I did the renewal course with Sarge and Steph. They both were excellent. I stayed for the entire time because my buddy was there for her 1st time. I was really impressed with the real life applicable training they provided to the students getting their 1st CCW. I wish I would have gotten that training my 1st time around. Well done instructors!

Been coming here for years. Archangel, Sarge and Stephanie will teach you the fundamentals. Its completely up to you to practice and achieve the proper muscle memory. This is a subject that 100% can save lives. I highly recommend this Range. As a female shooter many MANY other ranges have SRO that try to mansplain. However with Sarge and Stephanie this has never been the case. Keep up the good work!

After living in Vegas for 8yrs I finally decided to get my CCW and am so happy I went through The Range 702 to do it! Everything from checking in at the front with Sarge to instruction with Chuck was great! Everyone was super welcoming and friendly, none of the overly macho nonsense you get at other ranges which was a nice change! Chuck was very knowledgeable, personable, and not only made sure we got all the info we needed but also made sure we had a good time doing it! Would highly recommend CCW training with Chuck if you have the chance!!!!

Sarge and Steph did a great job teaching our CCW class. They discussed things over & over so we would understand how and why to do things the correct way. I appreciated all the detail. The training was specific to our everyday needs of things we must know when we carry. They made sure we were aware of the dangers and challenges of being a responsible gun owner/carrier. After several years of talking about it, my wife and I both felt that it was finally time to get our CCW Permit. We spoke with several friends, some of whom use to teach the class. We decided that the Range702 was the best fit to accommodate our schedule. WOW, we both cannot say enough kind and positive things about this place.The most important thing is to mention our instructors, Stephanie and Sagre, they know their stuff and how they teach the class, by the end, we couldnt believe that we had been there for 8 hours. Several of our friends have taken classes at other places and after speaking to them, our class was nothing like theirs!Typical comments from everyone of them were, they wish that their instructor taught like ours. Stephanie and Sarge taught us everything our friends learned but they never received any instruction or live simulation of possible real life situations, like we did.This class was everything we expected and more, a big thank you again to Sarge and Stephanie for a GREAT experience and a class well taught and well worth the price!

This is my range for both business and pleasure! Whether I want to shoot some rounds for leisure it if I have to renew my CCW, this is the place I recommend. Recently had to take my CCW renewal course; Chuck did an awesome job! The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. As a first time gun owner who is also a senior citizen, I was a little concerned about what the experience would be like. I can honestly say that it could not have been better. From the women that greeted me at the check-in counter through the instructor and everyone else, it was just an excellent, five-star experience. I could not be happier!

My husband and I paid for a one on one instruction class. We got there a few minutes early, the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted. I let them know we were there for a class and we were given paper work to fill out right away. We were then met by our instructor Ed. Ed was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He taught us with patience and eloquence. I was super impressed with his knowledge and overall learned a lot! The entire experience was wonderful and we are going to purchase a family membership. Cant wait to go back!

I had a very experienced instructor, Chuck, and he was very complementary of another instructor, Stephanie . The two of them were excellent. I have been to many different ranges and they all differ, I can vouch for these two instructors. They are very skilled and helpful.

Been to the range for the last 3 months now, had a blast every time. My wife and I took their CCW course yesterday and was impressed with how they ran their class.The Archangel instructors Chuck, Sarge, and Stephanie were Amazing! They were very careful, but kept the course fun and interactive. The rest of the staff were all friendly and welcoming as well.If you are a local or just passing by and want to learn to shoot or just enjoy letting off a couple rounds, this is the best place to go near the Vegas strip!

My husband and I really learned a lot today taking our CCW training with Stephanie and Sarge. Not only do they have YEARS of experience but they are filled with rich knowledge information that we as civilians need to know, respect, appreciate and understand about firing a weapon. They educated us on all the safety and legal measures entailed with protecting yourself and your loved ones. I love this place! I got my CCW training here and the instructors are awesome. The customer service here is professional and they say hello to you and they don’t ignore you like some other Gun stores do.

1st timer for everything, but really had a great experience. The Front Desk/ Cashier Associates were very friendly and informative about what type of experience you wanted. Jacob in particular was very thorough about following his every direction during the whole experience, especially when it comes to safety. Such a memorable experience that had lots of emotions showing from fear to excitement, and that I recommend anyone to try it for themselves!!!

I would highly recommend this entire group of instructors. They all have a very unique way of making you feel comfortable. I have to admit, I went in knowing NOTHING and walked out feeling very confident & ready to hit the range !

