The roads need to be either turned into pavement or at least level out the dirt! Show you care. AND add some signs to show you how to find the trailer numbers. The only good thing here is the person selling snow cones from trailer 21

Needs to be kept up better

Very old trailers high prices and they make the trailers look good but really after you move in everything brakes down. When you call the front office the old lady is very rude! The maintenance take months to stop by and fix something.Your hard worth money is better spent somewhere else!

Its a decent place to live but some residents play cops with police lights, atleast they scare the speeders away.

Its somewhat quiet not too loud people mind their own business there not too loud on the partying its good reasonable place to live

I would give 0 stars if possible. Old lady in the front office is so rude, I do not know where she got her training but she needs to be trained in management again and learn how to treat ppl how she wants to be treated.

Not very enthused about the place. The mobile homes are older homes and in need of repair.

They let some of the residents play traffic cop for the great crime of going 11 MPH
