Round 1 I think is suitable for 8-15 year olds, but anyone can have fun. They have a lot of games in the arcade area. However, I did notice about 20 games were flashing red for out of service, it could be due to social distancing or they could have just been broken. Some games steal your credits and you have to find a worker to help you get your credits back. They have about 6 bowling lanes so it takes a while to get a lane. We waited for 45 minutes. They do have social distancing at the lanes so every other lane is occupied. The staff was making announcements about wearing a mask, I didnt see anyone actively patrolling to make sure people were following the rules but I did notice mostly everyone was in compliance. Round 1 is definitely overpriced. 90 game credits will run you $20 and you can play about 8 games depending on how many credits the games cost. Bowling for 3 people for 1.5 hours with shoe rental was $64 which is quite outrageous! We did not try the food but it looked like they had normal stuff like wings, pizza, and fries. They also had a karaoke area and pool tables.
It is a cool place to go to. Must keep your mask on at all times.i been there twice and me and my kids had fun. Nice place to go.
Love it! Tons of fun. Unique games. Mostly Asian style arcade. Didnt understand some if the card uses. But great for kids 8 and up. Plus all the coins/tokens were digital. Easy to run from game to game. Lots of games and selections. Also have bowling too
Its been awhile since Ive been to the Meadows Mall so I was very surprised to find that Sears had turned into an arcade. Its huge!! Im almost 40 and I couldnt wait to get in there!! Its clean... at least it seems to be. The way they are reducing the risk of covid is by placing these stickers over the card swipe. These stickers indicate that the game has been wiped down and that the sticker should be taken off after use. They had this on every game. The crane games are like most... the claws are either too flimsy to pick anything up or pulling up so hard that the claw releases what its grabbed. Sometimes youre lucky enough to come across one where the prize is so close to the edge, you can just get your claw to knock it over. Im sure these are placed like this by the employees to make your chances falsely high, causing more money to leave your pockets. My 9 and 11 year old spent a good amount trying to get one from the flimsy claw and then more trying to get a doll from Sike! claw. They were about to give up until they saw their sister get a big Toadstool from a machine that only had 1 claw. This made them think they should try another $10... each. We had fun up until this point. The first time I got them the game cards, I had used my credit card. It did not spit out a receipt when prompted. So this time, I wanted to use cash. The kiosk doesnt give change back so I went up to their snack bar. They said I couldnt get change unless I buy something. OK. So I guess were done because Im not trying to get them $50 more in credits. We then went to redeem our tickets. This is my 3rd interaction with the employees. So far my impression is a bunch of kids that dont seem to really want to be here. The amount of our tickets wasnt enough for what the kids wanted. One of the items was worth 300 tickets. OK, Ill just pay for that. I couldnt pay for them with cash, I have to get tickets. WHAT?!?!? Im trying to get more tickets but the way you guys have it set up, I HAVE to spend an amount of money that I dont want to add to what to Ive already spent here!! What if I just want my 3 kids to just spend $5 each... that one last hoorah for all of them. What parent hasnt done that?!?! Youve just given each of them $20 each... one gets done before the others so you give them a couple of bucks more... to which another one runs up... you and your SO have gotten caught up in a game so you give another couple of dollars? After that first big amount, the rest is usually in little denominations until everyone gets close to being done at the same time!! Yall know what Im talking about!!!
Nice and clean. Good food menu. The best ice cream cones for 98cents, you cant get a better bargain anywhere. The bowling and shoe rental is very reasonable. A very nice place
We spent 40 dollars and only got 200 tickets. I know I got more. What a rip off. I am not bad at games plus they change how much tickets you get. I have never seen a arcade do this. They make the prices of the items seem easy to get. Really it is hard to get any tickets for 200 tickets you can get a pack of gummy bears for 40 dollars. I could buy 4 or 5 maybe even 10 packs for that price. I do not recommend you ever go here go to Dave and busters or any other arcade.
Super fun place for kids and adults with an 8 lane bowling alley, pool tables and a wide array of games for everyone. Food and drink prices arent too bad for the serving size you get and the staff is friendly and always around. The claw games seem a little fixed in some of them but the assortment of prizes is nothing short of spectacular. My daughter loved it and Im sure your children will too. Linked to the Meadow Wood mall so you can walk right into the mall and shop too. Recommended for locals and tourists with kids alike.
Went here for date night n to check it out for my kids. Theres so much good things here..we had a great time..took my kids the week after. They were so happy excited they didnt know where to start. ...but as far as your air conditioning goes..that needs to be fixed n closed off just for your building..it got hot..Im not saying just for customers..but for your workers as well. Especially the ones who are in the kitchen. Please get the A/C taken cared of..so everyone can be comfortable. Workers n Customers.