Love this place. I am a local. Range master always there to help not lecture. Safe, secure, reasonably priced, and hey shoot a machine gun. You can buy or rent everything you need and if you arent confident, they will help you and go ahead. Their classes are reasonably priced. Good for men and women.

Took my CCW course here, with Sarge & Stephanie as my instructors and had such a great experience. I learned invaluable information from them and gained a lot of confidence in my firearms training. My wife and I did the Couples Therapy package. We got Jayde as our instructor and had the best time. She was super helpful and friendly. I would suggest anyone in Vegas looking for a fun time book a session here. You cant help but smile the whole time you are there. So many fun guns to shoot! Super fun and family friendly. If youre coming to Vegas or you just live here stop in and see Jayde. She was amazing and gave so many helpful hints. She was extremely knowledgeable on all of the guns as well.

Was so much fun. Never fired a gun before, Jayde taught me how to handle, load and fired my first gun. She was patient and informed me on why the rules are such as they are (which lead me to a better understanding of the rules) she also listened to me and made me laugh. Really nice addition to the experience.

We cannot say enough good about The Range 702. We have used their gunsmith who did wonders on some very rusted neglected guns. We have purchased a handgun from them and taken a one on one session to learn how to use it. They have been extremely accommodating and friendly. Every person we had dealt with has been amazing. This is a great operation.

My family and I use this range only. I took the CCW course with instructor Chuck retired Chicago police officer and he gets right to the point. Finished the day on the range with Sarge and Stephanie and Chuck and they are very professional and strict which every experienced or inexperienced gun owner should adhere to. Just finished up a CCW course. Our instructors were Sarge and Stephanie. They took a situation that was very intimidating and made it comfortable and engaging. I had many apprehensions about handling a gun, but Sarge and Stephanie are both so experienced they took all those apprehensions away. I felt so much more at ease by the time the course was completed and I learned so much. I enjoyed myself and I learned more than I could have ever imagined. Their skills and experience are invaluable.

Over twenty years I had not touched a firearm, took the 1:1 training class, I am so glad I did, but I still have the touch! My instructor was EXCELLENT! The Range 702 is very well organized in checking you in and directing where you should go. They are very aware of safety, and do a great job in practicing it. I definitely will go back for more training and target practice.

Sarge and Stephanie made what could have been a very dull day informative and fun. The USCCA sales pitch - although also at times informative - was overly long and not something the students paid for. That time should have been spent elsewhere - more review of gun law, extended review of best practices of conceal carrying in every day life, or on the range.

I just attended the CCW class at Range 702, wow learned a ton of knowledge and skills. I would highly recommend attending this class if you decide to carry a weapon on your person. There are some many areas anyone handling a firearm should be aware of and if not knowledgeable could costs you a lot in life. Taken this class will improve your abilities and educate you on carrying a firearm. The CCW class could certainly change your attitude towards whether to carry or not.

Having made a decision to obtain a gun for safety, my husband and I decided to take a beginner class(1 on 1). It was great. Our instructor, Jacob was thorough and patient with us. We recommend anyone who is unsure to take the 1 on 1 class. We will be taking another before our purchase, will purchase there and will definitely be returning for our Concealed Carry course.

So this a CCW only review as I think I already did a review on their range. Anywho, when you first walk in, everything is super clean and the signage is good. I signed up for the CCW Renewal course online, but then had to reschedule because I sprained my thumb. Rescheduling was no problem and they immediately sent me the new confirmation date and time. I arrived 10 minutes early and check in was painless. The course is practical classroom instruction, safety, ideas for bolstering, where you cannot carry, etc. The renewal is only 4 hours, you do your shots, wait for your paperwork, and can then take it immediately to Metro. Sarge was very organized and has a good sense of humor. Steph handled my paperwork and was awesome as well. Overall, it is pretty cut and dry. I highly recommend if you are renewing or getting your initial certification.

Took the CCW course on August 8, 2020. The staff was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Chuck was our instructor and ensured everyone was able to complete the class. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in obtaining their CCW. In our class we had a wide variety of shooters with vast experience to people who were novice shooters and by the end of class each student was able to pass the class and hit the targets.

Amazing time. I had a one to one gun safety class with Mike. He was patient, kind and wanted me to really learn all the safety steps of having a firearm. I did have trouble with loading my personal firearm so we switched to one Ill be purchasing in the near future. Learning everything I did, also asking questions that were answered made me more comfortable with my firearm.I even shot several bulls eyes all while being taught what I did right, and what I did wrong after each target.Ill be back to practice before taking my CCW with them!

