Great hotel and casino. Room was spacious, clean and had an excellent view. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in process was quick and easy, plenty of free parking below in the parking deck. Free masks available from staff members and hand sanitizing stations all over. Great stay in these weird times.
Best Hotel Ive ever stayed in, multiple sliding doors to wrap around balcony, 2 large bathrooms, mini bar filled with drinks, loved the art work throughout the room and hotel, and we had a spectacular view of the city! Then the endless store fronts, shops, spas and restaurants for about anything one can look for!!! And of course, The Lg CASINO
Clean, friendly, and fun. Great advice given by the concierge. We started in a queen, city view bedroom, which was spacious and sexy. That shower was awesome. Went to a fountain view king, which seemed smaller, and I definitely think you pay for the balcony view, which was great. If you dont plan on staying in your room much, I recommend the queen, city view. It was really nice. If youre trapped by COVID and intend to drink a bunch while watching the fountain and people below, I suggest the king fountain room, which was also really nice.
Wow... Just wow. This casino is absolutely beautiful. Even the main driving entrance is striking. I couldnt believe how classy the casino looked. Real easy to get there, drive north on Las Vegas Blvd, get in the farthest turning lane from the left side, turn into the casino, slight left for self park, or slight right for valet. Visit the main bar inside the casino, great drinks and service. The sports betting is so comfy to eat and watch a game. Definitely would recommend 5.
First time staying here and it was outstanding!Definitely recommend a Terrace Suite with the Fountain View, youre able to see the strip its so pretty at night with everything lit up. Front desk staff super friendly and accommodating! Room service came at a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again!
Pure Awesomeness!! The staff was always neat, polite and welcoming. The casino is amazing. My wife loved the ice skating, it was a beautiful addition to the establishment. A special shout out to Mack that assisted serving me and wife at the BLVD ice rink. His superior customer service made our night extremely memorable. Cosmopolitan is like a dream!!! Ill definitely be back!!
This was a fantabulous hotel experience! The room was clean and loaded with goodies. The view from the balcony was amazing no matter what time of day we went out to sit. And that bathroom and shower was like something out of a model home. Totally recommend visiting as I will be returning as soon as covid is under control. The only thing I was not aware of was the $150 a night deposit being held upon check in. Other than that plenty of dining area and interesting things to see at this luxury hotel. Had a lovely time Those views tho
I love the Marquee dayclub and the Marquee nightclub. I love how they the shopping area specifically the store All Saints. The Jason of Beverly Hills store is magical. I hear all the celebrities talk about the wearing his watches to the award shoes & Hollywood parties. I like Stitched. The store reminds me of the gentleman I hope to dress like one day when I become seasoned and dapper. I love the digital art through the resort property. I love going to the ice skating rink during Xmas time. I just have a blast there.
Overall - great service and really great work on my interior paint job! Prompt, courteous, professional. High quality work w attention to detail. With some extra effort perfectly matched my existing paint colors, which I loved but need to have changed from flat to eggshell (even without kids or pets, flat paint was too high maintenance for me).
My wife and I loved this place. Clean, modern, most beautiful looking staff everyone- especially, the pool girls. The poolside drinks were reasonably priced, staff was super professional, A+ all the way. Oh, the food was really great at the pool and all the food places within the hotel as well. Well be back for sure. George & Tricia Will, Portland OR
Rooms are clean and safe (plus it came with a safety kit). Parking is free and most of the restaurants in Cosmopolitan are open which is very convenient for the guests staying at the hotel during this pandemic. Try to get a room with a view of the Bellagio fountain as its a plus during your stay (enjoy the convenience of a water show in your hotel room rather than fighting the crowds outside for a view in the pandemic)
First... secret pizza on the 3rd floor! LOVE it! Go down the records lined hallway to get you some! We didnt stay at this hotel but we walked around a bit and won $100 at the casino. we also loved the wicked spoon, thats on the second floor.
The Cosmopolitan is one of the fanciest & prettiest hotels! The grand chandelier is gorgeous!& they turned the pool into a ice skating rink for the winter, it’s awesome!
Dined at China Poblano and it was wonderful. I dont think anyone would think Chinese food and Mexican food would go together BUT I ordered from both sides of the menu and it was great! Their 21 vegetable rice was awesome!!
First time in Cosmo...super cute! Loved they have multiple signage to remind everyone to wear their masks and to social distance.Had fun looking at whimsical pieces throughout the casino on different levels and found the local fave spot, Secret Pizza ;-)
Great hotel with analyzing views. I dont think any place in Vegas has better views. Having a balcony was a very nice feature. I dont gamble so no comment about experience of handing your money to the casino.
