Love the selection of products for gun owners in such a small shop. The best thing is the knowledgeable, friendly staff run by veterans that we answer all your questions and teach you how to properly use your weapons. Prices are reasonable considering todays market. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs their assistance. I appreciate their service and sacrifice to keep our country free and safe and hope you support them too.

Visited this gun shop today. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young man. He seemed pleasant and the other man was pleasant, too. But there was another gentleman, older, that felt the need to address me openly without even giving the slightest bit of customer service. I asked the young man about a specific gun and the older gentleman addresses me across the store to tell me what price the gun started at. As if, I needed a price thrown at me to see if I was serious about buying a gun. I thought you service the customer with the product,, then discuss pricing.. Not once did he even look at me or even look my way, but he made it plain that I wasnt someone he felt needed to be in their store. The reason he addressed me so rudely, I wont speculate. I will say, I am female and black or was it the dress or hairstyle. I think Ill be asking a refund on the gun I purchased and take my business elsewhere. Maybe my money is not welcomed.

Great gun shop that helps you with any question you have even if its a rookie question. Helped me on the phone for over 30 minutes looking through their stock of guns which most places will not do. Good amount of ammo even though were going through the pseudo apocalypse.

Had a great experience at Second Amendment!!! I just happened to be around the corner doing something else and I wanted to walk in and see what they had in stock. I couldnt believe it! I found the firearm I was searching for over a month and trying to buy one online or through another dealer and trying to avoid transfer fees and Second Amendment had 2 of them hanging on the wall! Wow amazing! Made my purchase that same day background check was super smooth and easy. Customer service was excellent and extremely informative, could not complain at all! Definitely going to go back for accessories!

Leaving three stars because my first experience here was one of terrible customer service, this was mostly due to a single employee (I dont have their name unfortunately) and not the entire business. Most of the employees here are stand up gentlemen and did their finest to rectify my initial bad experience. I will return here in the future.

I went to this horrible place to take a look into buy a gun, at first me my helper stay outside for about 10 min. While the store was almost empty, second when we entered the store I noticed a man standing half way behind a wall, kind of like wait for a wrong move. THEY HAD TO SET UP A ATTACK TEAM because we don’t look the way they want. Myself and my helper we were racially profiled by those people that’s how I feel. We’re working people and I never go back or recommend this place to no one.

I called and asked a very simple question about an in-stock item and also asked for a price. I was informed they “don’t discuss prices on the phone”. I Called another shop, got a price on the phone, and purchased the firearm from them. I recently moved to LV and I purchase a lot of firearms every year. This silly policy just cost them a loyal customer.

I went to the store for 9mm bullets, I asked the clerk how much they cost and he said 50 bullets for $ 43. An outrageously ridiculous price.

This place is more than guns & accessories, they offer way more than that! Friendly faces and VERY knowledgeable on just about every question I could think of.. I appreciate how they took the extra time to show me many different options! I was super excited to purchase my 1st piece out here in Las Vegas Nevada!! Thanks guys I will definitely be back !!!

Great place and service was helpful...went on monday to buy a banshee ar pistol and background and took 3 days to get a call back to pick up my gun way faster then other places specially in times like these.would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone.

Great staff! Answered all our questions, very nice. Quick and easy purchase. Bought an AR15 from them, I liked them so much went back the very next day and bougth a 9mm. Had a little error with my AR15, so I contacted the manufacturer and it took them a week and a half to answer my question so we could figure out what was wrong. I decided to take it back to 2nd Amendment and have them look at it for me and it took them maybe 15 minutes to figure it out. And they did that for free without question. Great place. I will always purchase my firearms from them, in store or online.

It would have been nice if my transfer was checked in yesterday when it arrived. I was shocked I diddnt get a call today. I have used these guys for a number of transfers. Very dissapointed. I wouldnt put any stars if I could. staff are incompetent took 2 weeks to complete an FFL transfer due to misspelled name which I think just plane BS and this is also before the COVID19 pandemic. Staff are also rude. Just bring your business somewhere else.