First time ever even holding a gun. I was so nervous and couldn’t focus 100% because of it; there was one point where I even thought after this I’m never going to try again lol. However, Mike was really patient and knowledgeable so I stuck it out and had a good experience afterall. I feel that if it wasn’t for how great Mike was I wouldn’t go back. Thank you so much, Mike, really appreciate all you did. Can’t wait to return and see how much better I can improve over time.

CCW certification w/ Sarge, Steph, and Chuck was awesome! There is no substitute for being taught by true professionals. They also did a great job working with some of the less experienced members of the class and keeping things light with some humor mixed in. The material was presented to highlight proper technique and safety while providing insight with real-life scenarios. Its difficult to know how youll react when the need to defend yourself or others arises but this team gives you the tools and lays a solid foundation. I would HIGHLY recommend any classes theyre leading.

The facility is clean and presentable, excellent instructors, and the customer service was phenomenal, this is a great place!

We bought the Triple Threat Experience for our teenager son on his Birthday, He was amazed! the whole experience was fantastic, from how friendly all the people at The Range were to the large variety of weapons and expertise of the Instructor, everything was perfect, definitely will recommend this experience to everybody I know. Im not the biggest fan of their first come first serve with no options for reservations, but everything else about the Range is great!Helpful range staff is always present and its a much nicer/cleaner facility than most of the indoor ranges in town.

I have taken both armed security and CCW classes in Las Vegas and the put on by Sarge and Stephanie were far and away the best. First, I am a senior with a moderate amount of experience with guns and I learned a lot of information that I was not aware of. I was also impressed with the teaching methods as they made you aware of many aspects of how to intelligently and safely handle a weapon. I would highly recommend The Range 702 for not only the CCW class, but the other options they have available to the myriad of gun owners from the novice to the experienced.

I felt secure the entire class because: they were prepared and comprehensive with the information, covered all the questions completely, and - during the range-training - kept the integrity of decorum, Safety-Standards, and laws rock-solid. Took the ccw course there. Was greatly impressed by the instructors, The SARGE is awesome so is Stefanie and Chuck was great too. Id highly recommend them if youre interested in getting your CCW here in town. And they also do hr218 qualification also. All in all a great day and experience there.

The range 702 was fun time the staff was super friendly they were able to accommodate handicapped access and even cover the costs of transportation for wheelchair user so that was nice. We did the zombie package shooting the automatic m4 and ak47 was a blast. The store has a nice showroom with a lot of firearms they sell and equipment. I’d definitely recommend this range!

Went in to get requallifed an instructor named sarge can out. We were filling out the paperwork and he said I needed 40 dollars cash. I said 40 dollars? He put an x through all of my paperwork and said GO TO DISCOUNT. And walked off. I talked to management and they said he rents a lane there and he is not an employee. I will never go there again and would not recommend any one going there.

Went for a one on one class, was somewhat hesitant going there, but from the time I walked through the door to the time I left, I had nothing but a good experience, my instructor was knowledgeable, very helpful, and had me where I needed to be with his instructions, would/will be coming back should I ever need help again, thank you to the crew and good people that work there

Very friendly staff and instructor. I took the 1 on 1 class and fired my first pistol. The instructor was very patient and gives great instructions. I was able to hit the target with good accuracy. I will be taking my CCW class in Aug with them.Update: CCW class is great, instructor Chuck was very knowledgeable. The class size was small. The people who are taking the class are friendly and polite. I didnt care about the salesman from USCCA.(using scare tactic in the sales pitch)

Awesome facility. Awesome staff. Everyone is so friendly. They are catered to tourist, so being a local must be a lil uncomfortable. My instructor was the man. Very helpful. Even the guy who picks you up in the van (hes from Minnesota) is aces. Great convo to & from the range. Everything they say they provide. Met so many folks from the UK who have never shot a gun having so much fun here. It was just infectious. Every instructor handles all the weapons. Safety is priority 1 and you can see they make sure you have a fun and safe experience. Place is as clean as the board of health. Bathroom was spotless. Cant find a bad thing to say about these guys....other than how does a local shooter have a chance with all the tourist that come in? Thanks Range 702 you guys rock.

I took the CCW class at 702. The instructors Stephanie and Sarge were amazing. They went over and above explaining the importance of the CCW and what life choices you may have to make at some point. They had great stories pertaining to the class as well as just keeping it fun. Highly recommend you take your CCW with Stephanie and Sarge. They teach far more than just the normal CCW class. Really appreciate their honesty and all the effort they put into making the class superior in quality.