We enjoyed the Cosmo. I feel like it could have been a little cleaner though. It was clean, but there were just small things I noticed. The best thing about this hotel was the balcony. Im so glad we didnt get a balcony over the strip with all the noise. Our rooms balcony was on the back side and it was much more quiet.
Positive: Location Negative: Sinks where clogged up but other than that it was great
Incredible! Highly recommend. Great service, everything worked smoothly. Great tech. Will stay again for sure.
Clean and modern, the fountain view was just fantastic and spectacular. but there was no bathtub in my room. The staff were very nice. Not bad swimming pool. There are many kinds of contemporary artworks and installations. Very impressive. One of the best hotel I’ve been to.
My wife and I love the Cosmopolitan. We have stayed there more times than any other resort. We also like to stay at the Wynn but I find the restaurant located at the Cosmopolitan far superior than at most resorts. Unfortunately we will be staying at the Wynn more in the future. My wife and I love the balcony at the Cosmopolitan. We would enjoy sitting out watching the Bellagio fountains and all the lights. On our last couple of visits we were not able to enjoy that aspect. This is due to the amount of marijuana smoking at the Cosmopolitan. We found the balcony utterly useless with the amount of marijuana smoke. For us we just do not enjoy the smell at all and will miss the Cosmopolitan. In addition it seems that most of the time half of the elevators are not working. In this covid-19 environment it takes along time to get a elevator with less than 4 people in it. On several occasions we as three or four elevators stopped. Not good at all.
Absolutely love this hotel and casino. Always clean and inviting, staff is friendly and helpful as always! Great selection of restaurants to choose from on second level! You wont be disappointed!
We had an amazing room! Our balcony faced the Bellagio fountains and it was awesome to sit on the patio and watch the show. I highly recommend you try it.
This hotel is the only hotel to stay at in Vegas. The room, the tub, the views, THE FOOD and most importantly the vibes we’re all too real!! Best location on the strip with a phenomenal display is decor and ambiance!! BOOK THIS HOTEL! We also got two hand pays in this casino!!
We stopped in here as we were walking down the strip. Beautiful hotel and casino. Wasnt very crowded and was able to get to our desired slot machine very easily. Having a Starbucks attached to the hotel was an added bonus as many of the others were closed along the strip due to covid 19. Plus, we found a cool retro cigarette machine!! Havent seen one of these in decades!
Amazing time. First time staying here. Check in was super easy and no troubles. We checked in with a dog and every thing was super smooth. The fee for the dog was a very reasonable 50 dollars for our one dog. I was super surprised that they allowed pretty much any dog as long as they were well behaved. My only disappointment was the dog run. It was so little that my little tiny dog could not find a use for it. Luckily there is a nice tree covered area out a different exit and we took her there instead of the dog run and we were not the only ones. We made sure to try several of the restaurants and I have to say the Hattie Bs and milk were amazing. Hattie Bs has a chicken sandwich that is to die for and the shakes at Milk were the best shakes Ive ever had. While here we ordered room service and can I say that the nachos were so huge that 3 people could have eaten them and been full. The turkey club was made with sliced turkey breast not that thin sliced deli meats that most places use. The onion rings were amazing and just thinking about it is making me hungry and making my mouth water. A truly amazing experience.
Came here a couple of times and was surprised at the selection of slot machines (no abundance of the generic Komani type ones that MGM & Caesars casinos decided to go heavy on) and had a great time. Also nice strong cocktails. I wouldve given this place 4 stars but I decided to go back again on the last night on my trip and ended up being ignored by a couple of cocktail waitress at least four times and just ended up leaving with a bad (or no taste of anything) in my mouth.Keeping your buzz going is what makes playing slots fun since its what creates the illusion of getting something of value back since you know youll likely leave in the red.Id still go back and would give it 3.5 stars if Googles rating system would allow. It might not be as good during normal times since youd think that you wouldnt be ignored when Vegas is almost a ghost town.
The Cosmopolitan is the absolute best that Las Vegas has to offer. Stunning rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom, fountain view and were not disappointed in any way. Worth every penny and the customer service is top notch We will always stay here. Having a balcony on your room is a must have as well... highly recommended!
I didnt get to see that much of the casino or the hotel. From what I could see it was quite beautiful. The slots were OK, I won a little bit. Im going back soon and this is one of the places that I really want to explore.
Beautiful hotel, the balcony views are to die for. Clean, we felt safe there with the covid-19 restrictions. Well definitely be returning.