The place was awesome and could spend the whole day there will definitely be going back
Fun place to be at, best thing about Round 1 they close at 2am.
Manager Eric is very professional and a nice person. It’s my first time being here and had a little hiccup. He helped me out!
I really appreciate their cleanliness efforts, as well as their security team. Great staff!!!
Great place to take your family or even just with friends. Bowling, arcade games, pool, food and more. The only thing I didnt like was it was very hot inside. Staff is very polite and that helped
Honestly if their was a no star I would give them a no star. Thats how I felt when I spend my hard working money, like A NO STAR. It seemed like you throw your money away when their employees ignore you the whole time your their. It looked like the employees were just not their. I stood in line to claim my prize with tickets I earned on my birthday and not just one but three workers ignored me! I felt horrible that I just walked out. Thanks Round 1 for confirming how bad your business is. This was the second visit and the first visit I walked out cause I could not find someone to explain the benefits on the club card or the hour card. To make long story short I payed close to $25.00 For less than half hour of play and I did not even have a person acknowledge me . By the way public people every game is soo outdated that they should charge a simple quarter to play that would be worth the ignorance of how they handle clients that make their business.
Huge place, looks better than Dave and Busters.
Unique games and prizes with an added Japanese flair. The staff is friendly and are taking every precaution to ensure patrons safety.
Enjoyed it took my son for his Birthday!
Awesome place to take the kids and yourself.
Great customer service and food was served hot! Masks are required. Today 6/21 the air conditioning is not working. So... breathing in a hot room with the mask on makes it very unpleasant.
Great place, but beware you are required to wear a mask in order to come in. Masks are sold at the entrance if you do not bring your own.
Very nice but pricey
This place has gone down hill we loved it in the beginning. I went today its awful no air conditioning its at least 90 degrees. The employees keep taking off their masks or either dont wear them properly over the nose. They dont enforce the mask policy and adults not wearing them everywhere potentially exposing the children that arent required to wear them.
They still have not fixed the air conditioning and its very hot and miserable inside
Had a great time! Cool place, Great selection of arcade games along side billiards table and bowling alley. All in all Great experience, highly recommend
Games are pretty boring. Dave and busters is way more fun
Overall okay but it was surprisingly crowded and dirty for their being a pandemic. Not even sure how a place like this can be open. But who am I to talk since I was there.
Youre here for the claw games! check out the advice cards on the machines and ask the attendants for help if you think you need the stuffed animals adjusted. they are very helpful and want to help you win! also they got the dope asian rhythm games. get ready to spend money cause youre gonna wanna try the claw machines a few times
Arcade, bowling, karaoke, billiards. You can order alcoholic drinks not just one type of beer and mixed drinks. You can order personal pizzas they make fresh rather than sitting under a heat lamp all day.. they have connect 4 basketball, 4 person air hockey, tomb raider shooting games, dance dance revolution, drums and guitar! There really is so much to play plus everything is digital so you dont need to keep track of your tokens or tickets. Must play place !!
The games are pretty good, but pricey. Beware of the ticket redemption! I saved up 1000 tickets for a toy/game called Dont Get Chomped get for Christmas for my son. as I was driving home I noticed it was actually missing some teeth and didnt work at all. I called and they told me once you walk out of the store it doesnt matter if its broken. I guess you should test all of their prizes in the store before you walk out?
The food tasted good, the games were fun, as was the karaoke. However, the seating for sitting to eat was incredibly limited. The only thing that saved us was that they were understaffed and it took a long time to get the food--so a table did open up. Fun place, really loud. Clean bathrooms.
Great place to take your family
Tonight is our 3rd time going! First 2 times was with our kids 3and 4 they enjoyed it!!! The beer is a plus and food smells great! I really like this place
A really fun experience for any family night nor with friends. Machines are clean, working and varied enough that youll find something for you.
I had so much fun winning plushs, I felt like a kid all over again! They are not hard to win. This place is better than circus circus arcade! I will be bringing my kids here from now on.
Great place to have family and friends fun, it also has pary rooms, food and a bar and it is open until 2:amThe Mall side entrance is wide open, small kids could wonder off, no trash cans, no hand sanitizer stations.
Fun for the kids, but expensive.
Japanese arcade. Lots of cool arcade games and plush/stuffed machines. Pool tables and bowling. Party room and food available
But it was very hot no A/C
The lanes needs more work on. They only oil the lanes in the mornings but they dont think customers waist their money only so that they can bowl in a bad condition lanes. It may be fun but not worth it purchasing to bowl if they get their heads up in the game. Thats just lazy work right there. And the manager doesnt really care only telling me they dont oil the lanes if its like a tournament or a birthday party. Just what kind of an excuse is this and hes a bowler himself. Thanks for ruining my early birthday.