Found this place randomly on google, it was my first shooting experience and it sure wont be the last. I really enjoyed my time there and the staff is as great as the infrastructure. It wouldnt have been that amazing without Todd whose proficiency, patience and guidelines made this experience the most enjoyable of all. I would totally recommend it and make sure to ask for Todd, hes such a nice guy [photo of him attached]

The experience to purchase my first gun wasn’t very educational. The people behind the glass could care less of what information I knew about the gun. Regardless of their lack of Wanting to give knowledge and asking details of my plans with the firearm I still wanted to purchase two guns. The address on my drivers license was incorrect. Being the address on your drivers license has to match your actual address I had to change my address online. They said I was not allowed to use their printer to print the proof of address even when I purchased a gift card with the amount for two guns plus ammunition. I return to the store two weeks later with my gift card and watched them print my documents in front of me at their gun display. After purchasing the guns I realize my gun Was unable to add the components I wanted. I mentioned I wanted to put extra components on the gun they didn’t let me know it doesn’t have the features that I needed for the components I wanted.I also had an instructor help me fire a few other guns to see what I liked. He was very helpful when it came to shooting

The staff were very outgoing, friendly and helpful with everyone questions and concerns. They also make sure you learn everything in segments rather than have people in the class all day with only a lunch.

One of the better local indoor ranges. Ive done some 1 on 1 classes and recently took the CCW class with Sarge and Steph from Archangel. The range staff and the instructors have all been real good people and have had a lot of great resources and information to help me. The range is priced nice and definitely feel safer than going out to the desert to get hit by stray live fire.

The staff was very friendly and inviting i love there energy and knowledge. With covid houng on they made sure we sanitized as well as themselves. I would highy recommend this place as a to do. We did the quadzilla experience and it was everything promised.

The staff at the range were great, friendly and welcoming, explained the weapons to us and with the extra rounds we bought it was great fun too. We fired 5 different guns with a group of us, the instructor was great and safety was always paramount as you would expect. Both Chloe who welcomed us and BJ the instructor were fabulous and it seems we made the right choice in booking with them.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. My mom was scared and the staff member stayed with her until she got comfortable and explained what was going on to her. The facility is very clean and theres a gun store along with a snack bar and tables/couches. Prices are good. We did a family outing here and had a BLAST. Will return, highly recommend!

In preparation for the CCW class of 7/24, my mother and I have been frequenting The Range 702 for approximately two weeks.Beginning the minute you walk in the door, the customer care is absolutely phenomenal.The staff is welcoming, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. The facility is contemporary.My goal was to pass the class, and feel comfortable with my firearm; as it is a craft. Over the course of time, all aspects of firearm training become perfected, but only if diligence is consistently applied.During my training visits, I had the pleasure of working one-on-one with Colton.The man has the patience of a saint. He is beyond proficient, and his temperament is calm and reassuring.His instruction was concise, and he provided critique in a way that was encouraging. To name a few examples; correct posture, controlling the breath, relaxation of the shoulders, and the ability to focus.These things I could have never achieved on my own, had it not been for his willingness to assist.Even if it met repeatedly revisiting the same exact things, so that I could be cognizant of what I was not doing, thus being able to correct the issues.This is a process, but Im better than what I was.The morning of 7/24 was the day of the class.Albeit somewhat nervous, those feelings quickly subsided thanks to Sarge, Colton, and the team who were positioned close to the front door.Upon entering the building, everyone was hospitable, smiling, and exuded such positive energy.Chuck was the course instructor.Questions were encouraged, and clarification was provided. Chuck had the ability to make everyone relax.The class was enjoyable and engaging.With fluidity, Chuck applied his experience from his background in law enforcement in such a way that was practical and relatable. When the time came to shoot; Stephanie joined Chuck.Her expertise is stellar. This place was amazing ! I go here for range time normally and I decided to take the CCW class here... That was the best decision the teacher was very informative and very patient when came to questions. You could see the staff took pride in their teaching and showed us the entire ins and outs for people that were new to using a firearm. I would definitely reccomend this place to take your CCW class as well have some range time !

Came here with a friend to buy his first firearm, while we were waiting for the background check we shot the MP5 full auto, theres a special right now for like $19. Great way to pass the time, would definitely recommend!Staff gets a 10/10 for service. Retail side was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, especially with my friend who doesnt have a lot of experience.Our RSO when we shot was Colton, ask for him! He was super professional yet easygoing and my buddy who hadnt ever shot full auto handled it with ease. Thanks Colton! And thanks Range702, you guys are the best!

As someone who has never fired a gun before, I was a bit unsure of what to expect. As a one off experience this was great, the venue is modern, safe and the instruction was really well handled, I had no prior knowledge of guns and no knowledge was assumed by anyone at the Range. It was a quick experience but one I thought was well worth the trip, I did the one and done with a M4.
