This place is bull! Be careful w/ Jamie & Tina. Lots more people w/ same problems I had. They swindle u & are nice at first. I have pictures to prove of everything.

Bought a mobile home from this place and it was a wonderful experience couldnt ask for a better one they work with you and go out of there way to help you find what you need highly recommend them they have amazing staff and management wonderful people very friendly

One of the best communities Ive lived in. The place is clean and the manager treats you like a friend and not just another check each month. These people take care of their residents and are on it when something is brought to their attention. 5 stars, only because Im not given the option to give them more.

This is the best community Ive lived in, its always so nice and clean! Everyone including the landlord and maintenance are very professional and help in any way they can. Theyve helped me so much on this journey to buy. Glad i picked country mobile manor! You guys are awesome!!

Great Prices on rentals and community is very well kept up. Management is very professional and respectful. They are also very understanding and will do whatever to mean tenants needs.

Very pleased with the park and Managers, owners, and the maintenance staff they are all very respectful and do their best to help in any way possible.

Ive lived here for over 12 years and seen three different management companies and this one now is by far the best they have been very easy-going and have kept this place safe and looking good.

After being a tenant over 9 years and with new management and patiently waiting for months to have things fixed rather than say we cant fix lets work together I finally left an official.notice if things are fixes to hold out rent I get a we will not be renewing your lease very poor management...poor maintenance and horrible customers service so just be aware it is not all it is cracked up to be.
