Went in looking for a specific firearm and lo and behold they had 2 new and 1 used one. Very well stocked shop especially right now with everything going on. Prices were reasonable and service was great. Didnt use the range and have no need to as I live out of town. Will definitely do business with them again!

Went in to shoot at Precision Armory for the first time today and had help from one of the employees named Joe he was very helpful and knowledgeable on assisting me with sighting in my green dot sight. The range masters Brooklyn & Gavin were cool as hell and very informative on gun safety and knowledge as well. All and all everyone staffed at this establishment are stand up gentlemen with the know how and professionalism you can expect from a quality gun store/range. Would highly recommend all firearm enthusiasts to check them out all around my hats off to you guys for excellent service and professionalism. This is exactly what a gun store should be. My friend and I walked in and Jesse immediately came over to talk with us and spent a ton of time showing different gun options, as well as sharing with us a lot of good information on things like proper grip, proper aim, proper stance. Jessie seemed interested in not just making a sale, but truly helping a customer. Being from California, its so refreshing to see what a true gun store looks like in a state that respects gun rights.

Working with the team at Precision Armory has been great! Jesse helped with a purchase and was very knowledgeable. He also changed a trigger for my SIG. Jesse also helped with a training class. I am disabled due to the war. I no longer talk the same because of my injuries. I called, asked about prices and the guy on the phone MOCKS my speech and voice. I was appalled by his unprofessionalism and childish behavior.The owner will automatically deny this with his typical tripe. He will say this is a fake account because it only has one review. Does he complain about the accounts with one review that give him 5 stars? Of course not! Are all the one review accounts fake because they give all 5 stars?? Hmm...Judge this place by the way the owner responds to criticism. He will berate people who dont give him perfect reviews.Whoever was mocking me should be ashamed! Its bad enough I have to deal with being disabled, but now I have to deal with it from this horrible employee.

I have purchased multiple firearms from Precision Armory and the experience has been excellent! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good practice range that is very easy to use. One of the best shops in Las Vegas by far.

Shawn and the whole crew at precision make you feel like family. On top of the no pressure sales atmosphere the selection for some of the most popular and unique guns is great. Best of all wait times are almost non existent for background checks. Shawn has someone whose only job is calling them in and it shows in the next and even in some cases same day turn around unlike some of the other shops in town that run them once a day or even worse once every couple days which leads to 3+ day waits just to get your gun. Best shop in vegas hands down

And the responed I got was [ I only work part time here] I didn’t ask if you work p-time or full. I think his not happy with what he do there? I would have buy more but since I feel his not up to it, I decided not to. I don’t think all the employees are like that I guess It’s just that particular short guy that is not happy with his job!

I picked out a shotgun a couple weeks ago. Background check came back fast, picked it up a couple of days later. Fast, friendly, overall a great experience.

I visited the range twice but we were told to wait outside on 105 degree weather. They should have a waitlist or allow people to sit inside or at least in shaded areas. Also the owner was quite short on multiple occasions.

After calling several gun shops trying to purchase a suppressor I luckily stumbled upon this shop. It was evident in the first minute of talking to the employee over the phone that he was willing to take the time to explain parts of the process I was unclear on. Quaint lil shop off blue diamond near Decatur, great selection of competitively priced firearms for people of all skill levels, with a very friendly and professional crew. Most displays are for purchase, with the nearest to range showcasing rentals, even including a couple full auto selections. Lifetime return customer discounts, and you can even bring your own ammo (no reloads/ select specialty rounds) anything less than 4000fps, gentleman said basically up to .308Under new managment, so show some love. Ill definitely be back!

Precision Armory is a wonderful resource, especially for us on the south side of town. Ive recieved nothing less than first class customer service from each staff member whos greeted, assisted, and coached me. I stopped in to get some hands-on with a particular handgun I was interested in, and after some coaching about handling, technique and safety I realized what I had in mind would not have been the best option for my purchase. A few days later I ended up purchasing probably the best platform for my chubby little hands at a great price. I know MAP for this platform and I will say I was within $20 of it. Ive also been fortunate enough to practice at their range and though its not the biggest, its well built, clean, and the electronic target controls are amazing. Presets for 3,5,7,10 and 14 yards. My range coach was an awesome help and the targets an ammunition are a great value. Whether youre a first time shooter or a veteran trigger puller, Precision has something for everyones needs.

This was, hands down, THE best gun store weve gone to in Vegas so far. The staff is very friendly and very well-informed in all the guns they sell. Theyre very helpful and they take their time in helping you. My dad bought a gun from here and the process was quick, and they had an amazing sale for a 1000 rounds of 9mm, SIG brand. I will definitely stick with these guys when I want to buy another gun.

I went to use their new gun range brought in my personal firearms with ammunition, to my dismay I was told that I would have to purchase and only use Precision Armory ammunition. Im really disappointed that this is the case. I dont reload my ammunition I only purchase brand name ammunition. I tried to give this place a second chance but I think things are now worse than before.

Two guys are helping one customer and another hops on the phone, all while multiple customers had not even been acknowledged. I walked in to make a purchase, looked and waited for far too long, walked out with zero customer service. Not one word or second look. Places like this make it easy to purchase online. Too bad because I’d be willing to spend a little more to help keep the small shops in business. Do yourself a favor and don’t waist your time with this place.