Had the best time! Adults can get beer here and food for the family! Not to mention all the games.
Ultimately a nice place, however, Id suggest you come after quarantine and the pandemic, as its kinda sad to see the closing businesses there, as well as the fact you could get the virus
Is so beautiful and clean
Cant get into bowl..over packed..bar shut down..pool tables full..blah
Ummm a little pricey....but we had fun. A little sad I ordered fries and a meal for my daughter I saw the ice cream was stocked full came back 30 minutes later and they sold out of Cookies and Cream no way. The guy told me come back tomorrow lol no thanks sir, thats why I was there that day
Round 1 is a fantastic family environment. New bowling lanes, plenty of games to play, ice cream at a great price & adult beverages are available as well.
Its okay for an arcade. Unfortunately its nowhere like its Japanese counterpart or even the ones found in other states. A bit overpriced for what you get if you consider most of the claw machines are nine points and the coin pushers are about the same price was very little payout as far as coins go. we also waited for half an hour for the manager to finally show up to combined the credits on our cards so unfortunately the customer service is subpar
Small but nice
Over priced payed 30 dollars my kid only played 3 games and his credit was don’t, they don’t have ac it’s over hot in there terrible place to waist 30 dollars for 10 mins
Huge arcade with a great variety of games. Excellent place to hang out and have fun.
Manager with slicked back thinning hair and a uniform of black vest and white long sleeve was very rude. There was a problem with one of the machines and called me and my wife a liar and did not give us a refund. He needs some training in customer service and human decency.
Good priced winnings I would even say Dave and busters and round one are the same but I love round one alot more. Better prices and alot more games. Competitive against friends and family. And also related to what people watch alot of anime and plush toys not just toys but collectables.Very well recommended and this place very easy to win unlike any other place u at least go home with a prize.
Absolute Tremendous place to go have fun, I can now go bowl every time whenever I want after getting off work, This would be my next bowling home for my entire life. I cannot wait to go back several times to bowl. This place is just Fantastic and a perfect place to film for youtube only when im bowling.
Love it. From bowling, pool tables, to the biggest arcade. There food was so/so.
Wide selection of games from Japanese rhythm to crane games and bowling! The customer service however is severely lacking. The employees arent knowledgeable about their own products and seem like theyre miserable working there, aside from a couple.
Clean. 1 dollar ice cream scoops! Cant beatIt.
One of the managers that was tall with reddish hair refunded me for half of of my credits when 3 out of 4 of the guns on tomb raider didnt work and my husbands brother slid his card 6 times and when I came back to get the rest of my credits back he said Im only doing this once and then proceeded to say that I was lying under his breath and that I got all my credits and even after he refunded it rudely he still didnt give my husbands brother back all the credits he lost.. I was trying to be as nice as possible just trying to get credits back from a broken game and he continued to say I was scamming them for extra credits...like really..?
Great! inexpensive food, drinks, bowling, pool tables, arcade games, crane machines, etc..... fun for the entire family.
Love this place
The set up of the play room for adults and kids is really great
The best Arcade Las Vegas has.
Great place to take your family and have fun !
Not to good service
Too expensive this place will never last
Favorite spot
I took a chance on this place for some food and BOY was I disappointed, Arcade food has never been of the highest quality but this place brings down that quality even more, at an even higher price. Wouldnt recommend at all lmao.
Inside Meadows Mall.. Fun place to bring the Family.
Hands down, the best entertainment and amusement place coming from Japan!
Nice variety of crane games! Prizes are cool too!
Fun environment
Horrible experience. The staff was young minded and unprofessional. Would never return! I wish I could give this no star.
This place sucked.
Spent over 160 dollars on stupid claw machines, other than that it has A LOT of games it is really fun
Great place to bring the kids for bowling.
No one is ever on the floor and I just heard another worker from the bar say the floor guy was hiding in the back.... maybe just quit and have someone that actually would like to work the job come in?
Too expensive
I LOVE THIS PLACE
Impressed with the entertainment options.
Clean place for the kids to play while the adults do some shopping
Fun fun fun
Straight fun.
Rad Games
Had at of fun
End 1
Awesome!!!
Very funny
Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of games. Rewards with tickets you redeem for prizes/merchandise. Lots of different claw machines. Only a bowling lanes. Most of the space is dedicated to games. You have to get a card in order to play the games.