So I had a FFL transfer 2 weeks ago and still no word on my background? I looked up the law and its a federal law that after 3 days if no response about background they are legally obligated to release the firearm. I guess these guys are above federal law. And as for the Governor last time I checked the feds overruled him also.. Dont get any transfers here I bought another gun at bass pro shop and yup 2 days for that background.

Yesterday, went looking for a new firearm for work, and the store had what I was looking for. Seems to have a large variety of firearms and supplies for a large shop, but took quite some time to get someone to help me. When I asked if the store would work on the normal listed price for the firearm, or match a price I already was given while shopping, the answer was no. They didnt even hear what the price was that I had from another large shop. After, I went to a small mom a pop shop in Banning who had almost no firearm inventory, and would need to order what I was looking for. Their price for the same new firearm was stickered $30 lower. In over 29 years of working LE, I never had a dealer tell me you have to pay what was on the normal sticker. Im telling my troops and LE partners to stay away unless they like paying full price for things.

I buy guns all the time at different locations here in southern Nevada, and I like to check out new stores for different products. I can say with all the guns stores Ive bought from and visited, this shop totally made me feel discriminated the second I walked in. The first thing I was told was to lift my sunglasses off. Not even hello, welcome to our store. Nothing. Just lift my sunglasses for the camera. Terrible, just terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I had money to burn in my pocket, Ill just stick to Venture Munitions. Always great service there.

They are friendly enough, but their demeanor can come off as condescending or arms length which can make purchasing here a highly transactional experience but thats fine enough by me. Their selection is narrow and black rifle heavy, but does have gems and when they have a great firearm, the price is usually reasonable.

I’m sure the staff are friendly, but they’re gouging with ammo prices...$300 for 1k rounds of 9mm??!?! Hope you guys get reviews like this for gouging locals

Im starting to notice a trend on who gets the excellent customer service, and who gets treated and looked at like they shouldnt be in their store! I was gonna call then come by to diagnose the problems Im having with a firearm, but now I dont think that my money will be as valuable, or if it will even spend the same...Its very close to my house, so I sad to say that Im going to have to take my money elsewhere...Im really glad I read these reviews..

I came here on a whim, last minute stop. Both gentlemen were helpful as hell and quick to look up an answer for me online. Well, Im back again as a repeat customer. Closed for Labor Day, but Tuesday Ill be in.

The clerk was very unhelpful. I walked in letting him know I was a first time buyer but, I did have a few guns with certain features that I liked. The most information he had for me was go do more research. Thats literally the reason I came to your store but anyways I went to RANGE 702 and their employees were a great deal more helpful and nicer.

Ive bought several rifles, pistols and revolvers there. Always helpful and fair on price. No pressure sales and plenty of time to look at their inventory. If you have a question they will tailor their answer to your experience level which is helpful. I get the expert answers I expect with my 40 years of experience, yet Ive seen them take the time to fully explain fit and function to a new buyer. They dont upsell like the mega stores and wont suggest something you dont need. Bought a 44 magnum there yesterday and got a handshake and a sincere thank you for the business. Great shop!

I bought a 1911 via the Gun Genie search on their website (Gallery of Guns). Ordered the pistol on Friday night and got a call that it was ready for pickup the next Wednesday! So disappointed in their customer service . My boyfriend purchased a gun online and when went to pick it up forgot that he didn’t have a loca Id. Though that was his fault he was told they would hold the gun for up to 30 days. My boyfriend then went to purchase and id the day after and will receive the actual id in 10 days. No later than 6 days the gun was resent to the online dealer. When called and talk with Charles he then stated he never said he can hold the gun for a month. He also stated that he can say and do whatever he wants. Not only did Charles sent saying he would hold up until 30 days, I called and asked how long they hold guns and he told me 30 days !!!! My boyfriend was never contacted prior to the return telling him that they would ! Now we lost $80 because of his terrible customer service ! I am truly disappointed how you handled the situation Charles !

I’m a first time gun buyer and I walked in with an idea about what I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure. After talking with the staff and looking at a couple of options I purchased something different. The gun I purchased was cheaper and I absolutely love it. They could have talked me into buying something a lot more expensive but it wasn’t really what I needed. I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase.