I absolutely loved my stay here. I visited during COVID Thanksgiving and this was the best stateside vacation I’ve had. I booked on the Cosmo’s website for military rate. Check in was a pain because they try to sell you on a room upgrade so it takes a while. I stayed in the Boulevard Tower on the 61st floor with fountain views and it was gorgeous. The fountains stop about midnight and you can definitely hear it with doors closed as well as loud traffic on the strip. It didn’t bother me much though. I actually liked the hustle and bustle of the city. The Boulevard Towers is a bit of a walk from the Uber/Lyft pickup so don’t book until you’re out at the pickup spot or you’ll get charged for them waiting. It never took more than 2 minutes for the Uber to get there. The average Uber ride for me was $10 from Cosmo to Venetian or airport. Everything looks close but it’s not because it’s not a straight shot walk. Do not pickup anything in the mini bar fridge because you’ll automatically get charged. Instead of paying $10 for the bottled water, take the elevator to the 2nd floor past the food court and outside and down to Walgreens and get a $2 one. Or Starbucks in Boulevard Tower 1st floor always has iced water. The room itself appeared very clean and tidy. The bed was comfy. I loved the jetted tub and large shower. Checkout was super easy since they let you text “Rose” the robot to check out. I will definitely be staying here again. Remember, solicitors will bombard you on the strip everywhere and your best bet is “I’m leaving tonight!”
Went to wicked spoons for buffet. If you make a reservation there is no line to speak of and get seated right away. The food was great and the service was excellent. The parking was great too. Its free. I like the Wynn buffet but its closed. Wicked spoons will do for now. Worth taking out of town guest to experience Las Vegas strip buffets.
Great hotel. Well located in the center of the of the strip. Hotels got a good vibe with nicely appointed rooms. Great restaurant & bar collection with everything from fried chicken (Hattie B) to high end offerings
Beautiful property, excellent staff and customer service. Great stores and restaurants. I stayed here for 5 days and my only complaint is I wish I would’ve stayed longer!
If anyone out there is searching for bargain deals for hotels go to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a resort on there and these guys had the best prices any where! One of the best hotels on the strip...very nice View Top of the entire strip... beautiful pool. Nice rooms. Several restaurants inside... Im not sure what the experience is like today during this Pandemic... lets hope its just as good.
Brought my girlfriend here for a proposal. Every single employee here was beyond incredible. Yes this was my view from my room. I want to give a big thanks to Aileen at the check in desk for her support and over joyed love she had for our engagement.
I loved it. My suite was excellent with great views. Hotel staff was super helpful. There was so much to do right at the hotel we never left. To ensure safety they gave out complimentary masks and hand sanitizer. I will definitely be going back. Beautiful hotel. Loved the Chandelier Bar.
This place is definitely a modern classy intimate place. I enjoyed the quality and style of the hotel and room. They give you an extra fridge for your food and drinks. Bathroom was bright, big and pretty. Bed and pillows were excellent! I was so comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because there were a few small stained towels, 2 of the lamps were broken, but they sent an engineer in to fix it. All on the morning of checkout the iPad wasn’t working for me to order room service, it was super hot there even with the ac on and it smelled like sewer really bad from the vents. Overall the staff was great! That was my first time visiting, but I’ll be back.
Positive: The space! Negative: Nothing at all
Positive: The location to everything and excellent staff Negative: no
Amazing casino in the heart of Vegas. About midway in the strip. If you are lucky, you can get the view of Bellagio fountains and Eiffel Tower.
Amazing clean rooms, great restaurants, great pools, one of the only hotels with a open club during covid (marquee).
Location, pooltime, glitzy, awesome. Stayed for 3 days, 2 nights, S-T. Initially was not impressed, when we arrived to our room it was a bit disappointing. The countertops had not been cleaned, the surfaces were dusty, robes were visibly torn. Called the front desk and was immediately upgraded to a room with a better view and nicely cleaned. From that moment on the fun began. Had an awesome day at the pool with great service. A few Margaritas and appetizers in and we were set. Awesome strip view from the pool. Pool area very nice. Three pools, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and cocktail waitresses. The room itself was beautifully decorated with iridescent tiles, jet tub, super comfy bed, 2 TVS, sitting area and a balcony overlooking the strip a d fountains. Honestly what else could you want? Would live to come back again!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE The Cosmopolitan ️The atmosphere of the whole place is amazing. The restaurants are a delight. THE CHANDELIER is STUNNING and a MUST SEE and experience!!! The rooms are on point!!! The energy the rooms give and how they decorate them sets a flow especially if you are their with a lover. The scenery is beautiful and the hotel is around everything. I have told everyone so far that they must experience The Cosmopolitan. And if anyone ever goes to Vegas you have to at least spend 1-2 days there! I can’t wait to go back and experience it again. Hope you enjoy and have an amazing time when you take your trip to The COSMOPOLITAN
Clean, fun, and exotic. I love gambling there and dining. I havent shopped there, but nice mall like feel on the top floor.
