New owners have taken over and are even worse than the old ones. The old managers at least didn’t constantly try to see how awful they can be each week. New owners are an out of state company that have already changed multiple rules, severely cut services and have already ruined any good faith between the residents and themselves.In less than a month they have removed community water service, demanded some of the most common dog breeds be removed, including very common service animal breeds like the German Shepard, will be revoking community trash services and have more changes in the near future. All of which I’m certain will continue the negative trend. Many owners in the community are already putting up their homes for sale or renovating so they can sell.I suggest if you have any interest to be extremely cautious of what you’re stepping in to.

By far the worst management I have ever dealt with! The manager left multiple threatening letters on my door, would turn off utilities without notice and was impossible to get ahold of. 100% would NOT recommend. One star only because zero isnt an option!

Best place to live. Very quite I live here

Been here 2 years, no problems with management. Quiet, nice neighbors, clean. Not plowed in winter ever and only mowed once all summer in vacant spaces within the park. Otherwise, great place to live.

I had my first son here. Absolutely no problems and I definitely recommend it.

Ive lived here for a while now. I live in the middle of the park and it is very quite and a nice place to live. All my neighbors have been wonderful! I have never had any issues with the management. It is a wonderful place for a family! I have never regretted living here!

I would not pay any attention to Sandy Blair she is well known to have a serious mental problem. She blames everyone else for her hard -times. She is verbally abusive, cusses you out like a drunk Sailor. Then she can automatically turn nice like nothing happened-like she totally spaces out at times. She writes nasty lies, bullying comments and takes no responsibility for anything. Everyone else is to blame. Then she threatens everyone with her so called attorney.If I was Country Meadows I would sue her for her lying about the manager and park. She needs serious mental help. And to top it off she works at the Albany County School District as a Jr High School teacher. What a waste of tax payers money and disservice to our children.

Management is horrible and should be removed! He threatened to not allow the man that was buying my home because of a review that I had up on Yahoo. After I removed the post they approved the guy and we were allowed to move out. He goes around threatening people trying to get the reviews removed. DONT MOVE HERE.

The manager of this park is abusive and threatens his tenets with bodily harm. He turns off the water without notification.