Bought my very first 1911 here a few days ago and I am loving it!!! I saw that they had the 1911 I was looking for a few weeks ago and I finally went back to get it. They were very helpful with my purchase and really friendly too. The 1911 I got is a Rock Island Armory M1911 A1, ceracoated in FDE and it has very nice G10 grips with a nice beaver tail grip safety. Its perfect, thanks to the staff for making it a great experience for me. Ive been to a lot of gun stores/shops and this place is one of the good ones!

Cool group of ex military guys, felt right at home amongst the brotherhood. They didnt ridicule me when I ask some basic questions, being a novice. Stopped by looking for an external holster for my Smith and Wesson SD9. I was surprised by their large selection. The awesome staff made me a repeat customer as I will be returning in the future for my firearm needs.The only very mild let down was they didnt have any fat guy sized T-shirts. Im 64 300lbs and require a 4xl for both length and shrinkage. A very minor inconvenience, and not really a negative, more of just a, oh bummer.

Terrible customer service

Been in there multiple times, purchased 2 different firearms and still get treated as if Im wasting their time. Was in there last week to purchase sub compact 9mm and associate was super rude, acted as if I was completely clueless when asking questions.

My first few times at this business were fine- Theyre the only place in town I seem to be able to find Silvertips in .32acp. However, I went there yesterday and my experience was so sour that I left and will not return. I dont know the employees name, but hes tall and slender, younger, with a bushy beard. He greeted us halfheartedly and noticed a tattoo I have, and asked my why I have a tattoo of the Mustang emblem if I drive a pickup. He made a deal about it. What, am I not allowed to drive/own more than one vehicle? He then proceeded to tell me I should be driving a Ford truck, to which I bit my tongue. He scoffed and walked away. I mean, Im a car guy- I know getting ribbed by another car guy. This was not that. This was rude and incredibly condescending. I felt terribly unwelcome and unwanted. It doesnt sound like much of a deal, I know, but you arent me and werent there to feel the tension rise. This is unacceptable to me as a retail manager myself. The other employee was helping another customer and was very friendly to him, but when the customer left, the man simply ignored us and walked away as well. Great service! (said with extreme sarcasm). I went there expecting to spend some money, but instead they have pushed me away as a customer and I took my money elsewhere. I have to say, on a positive note my previous times there I was taken care of by (and of course I forget his name) by a tall black man and he was a very nice, friendly and helpful guy. But these two guys yesterday, sheesh. What a joke.

Pulled up, Nervous cause this is my 1st time at a gun store, got out my car and walked in hoping for a great experience. NO ONE said as much Hi... Maybe they were just busy helping customers. Store was pretty small.I peaked around to see if I noticed any handguns i would be familiar with and by chance, I heard a guy shopping for handguns crack a corny joke about how he would shoot his son (Im Not Lying). Like I Said Before, everyone seemed busy, so i took a few steps back to wait for someone to finish. Few min later, a guy finished up with a customer and I walked up to the counter near where he was (as if I was next in line). The guy still didnt properly greet me, he just said how can I help you... In the back of my mind l told my self to just let it go, its his store, he doesnt have to be hospitable, just ask some question and get some answers, hopefully hell loosen up.So my 1st question was Do you have any Sig Handguns?... Mr. 1-word-answer said No. Ok... 2nd question. Do you have glock 17s or 19s?. He said, Yeah, pulled out a glock 17... So, then i acted (looked at the gun, pointed it at the ground, etc) like I knew what i was doing cause ive watched & read at least 20hrs worth of video and websites/magazines... I was waiting for him to kinda engage in dialogue so he can get a feel of why im there... Nope, no questions. I said ok thank you and walked out.I didnt get his name, I wont discribe how he looked, im sure hes a good guy, prolly was hungry seeing that it was around 2pm (shoulda brought him a Snickers). But anywho... I dont think this place is bad or anything like that, this rating reflects my 1st experience at their store and the clerks lack of customer service skills. I didnt feel welcomed.
