Its a very clean and well maintained community with later model mobile homes and an extra nice fenced in park. This could be rated as one of the best of Las Cruces however, there is no pass gate, security guard or inasmuch as an entrance security camera, which is why they get 4 stars.

Beautiful community and customer service in office has improved tremendously. Always willing to help out. My boss and I are elderly and they are always stopping by to chat and ask if we need anything.

Good gas, the price of gas pretty much is all the same anywhere here in town as is. The customer service is very quaint polite and fast! Give Valeros a try and youll be out in minutes, more or less

Very poor customer service for their residents. Will not work with you if you are having any type of hardship. This community offers nothing but terrible service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very high turnover in management! Not a pet friendlycommunity!

Valley Verde has the best customer service and the staff than any other place Ive stayed. They maintain theyre properties very well and respond to any request I had. I highly recommend Valley Verde to any customer looking for a great place to stay.

The managers and staff always make it exciting to lease with them doing raffles for the community and I think it’s a great way to keep the community involved giving everyone a fun experience.

Horrible place not what it seems. I move in and nothing that was suppose to be fixed was. They change rules without letting residents know. They are money hungry and will try to evict you when your days late on rent they do not work with you. God forbid one day they will need help.This place is ridiculous. Seriously need a people person to run this place.

DONT DO IT! Horrible dishonest place that will try everything to rob you. Weve been renting here for 2 years and we finally purchased our home 6 months ago. After signing for our house they have been fining us $300 plus monthly for my pre-approved dog, pre-approved fencing, and now my husband cant park his truck in the driveway. When these were all the reasons why we signed to buy this home. Now were scrambling to relocate our home and we were told we cant move our house. Yes Communities will lie to rape you, the will do everything they can to ruin your credit so they can keep making free money off the backs of average hard working Joes. Please be warned... DO NOT MOVE IN TO ANY YES COMMUNITIES PROPERTY! THEYRE ROBBING THE SENIOR CITIZENS AT ENCATADA TOO

Best area to build a home

Management can be inconsistent, indecisive and rude at times. Park is only moderately well maintained. Monthly space rent is high for the area, w/ increases nearly every year.

Im from California went down to visit my brother who lives at this location and the park itself seems to be pretty nice considering that its a trailer Park residential I think there should be more trees in the park

This is a horrible place to live. They never fix anything that needs to be fixed. Been here kver a year and things that were supposed to be taken care of still have not been done. My bacl door does not close right i have half inch gaps between the door and door frame both front and back. When it rains my front door leaks and water comes into my living room. Been asking for them to see why my heater wont turn on since its really cold during the morning while i get my 6 yr old son ready for school. I was 1 hour late on paying my rent due to the time i get my check and was charged 85 dollars. The main manager is VERY RUDE amd will cuzz you out if you dont do what she says. Now i have to pay 1600 dollars by the end of November or get evicted. I am a single father who works two jobs have no family or relatives to help me move not only do i not have any help with my son or moving I also have my mother who is disabled living with me. They dont care about who lives in their community all they care about is getting paid. There are so many empty untits here it is unbelievable and they way they run this place is the reason and it all starts at the top with the manager. She is a slum lord and very disrespectful and even more so unprofessional. I would not recommend ANYONE to live here EVER! Look elsewhere unless you like to waste lots of money for nothing.

This trailer park is the worst with maintenance. We have been living here for 7 months and our floors have been torn up sense and can not get them to fix it wverytime we go talk to them they say oh well havve some one out there to fix it and we wait all day and no one shows. And you can talk to the managers about anything with out them getting mad about you trying to talk about the issues with the home.

I just go to visit their well maintained park!

If your going to live here its expensive 385 and going up you still need to pay utilitys seperate no maintenance person it is nice looking trailer park or mobile home oh and smells from Chile plant or sewers plant