That was one of the best treatment Ive ever received, ANYWHERE!EVEN MY DOG, received a doggy gift box! Delivered to our room.
Great food and service. Totally unexpected what they do with a egg sandwich. Well worth checking out
**Review of casino only** I didnt stay at The Cosmopolitan, but decided to gamble there. The design and the feel are very high scale and luxurious. From the grand Chandelier to the multiple lounge areas. The resort does a very good job during COVID-19 to make sure the safety of guests and their employees is priority. Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the casino along with free masks and cleaning of the slot machines between uses.Very cool experience!
Beautiful hotel, chandelier pics are awesome! There’s a lot of cool oddities like a centipede smoking a hookah and there are a ton of great restaurants inside like eggslut, momofuku as well as wicked spoon among many many others. Come try it out and stay and play to win!
This was my best Vegas experience so far. The room (one bedroom with fountain view) was far beyond my expectations, which were very high. I will definitely stay here again.
Overpriced drinks. Dont fall for the special $20 drink of the day. Just play 25¢ Video Poker and drink Jameson for a good tip.
Positive: Location, balcony, valet parking Negative: No microwave
The bed was so comfortable an the view from our suite was to die for !!! The pillows made my slumber more peaceful. Our balcony wrapped around the corner of our room. I enjoyed my stay !!!! Plus we had two bathrooms in this suite.
Amazing place to gamble and spend your hard earned money ;-)However, you can definitely enjoy some good drinks and ambiance while at it. I loved gambling here...although I was just using slot machines.
Im ALL in!!! Our Studio Fountain View one bedroom room is well priced and offers a BALCONY with a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW of the Vegas strip overlooking the Bellagio Fountains. This particular type of room even has an extra large soaking tub that enjoys the very same view. As most people know... balconies in Vegas hotels are VERY RARE... unless youve got the bucks to spend on penthouse suite or something similar. Dont think Ill ever stay anywhere else again when visiting Las Vegas. Truly breathtaking!!!
We got a great deal on it. Very nice and fancy. They have a resort fee they dont really disclose until you get there. Parking isnt free, the resort fee includes valet parking. But overall good experience
We came there to celebrate my Birthday. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The upgrade my friend room. The view we had was wonderful. We all love it.
Was in Vegas for business and glad I made this hotel as my choice of stay. They upgraded me with fountain view and it was an amazing stay.Multiple options to eat at the hotel and with low to high budget. Food court is amazing with multiple options. Will stay here only for next stay...
Loved our strip view balcony suite. While building is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Drink service was hit or miss, both in quality of drinks and wait time. I would give 5 stars but i feel a few staff were pretty rude. Actually only one, but he stood out so bad that i cant give 5 stars haha. Had a great 3 days there!
Positive: Staff was friendly Negative: No complaints
Great location, super clean room, open balcony. Me an my boyfriend had an absolute great time spending time inside the room and downstairs at the casino. I highly recommend the room on the higher floor with a view of the Bellagio fountains. You will not regret!! I’ll definitely stay there again!!
The only thing that I didnt care for was being charged a resort fee for half of the amenities being available because of covid. Hotel was great other than that.
First time staying here. The suites were lovely with amazing views. I love the decor and the ambiance of the property. Room service meals were great. We used it a lot to avoid being in crowded areas during covid. Will definitely be back.
The rooms were great. Blackjack tables changed the payouts without notifying anyone. There was no notice and nothing on the table indicating such change
Excellent mini vacation. Room was perfect. Everything was clean in room and throughout the hotel and casino. Good experience checking in. Ill be back before the end of the year
One of the best hotels on the strip...very nice View Top of the entire strip... beautiful pool. Nice rooms. Several restaurants inside... Im not sure what the experience is like today during this Pandemic... lets hope its just as good.
This is our favorite place to stay when in Vegas!! The decor is amazing, the food choices are ridiculous and the games are newer. The rooms....we always get the 2 bedroom with the soaking tub with views of the Bellagio Fountains...Breathtaking!
Beautiful casino. Loved the chandelier bar. Absolutely breath taking. Its a must see.
Cant go wrong with going to Cosmo!!! If you love street art, youll love the garage!!! Obey everywhere!!! If you love ladies, youll love the main floor!!! Hotties everywhere!! IG:@kid594 #BeinKids
Stayed in a terrace suite on the top floor of the Charleston tower - it was immaculate and gorgeous! Cant wait to come back.
