We just went in with the kids trying to have fun and try something different and we had a blast playing the zombie game. The attendant Ben was very nice and and helpful while we where there. We will definitely be going back again

I loved this place! As soon as we got there we were greeted and explained how things work. The employee Chris was super nice and patient. They had tons of games to choose from. My family and I will definitely be back.

Came here on a rainy Saturday and was helped by Emily and Maurice. We played for an hour and had so much fun! We would definitely revisit this location, the staff was very helpful and my little brother really enjoyed working with Emily. She remembered all of our names and helped us understand the games. Maurice recommended tons of games for our party of 3 where we could interact with one another. Overall 5/5 would recommend.

Never done the VR thing before but it turned out to be a lot better than I expected. It was really fun and both my cousin and I enjoyed the experience. Luka is so nice and funny that it just made the whole experience even better. It’s definitely worth the money and will make you want to play all night.

Literally a great place! Prices are great, staff is beyond friendly, and games are fun. As soon as me and my friends walked in, we were greeted with smiles. I love this place, definitely have to return with my crew next week.

Took my son as a mommy & me date and he had a really great time. I never knew this place was here so I suggest they have better signage or advertisement because it’s truly a hidden gem. Ben was great! We’ll definitely be coming back for his birthday. If you’re looking to do anything on a random day or for an event, I highly suggest this.

Today was my first time at the Lansing location and playing a virtual reality game in general, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! We arrived 10mins early and upon entering we were happily greeted by the representative Chris. We signed our waivers and was actually in our gear ON TIME which was a plus. Chris was extremely helpful with giving verbal directions and tips throughout the duration of the game. Trust me it makes a HUGE difference because the zombie game is difficult if you are unaware of all the things you can do/ weapons you can unlock. When I initially booked the session I had an issue with booking to which Chris promptly addressed and fixed before leaving. Great Customer Service! I like that the space is intimate and he played background music of our choice also. The game was phenomenal and I will definitely be returning ASAP. Hopefully, the next time with more people! Loved it!!!

This was a bit out of the box for us and we are SO glad we did it! It’s one of the best date nights we have had! So fun with lots of laughs! The guys who run the place are really great and helpful! They made us feel welcome and ensured everything went well! We will definitely go back!

Me and my kids stopped in there because we were curious about how it all worked. My boys had a great time playing the plank virtual reality game. The manager Chris did a fantastic job explaining how it worked and we are definitely planning to have a party there you cant beat that deal.

I took my godsister to try something new. I am so very glad I did. We both had a fantastic time and was pleased at the low costs.I called the day before to get a better understanding of the process andBen was super helpful. He was patient with all my questions and ultimately was one of the main reasons I chose this shop over others ( Great Customer Service Matters ). Chris, our VR technician, was also very helpful. He helped my sister into her setup, and even ( I learn on the drive home ) withstood her death grip and screaming during her drop, ( Thank you Chris, and Im sorry ).After a free 15 min tutorial, we both did the basics:Richies Plank ( Surprisingly terrifying, made more so by hearing my sisters screams just after I work up my nerve to step out myself),Beat Saber ( which I am now hooked on ),and a Virtual Jobs one where we became the chef ( basic ).They did have other more intense games to play, but since we both were new we stuck to the 3 above.I most definitely would recommend this place!So why the 4 stars instead of 5? Because I am a night shift worker. My day starts at 9 pm and I get off work at 8 am. I would like to go back during the morning, do a little Beat Saber ( or any other virtual ) workout, before dinner & bed. Alas, the place opens at 2 pm. So that is my Only gripe, and hence the 4 stars. Every thing about the experience, from the initial call to us walking out after the fun was a total 5 star!Check them out, they also have a place in Joliet, IL. :)Natasha M.
