Do what you can NOT to live there. Outrageous rules and fees are a typical complaint of the tenants not to mention it is a trailer park not an estate.

New owners that are unreachable, and management that refuses to take responsibility for anything, yet also refuses to get you contact info for owners. If you like to live in your home, and use your lot, this isnt the place for you.

Just another Trailer Pack. Its right next to the Interstate and a truck stop. Very loud but it is one of the newer parks in town (like 10 years now) and the trailer houses are all newer that most of the other parks in town.

People should live here its awesome
