little smarter, even a little happier with their jobs than I usually see in other theaters.

First time here. Cashier and concessions staff were friendly. The lounge area, theater and restrooms were clean. Theater seating was comfortable, you can also put armrest up and seating becomes a loveseat.

Such a great place to watch a movie, staff was friendly, drinks were good... snacks like every theater. Service before movie started was awesome... seats super comfortable. I cant wait to go see another movie there!

Very nice, comfortable seating with very few capacity per theater, which makes it feel less crowded and more intimate. Price is expected for a luxury theater, so I tend to rarely come here unless its for a movie I am more than willing to dish out 16 dollars a ticket for.

This is our favorite place to watch movies because of the comfy seats and the assigned seating. We’ve never eaten or had cocktails here, but it’s nice to know we can. The place is clean and comfortable.

Here to see Crazy Rich Asians. All seats recline. The ticket price is $15.90. If youre not that tall (like me), try not to get seats in the very back row. Because the top of the seats in the preceding row are right at the bottom of the screen. So if someone who is tall sits in the preceding row, its possible that their head will be in front of the lower part of the screen. The other rows appear to be ok. Its still a nice theater!

Parking near the theater is always a mess, but the experience once inside is nice.Theaters and restrooms are clean, recliners are comfy and well maintained. Concession stand lines sometimes get long, so arrive a little early to avoid any issues.

This movie theater is great! Its in the downtown summerlin area, so there is a lot of shops and other big retailers nearby the theater. The concessions are average price for a theater, but you can have choices between pizza, burgers, sandwiches, as well as fresh popcorn, which I appreciate. The theaters have recliners and swiveling tables to comfort you to the max during the watching. No complaints here, it was a great experience!

The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was only because their recliners were too comfortable and I fell asleep twice. Lol

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the theatre. They have a nice variety of snacks and meals. My only issue is that they do not have a large variety of options for movies. The odds that the movie you want to watch being there is low. My last visit we were stuck between choosing Crazy Rich Asians or Mission Impossible. I would not choose this location for a spontaneous movie night.

The prices here are higher than other places in town i assume its because its in the mall. There are minimal screens also. They have a bar and better snack selection. Always super busy and can be a little messy when it is. 3 stars for being messy, small, and over priced.

This is the best theatre. Reclining, assigned seats. Traditional movie food and some fancier options. Full bar. Nice balance between blockbusters and indie prods. This is a grownups theatre. It has ruined me for all others. Plenty of dining and shopping within minutes. Harder to find parking at peak hours, leave extra time.

Very nice theater but a little pricey. Friendly staff - you purchase the tickets at the concession with only one line and one server so there was a wait as people buy the tickets, order and wait for their items.

One of my favorite movie theaters. Its always super clean and the people put butter through out the pop corn, not just on the top. Also they will give you cold junior mints which sounds weird but is freakin amazing!!!
