Nice place to live. The park is a secure place to live when I leave my camper I dont worry about have to come back with my camper messed with

The owner are rude and when you ask them about repairs and the home is infested with mice and refuse to do anything about it so i refuse to pay them rent and will leave iv tryed dealing with the mice but it just keep geting worse

Is this one of the nicer mobile home parks in Laramie. Kid friendly. Not full of tweakers like at the other parks.

Good place to live

We live at the park, its very quiet and pet friendly. The Park manager is working on fixing up the place and love that we have an indoor pool as well.

Ive lived here for about 5 years and I am so relieved to be moving. Ive had all I can take. First of all, lot rent increases every 2 years or so with no explanation. Im talking its nearly what it costs to live in a university sponsored apartment thats within walking distance of high priority establishments. Secondly, the management here is probably one of the worst Ive ever experienced. They have been rude and pushy. Instead of handling misunderstandings or concerns like adults, they leave passive aggressive notes on your door and emails in your inbox. Thirdly, as a long term resident youd think theyd appreciate me being here, but theyve left more to be desired. I can tell that Im not valued as a tenant and you wont be either. Take your business somewhere else. Youll be glad you did.

If youre looking for a place to put your trailer house for awhile, or a place to put a travel trailer or fifth wheel for a few months this is a pretty good place in town. Costs around $385 a month last time I checked for the lot rent + water sewer and trash, so certainly not bad if you just need a place to hook up and save some money. Manager is a bit nosy but its his job, neighbors are a mixed bag, but its a trailer park.

David was very friendly and very informative about the history, location, nearby schools and area. The have a swimming pool and a rec room. Minutes from schools. Very quiet. And as a plus for being a truckers wife, my husband can park very close by so I can see him more often. Looking forward to renting here or, as offered as an option, buying a home at this wonderful place.

This is not a super fancy mobile home park, but the management is out standing. We lived here the first year the new management took over. Patty was a straight to the point manager, but she is more than fair. While living there I became very ill and the staff there was very kind and thoughtful... going as far as mowing our lawn while my husband was out of town and I was to ill to do it myself. They are very sweet people. We really enjoyed living there.

We stopped by to inquire about renting or buying on their lot. Patty was very cordial and accommodating. She took time to show our family trailers and lots that were available in her park. The manager offered as much advise and opportunity that she could. Love that they have an indoor pool ALL YEAR round. Lots of trees and seems quiet

Terrible management has care what the tennants needs are. Very disrespectful and rude yelling and cussing in front of children roaches and mice in the trailers. Office has mold everywhere. Very trashy place

A small trailer park. Quiet, dog friendly, clean. Definetly not a slum nor a snobby place. Just right in the middle, whete you would fell comfortable at.

Not to bad. Kinda nosiy but theres a rec hall and park plus some nice neighbors.

As trailer parks go, this one isnt horrible. They have an indoor pool. But most of the trailers in this location are old and pretty run down.

Trailer park its nice

Landlord is crazy. We own our home and rent the lot. She will call u on Sunday and bagger you about being 12 hours late on rent when she has moved the due date all over. For over 20 years(my husbands family has lived here) the due date was the 5th and this year the due date switched to the 3rd. If your 12 hours late she is going to slam u will 45 bucks in late fees. Wish we had never moved our new home in this park.

The place is literally built on an old dump and there are places that show it. Parts of the park a nearly inaccessible to some vehicles. A situation made worse by an insistence on speed dips that may or may not just happen to be a series of sink holes. Also, if you move there prepare to be stalked. The only thing the manager does is follow you across town to tell you missed a stop sign in the park. The place is filled with issues between neighbors as well as the management.

The maintenance staff, especially Dennis is super rude and disrespectful. Be prepared to be cussed at and yelled at if you call and ask for repairs to be done. The only thing reasonable is lot rent.

Middle of the road camper stop. Clean, however location has no real attraction to bring in customers