Beautiful champagne bar upstairs. Lovely hotel. Nice instagram backdrops.
Best new hotel on the strip! Gorgeous chandelier bar!!! Food court and pools amazing! Not a place for kids/families.
I just want to say that Helena in guest services is awesome!! She was so friendly and accommodating! We checked in today and requested a high floor in the Boulevard Tower if possible. She called, checked and checked again not giving up. And then within an hour of us settling in our room, chocolates and a lovely handwritten card were delivered. She totally went above and beyond. Thank you so much Helena! You truly made a beautiful start to our stay.
Enjoyed the atmosphere. Had a great visit.
Came by on a Friday night and Im happy to see that only hotel guests and people who are dining at one of the restaurants in the Cosmopolitan Hotel can enter. They do a metal detector check as well as check any bags youre coming in with.I love that they are doing this. A lot of people were turned away.
Positive: Everything Negative: No
Amazing rooms, only hotel on the strip with balconies. Beautiful bathrooms and views. 2 pools, accommodating staff, we were able to check in early with no fee. Knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel and yes all of it, including the casino was open. My stay was amazing!!
I LOVED staying at The Cosmopolitan!! My room was very nice, clean and had a great view of the Bellagio fountains and the strip. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and I really appreciated that they cleaned the counter after the person in front of me. I ordered room service- spaghetti pomodoro and a glass of Prosecco, it came quickly and was delicious! I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Vegas!
Positive: Loved everything about this hotel Negative: N/a
We stayed in a wraparound terrace suite on the 23rd floor for our honeymoon. The view was exceptional, the room was perfect and the location was excellent. Centered on the strip, the Cosmo is a great location to experience some of the highlights of Vegas.
The staff is fabulous. Clean and well appointed. Our room was comfy. Service was excellent. Great dining options too.
Layout is nice. the forum is centrally located. Has good tourists spots in it .
The Cosmo has the best rooms on the strip in terms of options and views. Only hotel with terraces. However, they love themselves a little too much and are over priced. Their casino comps are the worst in the industry and the casino is super small. Its more of a high end party location with great restaurants and prices to match.
Positive: The location is convenient. Negative: The rooms are not dirty. Sink was clogged.
Positive: Everything Negative: No
Spent several hours each night gambling and most of the cocktail waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back
Beautiful hotel with beautiful amenities and an amazing casino. May possibly stay again, but not before Covid is over. You cant even lay at the pool and tan (away from everyone) without a mask on. Spa is lovely and I had a pretty good mani/pedi experience. Wait until next year to come to this particular hotel though.
Cilena at reservations helped me over the phone to get info on extending a reservation. She was awesome! So helpful, informative, and professional. She went out of her way to help me out, and I appreciate her! I hope one day she’ll see this and it’ll brighten her day.
We stayed here in one of the Terrace One Bedroom suites. The room was clean and the view was awesome. Everyone was super nice and the service was amazing. We also ordered room service, the macaroni and cheese was so good we ordered it twice. The grilled cheese with bacon and fig marmalade was so good I would order it again in a heartbeat.
Positive: The tub and the view was amazing Negative: N/A
Positive: Everything was perfect the view of Vegas from my Room the cleanliness and the staff was stellar
The Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino. One of the most luxurious hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and striking in its beautiful decoration. In the lobby there are lots of shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, nightclubs, shows and Casino that please its visitors on a daily basis. It has different towers and each one has its own elegance.
Great Hotel with great views of the strip and the Bellagio Fountain. Had a great time and would recommend trying out the pools.
Upbeat and lively. Im currently staying at the Aria, however, the ambiance at the Cosmopolitan is in my opinion much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here when I come visit next time. Visit the Wicked Spoon buffet. Its clean, the food is great and they implement clean practices very well. I felt safe and confident eating at their buffet.
This hotel is the best hotel in Las Vegas. If you want a great view a great room get the terrace room the view is just everything. Even though most things are closed due to COVID-19, the restaurants that are open such as SlK Restaurant the salmon is super good, who cares about price. The hotel is huge with walking connections to the strip but the heat makes you want to stay inside. This hotel overall is the best in the vegas for room and view with the tub in the room. I would definitely come back my trip in Vegas was awesome. There’s a 150 dollars deposit for each night. There’s no microwave so you have to order one. Your room can be cleaned at anytime.
Positive: Pool experience not good Negative: No microwave no coffee pot
Positive: Amazing room with a terrace huge showers
